Oct 7 update: noise still going, complaint ignored. Quality serviceKeep blasting alarms and music being fully aware of being located in a residential area. Thought you may care about creating nuisance in your community. Have heard alarms blaring from their trucks all day including close to midnight and even woken up by them often around 5am, all after hours timings. It’s tough working those hours but you are located in a residential area and if houses literally up the hill and across a main road like Camino Del Norte can hear you, you need to reassess.I complained to customer service on your website to no effect so trying this as a last resort before I report to authorities for noise ordinance. I just want to sleep....
My in-laws ordered a bedroom set for delivery (from Jerome’s, Diakon is contracted my Jerome’s) on the 19th of November. Delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, it arrived at 9PM. The movers dropped furniture and damaged the newly installed (only a few months before) flooring. After multiple phone calls, emails we are still no closer to resolving the damage to the stairs.
Very rude. They are supposed to be delivering a bed frame for me. I live on a military base with has specific paperwork that is needed by people who are trying to get on base. A dispatcher called to tell me that the gate wouldn’t let the driver on and if I knew why they couldn’t get on. I told them I’ve mever had problem with ppl getting on as long as they had proper paperwork- license, registration, insurance, etc. I went to the gate to see what was going on and was told they didn’t have the proper credentials and were sent to another gate to get paperwork to get on base. A little while later another dispatcher called and told me they couldn’t do the delivery because the base wouldn’t let them on and they didn’t know why. I asked about going to the other gate to get the paperwork and they told me it was too far to get the away and would put them behind on doing their other deliveries and went on to blame the federal government for not letting them make the delivery. That hopefully they could figure out what the base wanted and that I needed to call where I made the purchase to reschedule. The store doesn’t understand because they have beds delivered on base almost daily and I had another part delivered 2 weeks ago with no problems.
