I would give them no stars and I would shut the company down. Not worth the hassle nor headaches. Not accommodating. Rachet employees, and bad customer service.
How does this company stay in business? Had to refuse the first delivery because they damaged the treadmill. Now they failed to come on the scheduled date for the replacement. It would be great if companies would stop using them for freight.
The San Diego locations customer service is outstanding. Have used them for years and especially can say enough about Deborahs knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend.
Apparently they have no idea where the driver of my $26,000 piece of equipment is and can’t get ahold of their own drivers. It was supposed to be here today but there is no trace of where my equipment is and no one has answers for me and this is 100% effecting me and my business and my income.
Wow wow wow. One of the worst delivery companies you can use. Not only are they late, they are rude about it. Ask to reschedule? 4-5 days out, no chance of anyone taking care of their screw up. Yikes. Regina will argue with you on the phone and than hang up on you when she thinks it’s over.
I remember once I went to the warehouse to try and get my package because I wasnt going to be home the following day. I called to make sure that they had it. Once I got there I showed them my ID and grabbed the package and left. No problems at all and staff were pretty nice
If you are trusting that they handle items with care, huge mistake! I ordered a twin daybed from Amazon prime couple of weeks ago. Before it was delivered I receive a text from Pilot informing me that my package was damaged while in route and had to be returned. I re-ordered the same item after Amazon issued my refund. The day of the delivery, Pilot called to let me know my parcel was damaged again in route from their warehouse and would need to be returned again. When I called to get more information as to how and why this keeps happening. I was told by a customer service rep that she didnt know. I asked to speak with her Manager, whos blunt response was Maam your package is traveling in a trailer for three days as to why it may be damaged. A customer does not care if their package is traveling by spaceship. We still expect the freight company to handing our packages with care and properly secure the parcels on the trailer. I get it sometimes incidents can occur but twice in a row and the same parcel. This company can do for some quality control assurance training as well as re-coaching of their customer service handling.
I had to go over there before the delivery day to pick up my package because I wasn’t going to be home that day. I picked up the package a day before and took it home with me. Package was neat and tv didn’t have any damages

This company is a complete joke....I’ve been calling every single day for the past week and a half and my furniture order is just sitting on the dock. PATHETIC!!!
Very professional International department handled my shipment quickly. They are always responsive and a pleasure to work with. Excellent support was provided and they helped me every step of the way to get my packaged sent overseas with no delays. Highly recommended for International Shipments very great rates compared to other similar freight companies.

Absolutely one of the worst brokerages I have worked with in my 10 years in this industry. They sold us a load for $2400 dollars, driver was 24 hours late to delivery & they decided to deduct us $800 dollars. I tried reasoning with their entire operations team including the owner at which point they told me on your paper work we have the right to deduct up to 50% of your pay. There is no reasoning with these kinds of people & if you are a carrier I highly recommend staying far away from these guys.
I had a great experience. I had to ship a small delicate coffee table from San Diego to the East Coast. I received a quote quickly and was by far the best price I had received by a long shot from any other company. When I dropped the package off, the staff was really nice and helpful. I look forward to using them again.
Pilot freight services was supposed to deliver a large package and someone needed to be home. They called and left a message with an incorrect date for delivery which I called back and left a message with the correct date and time. They still tried to come on the wrong day and then “couldn’t come back for 6 days”. Customer service was awful, when I finally got someone they refused to help without their tracking number. Couldn’t look up by name number or address. Basically will never order from retailer based on them using Pilot
The worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. They claim to make it easy for customers to get their packages delivered but I’ve had issues getting my stuff delivered twice already. This will be my third attempt, but even then I would rather head over to their warehouse to pick it up myself because it’s the only way my tv will actually get to my house. The first attempt, I was waiting all morning for a phone call and they called me after they left my home. I was home all day, waiting for it. Then I realize my doorbell doesn’t work so I guess that’s on me. But they could’ve at least called to say they were there. The second attempt, I was at work. however, I drove home at 1pm. I called their dispatch to make sure they let me know when they’re on their way and the lady, Julie had a bad attitude about the whole thing, saying that I will be notified during my 1-3pm delivery period. I just wanted to ensure that was going to happen. I had to go back to work so I drove off by 3:30pm. I called them again to make sure they would let me know when they’re on their way, and they said they were in my apartment complex. I was already 10minutes out and I asked if they could wait, so I can turn around. These guys said no because they were behind schedule. They’re making this more difficult than it has to be. Literally, the worst delivery service ever. DELL really needs to upgrade their delivery service.

Driver review : ***ENTER IN FROM CABOT ST*** I showed up about 15 minutes before my 0900-0915 appointment. At first the guy wasnt sure what i was there for but within a few minutes he came back out and said hed have a door for my shortly. I was in a door about 10 minutes after that and loaded in about 20 minutes. Ill warn you its tight and busy through there. Enter in from Cabot and drive down along the building and its at the end on your left. They dont have parking but the street makes a big block. I found a spot with other trucks along the curb and wasnt bothered.

The delivery team was more than an hour late for mid day delivery and had to catch them before they left since they were going to lightly knock and then take off. All around I wish Dell would pick a better delivery service.

I was just contacted by Pilot Freight to schedule a delivery for my TV which they already have and I cant beleive there gonna take 7 days to deliver it here to my house not to mention the fact that I will have to stand in front of my building from 11 am to 3 pm waiting for them. This company definately SUCKS !!!
If i can just give this freight services a zero, i would. For one, they are very unreliable. You set an appointment for delivery as your product will not be delivered, if you dont. Yet what happened to me was I set an appointment for delivery twice. My husband had to take a day off just to wait for the delivery. Unfortunately, product was not delivered. Had i not called,we would not have known that it wont be delivered that day. The next time delivery appointment was set for an 11-3. When I called to confirm, they told me it will be delivered between 3-7. They dont even have the courtesy to tell customers they have changed the schedule. Second, their customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful and they sound as if they are eager to just hang up on you. And truly, they did! Companies should not be using this freight services!!!!
Got a treadmill delivered today I ordered through walmart it was a white glove delivery and the two guys that brang my treadmill were lazy fat asses who didnt wanna do there job to come up 14 steps...

I scheduled a package to be returned to vendor and package was dropped off at San Diego office on 4/6/16 and 16 days later after 4 phone call and numerous promises by Pilot it is still seating on the dock. I cant believe how slow and irresponsible they can be. They should change their service from shipping to temporary storage instead.
