Sadly,I called in advance,they said my item was staged & ready upon my arrival one person was waiting ahead of me, they waited 30+min.Before they were helped,I waited about 40 min asking the office staff after I was in line for pickup 15 min,if I could get an estimate of wait time,they were curious but couldnt supply even a appropriate estimate,I asked if I could speak to the shipping & recieving mgr.I never got to speak to anyone.The forklift driver was polite & did a fine job.I hope in the future walk I pickups will be treated better.David Kerr
