Clean, professional, great job on nail designs. Not sure what the prices were, as I was referred and took my bf. But overall great experience and love love love my nails!!

Always a pleasant experience. I chose it because it was close to home. Great staff & reasonable prices. Seems I lucked out. I hear horror stories from other customers about their experiences at other places. So happy to know & support this local business.

I used to go to this location throughout 2015-2019.AS A SUMMARY:-I got an infection, my nail bed turned GREEN and fell off.-This location is NOT CLEAN and not even close to sanitary.- I left a similar review years ago explaining this, and it’s not there anymore..? 🤔 Another reason to not trust this location AT ALL.This is the worst place i’ve ever got my nails done at. To start, their nail art is NOTHING like I would ever ask for. The last time I went here, I was getting a new design on top of my acrylics. I waited 30 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment. When they eventually took me, I noticed her missing some old polish when removing it and kindly asked if she missed it by accident and was going to remove it eventually, to which she quickly said “I know what i’m doing!” in a passive and rude tone. A lot of the time, my nails were rushed and completely different from what I had asked for, or just had little to no effort.On a more serious note, my nails would ALWAYS BURN when getting them done here. Every single time. That is not supposed to happen. They also tore my acrylic nails off instead of soaking them properly to remove them. After reading up on this, Ive read that a lot of salons rip them off because they are likely using an illegal chemical in their products called MMA, which CAN CAUSE CANCER. On my last set, my nail was STUCK and it turned green and fell off. It took months to grow back.I advise NOT going here!

First visit - Went in for a gel removal on hands and feet and Jackie did a great job. I was quoted a lower price over the phone for the removal and she honored it. I will definitely go back for a pedicure.Second visit- got a gel manicure by Tram and basic pedicure by Jackie. Both did a great job.

Very kind staff, they took care of me in a very timely manner. They were able to give me my special request perfectly. IN LOVE with my nails. Definitely recommend!

*ended up with an infection*I was recommended to this place by a girl in my building at work. Her nails looked beautiful and clean. They were what I was looking at trying to get done. After how highly she spoke of them I made my appointment and even took my man with me so he could get his feet pampered.My visit ended up being bittersweet. We got the royal spa pedicure or something like that its was the second most expensive spa pedicure on their list. It was WONDERFUL! The technicians were a pleasure to work with and were a joy to have conversation with. Yes the conversations were short but when you bring in a man with ticklish arches and it comes to pumicing his soles...good times. My technician checked with me for every part of the treatment amongst the temperature of the products used, if anything was uncomfortable, etc. The most I can say is that my man almost fell asleep and he had smooth feet for WEEKS (he wears boots in a labor intensive job so ya Im impressed) my toes looked great and I would go back to that specific technician.My problem was with my tech for my manicure...she was..unpleasant to say the least. This was not my first manicure nor my first set of acrylics.. she kept yanking my hand and twisting my fingers. She kept stabbing me with her own nails to the point of almost bleeding. She trimmed my cuticles to the point of several fingers bleeding... please understand I was very vocal about my discomfort during this appointment. I asked for a different tech and was told no with a sneer. I tried pulling my hands away several times but she would continuously grab my forearm and yank my hand back...the poor girl working on my feet couldnt do anything about it. She tried to speak to the girl doing my nails about something and she was immediatly shut down. Long story short, I got *close* to what I asked for. Each nail was a different length, the corresponding nail on the opposite hand did not match the length of the other. Nails were crooked and slightly different shapes. And to finish with my pointer finger got infected and swelled up within 24 hours. I got antibiotics and ended up losing the entire nail within a week.I say my visits bittersweet because I would say it was just this specific tech that ruined my experience. I wish I would have remembered her name but if I go back and see her there I will update with her name. Pics attached. What I asked for vs what I got and my toes as well.

We love this place and have been coming here for YEARS! The ladies are always so friendly and welcoming and do a fantastic job. Covid safety practices are implemented as well!

Tracy did an amazing job on my pedicure. I’m on my feet all day and she took care of the calluses, best job I’ve ever had. It was my second visit and I’m forever a customer.

Ive never gotten a pedicure before. Today was my first time getting one. Tina and Jackie were amazing!They made me and my sister feel welcomed, likening we were regular customers. Im very happy with the service and attention to detail. Great business I will be back.

They do a great job of perfecting your nails! They took their time giving me a leg massage and making sure my nails looked amazing! Their prices are good and they make light (not awkward) conversation! Loved it!

I’d been coming here for a long time and the same lady did my nails amazingly every single time. the one time i get a different lady, she messes up my nails the day before my graduation. i simply asked her to remove my nails nicely, and she made a scene. that lasted for 20 minutes or more. i am incredibly shy and have terrible anxiety and she put me on the spot. rudely told me i had to pay full price because she had already started the process. never coming here again, i was so embarrassed for something that wasn’t completely my fault..

Ive been to this place before and everybody is super amazing. Its also right by my house so its convenient this is the place I always try to go the only thing is is theyre not open on Sunday

Very clean and welcoming, whenever Im going to be nearby after work its my new go to. Mani lasts a good week+ before any pealing or chipping.
