I don’t recommend working here. This place is a drama company. It has a lot of drama and fake things. Reality is not out there. They pretend to be such a shiny, beautiful and perfect place to work.People realize about toxic behavior in 6-9 months and leave. They got tons of legacy code. Not really to learn anything new. Compensation is below market.

As a truck driver I wonder how many workers have witnessed me curse, sing, or do many of the other strange things on camera while driving. And considering I live and drive in San Diego Im certain Ive sat in a bar somewhere and came across an employee that probably laughed seeing me in person while I obliviously drank my beer. I would do the same thing honestly lol. Anyway, yall be easy.

If you sign up and nobody does their job of cancelation they keep charging you. Speak to a manager and they tell you you are under contract and you agree to pay early termination they move the service cancellation off 3-4 months to keep collecting money for a couple more months plus service termination fee. On top of you buy the unit out right, have installed, etc. total rip-off. Also all other reviews are very accurate. I’m busting my cameras up and shipping them to them 🖕🏼

“I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU THINK ABOUT USING LYTX”. Lytx is very unorganized and unprofessional. I’m sure there is other company’s out there that care about there customers.I signed up with lytx in April 2020. They installed the cameras and I have had nothing but issues with them since day one. The sales team promised that lytx can be used on mobile devices but left out that there site is not compatible with safari. So I am unable to see anything on my iPhone. When logging into a computer the cameras do not record smoking in vehicles, they do not record 50-75% of the acceleration, hash braking, eating and many more of the features they say the cameras do. They make you sign a contract before installing cameras and showing they work. The cameras have never worked like they said it would. They are saying if I cancel I have to pay the full amount of the contract even tho the cameras have never worked properly and they have not fixed the issue.I have been working with there tech support, and billing for 3-4 months now and I am not getting anywhere. We are still in the same place as when they installed the camera. This company is absolutely terrible and they are not willing to work with you even if the product does not work. Every time I call in and try to fix the issue they say let me make a case number and someone will reach out to you. They reach out and never fix the issue.

Incredible company culture. Lytx employees are incredibly smart, friendly, hard-working, and humble. People are happy to be part of the Lytx team and it shows - and they work together to make the roadways safer AND help save lives.

I joined Lytx about 1 year ago on a recommendation from two former co workers. To say I made the right decision is an understatement. Lytx values its people and the hungry, humble, capable, culture can be seen around every turn and translates into a collaborative, friendly and productive place to grow professional and personally. Plus for Engineers, we have it all under one roof, R&D, HW, Software, Cloud, IOT, Analytics etc and have really interesting problems to solve.

Pretty disappointed with lytx. After an accident occurred it was never recorded. Lytx said it didn’t trigger their camera and nothing could be done. After going back and forth with no help from lytx we ended up canceling a paying them an early termination fee. They continued charging us after requesting to cancel. Do your self a favor and avoid lytx at all cost.

In my opinion ... Trying to remove freedoms by allowing companies to spy on their drivers. They must want the USA to be like North Korea and China.Veterans must love seeing their sacrifice undone in this fashion.

Great concept but when im told i must wear my seat belt in a restaurant parking lot while manuvering about 70 feet of vehicle to make a delivery and i am constantly ridiculed on my driving based on a 12 second video by someone in a little office some were is a bunch of bull i have driven for over 20 years....ACCIDENT FREE with out a drive cam...so to me its just a tool companies can use to reprimand drivers and piss them off for a bunch of nonsense

In the 25 years of operating a business in the transportation and delivery industry, I have seldom come across a company as unethical and unprofessional as Lytx, Inc. Certainly would caution anyone to be careful doing business with them.
