This facility is a licensee of Krav Maga Worldwide, which means they offer authentic Krav Maga with a lineage from the founder of Krav Maga, Imi Lichtenfeld. The facility is clean, offers great selection of training gears and training clothes, training areas are huge which gives you plenty of space to practice your skills even when theres a large amount of students training with you. The owners, Mike and Anne Mihalkanin are awesome instructors and human beings in general. They offer great service to the citizens of San Diego County by teaching self defense seminars wherever possible, great community services, and other activities that empowers men, women and children of any age to learn how to fight back against bad people. All the others instructors are awesome as well, they are all very skilled in Krav Maga and nice people in general. I train with them whenever possible and all I can say is, they are all AWESOME. I very highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a great workout, to get in shape and to learn the Real World Life Saving Self Defense system known as Krav Maga.
