We have been very happy with Roya! Our account manager is very helpful in getting updates done very quickly, which is great considering our frequent policy changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We love our website layout and the ability to integrate check in forms on our site (which are then emailed to us after the client fills them out). We were also able to use all our own photos which makes our site unique. Our paypal link is also very convenient, as we are able to have donations given through our non-profit.

Horrible. Unethical and complete conflict of interest. They copied my website for a competitor and continued to charge me a large monthly fee without providing the contracted services.
