Fast pace, team oriented company. Management is very hands on, provides training, and allows for a lot of growth opportunities for anyone who is looking to have their hard work noticed. They are teaching you all the structures of in a marketing business and how it works. If you are willing to learn this company is always willing to teach. Ive been with this company for a while now and everyone is very motivated and looking to further develop their careers. You also get to network and work with new people daily.

Ive been working with this company for over 3 years now. Having a wife and 2 kids (about to have my 3rd), getting into marketing was very different from what I was used to. I was an Engineer for 9 1/2 years before transitioning into this field so switching careers was a tough choice, but I really wanted to find something I can really grow with instead of being stuck doing the same thing over and over. I really enjoyed the initial training about sales and marketing and understanding how business works since this isnt what I studied in school. The hands-on approach reminded me of playing sports. Best way to learn to play sports is to go out there and do it, and to do it at a high level, you must understand the playbook. So, growing up playing sports, I knew work ethic and studying played a huge part of moving up to varsity and starting on the team. I just took the same mentality into business and just ran with it. Two things I really enjoy is the team culture and the opportunity to grow within the company.

I did an initial interview with this organization. I had a second interview the next day. As I arrived, I was greeted by an associate who engaged in an unprofessional political debate with another prospective employee. Reeked of amateur hour. Further skepticism came in the form of the “interviewing manager” being 15 minutes late with neither an explanation nor an apology for lateness, a back office area that looked like a bomb exploded (the excuse was it was an employees birthday) with an even worse accompanying smell and finally getting drug out to a nearby cafe where we took up seating at a table marked “customers only” without purchasing anything listening to a ridiculous AMWAY style testimonial from a “rising star” within the company. I excused myself from the “interview” within 10 minutes.A company touting global clients should exhibit a higher level of professionalism on all levels. This looked more like a frat house the day after a rager.

Okay I have over 30 years of sales experience. I work in many areas including as a regional account manager as account executive supervisor trainer for outside sales and phone sales business-to-business sales all types retail everything. I went it took two interviews I know I did very well Im a very confident person Im very well spoken I have great enthusiasm and Im very confident in what I can do. After like I say to interview I went out on a so-called last interview where I walked the territory with the lead sales manager this was his territory we knocked on doors we were selling AT&T fiber optics to replace peoples existing Cox accounts and trying to save it in money okay fair enough. Ive had some challenges in my life recently and I was looking to make a transition and I wanted a sales job I loved sales are very good at it he was my problem with them. After spending two and a half hours my gas my time going out knocking on door to doors the manager was the least enthusiastic person Ive ever seen in my life first of all and I dont mean to put him down he was nice enough I didnt get even really got along with him and thought he was had good energy but heres my problem with the whole thing I could have done well at that job I can be successful at any job Im a good salesman I havent Suzy azzam I am self-motivated and disciplined and I go get her he told me at that point at the end of the day that I had the job if I wanted it that he would be in contact with me at 8 at night I told him I had to put some moving issues that I had to take care of that I would be able to start fully by Monday this was on a Wednesday afternoon this happened. I didnt hear anything back from them that night and needless to say I have many other interviews that Ive been doing follow-up interviews I have a lot of other irons in the fire this is not the only thing that I could do but it would have been something to jump off from because I Ive done this type of thing I have no problem talking to people Im not afraid Im very outgoing I could have been very successful with this it would have been something it would have been a place to start put it that way. So I never heard from him Wednesday night and I continued with my other interview process has the next day and with my moving situation it is now Friday I called the office on Thursday to find out what happened how come I never heard back from anybody and let me just say this. Lets just say they didnt like me for whatever reason it happens I dont have a problem with that what I had a problem with was the unresponsiveness nobody got back to me nobody contacted me back very very very very very unprofessional you go out of your way you spend your time your money your gas and you expect at least somebody to at least just follow up and let you know something so in that regard I give them an F dont work for this company if youre one of the people that did decide to call back Im sure you could be very successful with your outgoing that wasnt the problem product was in the problem the territory was in the problem the methodology wasnt the problem the problem was that they just left me blowing in the wind that is so unprofessional uncourteous I cant even tell you so if you want to help work with this company good luck to pay structure is not great youll be working a lot and were working hard which is not a problem I have no problem with working hard working a lot I have a problem with people leading me on bullshiting me and then never getting back to me its very very very unprofessional I give this company an F do not work for them

I cant wait to start the training process. The manager fully prepared me on what to expect and discussed the best practices to grasp the material quickly. I would say for new people coming in to be open to what the company has to offer. Every client and campaign has a structured system of training.

I appreciate the variety of clients they have the different approaches they take. Its nice to see a company with people in a variety of roles help you and give support. I still have yet to meet everyone and excited for that!

Ive been working with Aspire since December of 2017 and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I feel challenged to keep growing on a daily basis both professionally and also within my personal habits. We work with a couple of Fortune 500 divisions that offer constant upward mobility and the managers do have a thorough interview process. I couldnt be happier with the team of people that I work with.

Hiring manager Hubert held a group interview for a customer service position and admitted that it was a position for a sales position (bait and switch) and kicked me out of a group interview when I confronted them about it instead of actually addressing thee issue which others on the call wanted to have addressed as well.
