Ive worked with the HR team and some of the managers at Allegiance. I am so grateful that I have too. Extremely smart and talented people but just as friendly and welcoming! As part of a networking event, I was able to ask a ton of questions and they never once made me feel like I was taking too much time away from them personally!
I really enjoyed my time at this place! Every time I walked into work I was always greeted by very positive and uplifting people. The work environment was always very professional everyone was always very exciting to talk too. They helped me grow a lot in the time I’ve spent there and I will forever be thankful to them for teaching me the skills I needed to become a better manager.
I have been with this company for four years now and recently partnered with AT&T as the head manager running that division. I have never been so excited to work with a client that rewards my employees in bonuses, all-inclusive vacations, and networking opportunities with VPs for my new team members. There will be big expansion opportunities for 2018 and I cant wait to see that growth!
I started in this company as one of the selected employees to be a part of the expansion crew coming to San Diego. Its amazing to see our growth in such little time with now 300 employees in our organization. The key is surrounding yourself with positive people that are not hesitant to show others what kind of work ethic you need to be truely successful.
I started at Allegiance 5 months ago. Truly have learned more here in 5 months than I did at 3+ years at my past firm. Great opportunity for those looking to work hard and build a career!
Was called for an interview.. Afterward, no response whatsoever from HR.. Who does that in this day and age? At least a letter in the mail or e-mail letting me (anyone) know and thanking me (anyone) for coming in to interview..Theres something fishy about this place anyway.. (??)
I cant believe how much I love working here. Every one is so positive and energetic! Its been almost 9 months and Im excited to continue the tremendous growth Ive experienced so far.
Im a police explorer working for the California Highway Patrol, looking for a job to, you know, get a salary to fill my gut and put gas into my vehicle, and upon being interviewed by these people, I was shocked to see on how friendly the HR and interviewing staff were, especially Jordan and Sandy, a few of the HR staff. She asked the lobby what movies we may have watched recently were, and engaged in small talk with the lobby of the interviewees. I was shocked at this level of professionalism of the HR staff, because normally, what Id expect are the lobbies and staff minding their own business doing nothing. The interviewing staff, however, said they could not be able to work with my very busy schedule of being in college and a CHP Explorer cadet, but said they loved my character. Which was a bummer, but hey, thats life.Keep up the good work, guys! Wish I could have worked for you.
I started with Allegience in May and have since learned how to not only manage myself but also manage a group of self driven individuals that are willing to put in the same effort I have to achieve their personal goals. I recommend this company to anyone who isnt afraid to work hard to be successful.
I started working at Allegiance 2 years ago and have been able to meet great people in the business and mentors. Definitely a great job opportunity.
Love the team oriented atmosphere and work culture in the office. Great place to learn and achieve management skills.
Have been working here for over 5 mo and have seen so much growth. In my self from my very first day to now. Almost impossible to think how much knowledge I have learned.
Really fun environment, Ive learned so much about handling local and national accounts, managing people, and training on all skills needed in management. I also get to bring my sidekick Lou (my doggy) to the office who makes everyones morning start off really well!
Direct Marketing (Door-to-Door Sales), great product to sale and training. Learned so much at Allegiance, trully thankful for the opportunity to work here for a few weeks.
I started in this position as a sales representative for our major clients that we work with and I as I got more into the training process I was able to cross train in other divisions. This really helped me to see all aspects of the buinsess and find my right niche to grow in this company. I now work in the Human Resources department and because of major expansion opportunties in opening up an office in OC, I have the potential to take on more responsibilites as the main person spearheading our San Diegos office.
Its all crab. First they told me that I was going to get a base salary plus comisión witch never happen I had to Waite 6 weeks for my first paycheck witch was only 176 dlls they say they work going to pay gas witch they did not do I had to move people around on my vehicle and paying for gas by self when I quit they reported that I have made $2,300.00 in one week when I confronted they guy did not have the balls to tell me up front they work not paying the remaining balance, I asked for my paystubs they told me they work going to e mail them witch they did not, I called me several times about the paystubs at the end they just said to stop calling that I was paranoid that I had everything wrong. That manager training is a lie to you have to be there before 7 am and you get out till 8 pm and you cant leave before for that 13 hr shift you are making like 30 dlls all depends on the phones you give away or sale witch if you do less then 9 a day they dont want you there . Scammers liers theres a lot of stuff wrong in that company the people that interview you guys and that day there the vice president or manager its all a lie they actually work with you out on the field they dont even have the money to buy themselves lunches there steal waiting to grow supousle and get that big paycheck thats why they keep up with they other guys frud
Everyone is so awesome, and positive. Great place to work.
ALLGIANCE IS A PYRAMID SCHEME. It is marketed as a salaried position in San Diego on indeed, however:1. Alligiance has no base pay and expects 40+ hour work weeks2. Alligiance paid training is less than $6/hour3. You go DOOR TO DOOR selling $180/month 2 year contracts to AT&T customersInitial phone call: Jordan called in response to my application to invite me to an interview with Alligiance stating that the company is a sports advertising company and the position would be representing clients. I was asked to dress business professional, provide references, etc.First interview: I was scheduled for 930 and arrived 20 minuets early. There were at least 10 other people waiting for interviews. I was not seen until 10. Ryan interviewed me and another candidate in a 10 minuet process. Ryan suggested the base pay was $40k and the company thrives on promotion within mentality.Second interview: started 30 minuets later than scheduled again. The interview was an hour long process of two men trying to hire me into their pyramid shaped business. Marques was elusive when I asked about pay stating that training is paid ($6/HR) and commission is unlimited.Third interview: same day as the second interview. Ryan tried to on board me. I declined. This company operates on a 20% policy. Meaning if they collect 60 potential candidates or customers and only 25 are permissible, six of those will be sold and four will actually on board or purchase the service. In short: as an interviewee you are part of an employee of Alligiances numbers to become promoted. Thats just it. If I wanted to be part of a pyramid scheme then I would. Marketing yourself as an employer suggests that you will play by the rules of employers, such as minimum wage at the very least. Therefore marketing yourself to candidates that apply for a salaried position is manipulative and deceptive. Waste of time and energy. Just posted this so no one else makes the mistake of interviewing with Alligiance on Chesapeake in San Diego. And lastly, Ryan refused to return my resumes to me claiming he wrote all over them.Im sure some people exell in this kind of work environment however marketing it as a salaried position is not right. Dont fall for it guys.

SCAM! Dont go here, HR Jordan might sound nice but this place is a commission-based company, no salary. Dont even go in!
They say “customer service” but it’s really SALES...wasted my time.
Pyramid scheme. Dont fall for it.
Worst experience of my life..total scamI worked for 70+ hours in a week(which is very much illegal) and was not paid for my work(again illegal)I still cannot believe not being paid for the amount of work and time I have invested hereThey are all liars and big cheaters...pay me my fair money for my worksomeone has to take action against them for cheating their new hires and not paying for work.
