AVOID AT ALL COSTS! As a nail technician myself, this place was absolutely horrid. So many factors to not go here.1. Extremely unsanitary2. They did not wrap their pedicure bowls with a bag which is very concerning. You are suppose to put a plastic wrap over the bowl in between every client.3. They left my pedicure bowl of water COLD4. The nail tech used THE SAME nail file, buffer, cuticle nippers, pushers, and clippers on me from the client she had just worked on next to me. I literally saw her throw the tools into a basket after using it on brought it over to me to use.5. I had gel polish on my toes - instead of using them off with acetone, she took a coarse file and began to file my toes. My big toe was harder to come off so instead she took a CARBIDE bit and but it on high speed and started to drill off my gel on my toes and it burned so bad and she tried to do it again after I told her to stop.6. It is day 2 now and I am developing an infection in my big toe.DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am reporting to BBB regarding this matter.

My Gel manicure experience was really awful:(I usually won’t give one star if it is not too bad but it was my first time trying out this salon and I’m not happy:( I asked for short gel manicure in nude color, but she gave my nails a really bad trim( scrachy and hurt my fingers while trimming the edges😖) and super thin nail polish(check out the picture)

I ended up being cut by the drill when she was filing my nails, and she was dragging me over the table. She pulled until both my hands were hanging over the other side of the table and she was sitting back. The shape of my nails was coffin when i went in for a fill and for some reason i ended up with one of my thumbs being oval and way longer than the rest. i’m not sure how that happened. On top of all that the pricing board says 25$ for a GEL FILL. When she was done she asked for 35$. The only reason I went here was because my usual nail tech was booked for a week and i couldn’t wait. I do not recommend this place and will never be returning.

The owner very much cares about the customer service her staff gives to every client that walks in. My gal Tina is a dear. Ive bn going to her for 10 years. She thoroughly takes her time, is very detailed & gives that warm personalised attention.Great Place for that Med-Pedi!!

Bad service. Not relaxing environment. Customers and employees loudly talking into phones and my nails were painted so thick it would’ve taken hours to dry. Don’t recommend at all.

Walked in asked for a Mani Pedi, and got charged 60$ bucks what a rip, they added this without saying there was a price to it. I dont like shady people like this upfront is the way to be.

I have been coming here for years! Im never disappointed, it definitely helps to call ahead to make an appointment because they are busy most of the time!

Yesterday me and my dad had attempted to do a walk in and they had told us no and to schedual an appoint ment ..that seemed reasonable due to the fact that they looked busy ..we attemted again today and there was only 1 customer inside and they also said we could not to walk ins ..so we decided to google some nail spots and theirs poped up with a 5 star review ..called and i asked if they do walk ins and they told me yes ..this was over the phone so they do not know who i was this was really agrivating because when me and my dad had attempted walk ins they had told us no and when we called as someone un identified they had agreed to give us a walk in ..note me and my father are black

I have been going to Romantic Nails for years 😀

They use thinner in nail polish bottle to make it last, its not real nail polish. My nails are already chipping and I got them done yesterday.
