I dont mean this as a review as this is my class that I am teaching at Trinity lutheran church in San Diego. We are leeward kenpo karate kajukenbo. Although we teach at a church do not let that fool you we are a true kajukenbo class. We teach in practus the true art. The age ranges of the classes go from age 4 to 90 and maybe even further depending on How you feel. All are welcome at this class and we are a Christ centered martial arts. All classes open and close with prayer and on occasion we may have a small Bible message. So come by train your bodys trained your mind and feed your spirit.
