Rude and bad customer service. Not helpful with FedEx Smart Post prepaid shipping even though they are a FedEx pick up location. Refused to read the instructions that came along with the prepaid label and repeatedly told me to go to USPS even though the instructions said not to.

The best! The owner is so friendly and helpful. She pretty much runs the entire place herself and is as efficient as can be . I drive here out of my way sometimes just because I know I will get helpful, friendly service.

This is my first review, I had to sign up to ensure Connies efforts should be appreciated. I cant say enough for this lady, Connie, the owner of this not just postal services but I would say All-in-One store, is an amazing person. Once I had to send some urgent Passport documents and I reached late evening when she was about to close the store, after seeing me she not only opened the store but also, stayed almost 2 hours to help me get all my documents attested, got me some free print outs and also gave huge discount with attestation and Fedex shipping.During this tough times of COVID and with what I was going through she not only understood my situation but also offered to go extra mile and stayed late and helped me out with comforting words. She is an absolute angel, her store offers NOTARY, Passport, all shipping, printouts, scanner and many other service. If you looking for all these, Postal etc is a one-stop-shop. Connie is an angel, visit once to find out.

Well i faxed some forms there. The print out did not say it was successful. I was charged 1 dollar a sheet inc.cover which is way over priced for a dial up service. Theres a fax place across from jack in the box that charges only cents per page and gives a confirmed time and date the forms are received. Im mad I was too lazy to drive the 1/4 mile east from this place. I left wondering if it went through.

Over-priced mail boxes and the owner became confrontational with me after I had a few Amazon packages sent weekly. I clarified that I could sent packages to the location from Amazon and she said yes (before I signed the contract). I pay half the monthly cost for a PO box at Postal Annex now and the service is friendly without any complaints or arguments about my packages.

Literally the worst. Dont go here, save your time.

The passport photo this store took of me somehow showed the weakest features of my face and i looked awful. I went and took another one somewhere else. In addition before my transaction was completed, the store lady decided to assist another customer behind me and kept me waiting. She finally realized I had been waiting and returned to me. She was friendly though.

THEY CHARGE YOU TO TAPE YOUR PACKAGE! I was trying to return something and I had a pre paid return lable but because she needed to tape it she was gonna charge me $1.50 to tape each package. SCAM!
