I often rent limos when I travel to San Diego and my best experience in the past five years was with coastal West limousine, very professional and super nice drivers, excellent vehicles. They always provide champagne cups, the actual glass ones not plastic disposable’s. Very punctual on time, you receive live updates from the company and the chauffeur. I will highly recommend them. Thank you coastal west limousine, keep up the good work.

Rented their h2 hummer limo for prom. On the day of, we were told the air conditioning was broken, so they were going to upgrade us to their Cadillac limo (we could still use the h2 hummer, but with no air conditioning). The Cadillac that picked us up was NOT an upgrade, at least based off of the pictures of the h2 hummer we were supposed to get. The audio system in the limo was awful. The sound quality was terrible and the actual system the usb plugged into continually fell out of its socket. The most insulting part was when the limo driver was dropping us off at the end of the night. As we departed the limo, one rider tried to take some of the cheap disposable plastic cups that were stocked in the limo. The limo driver refused to let him take them, even though they were empty. Keep in mind that these were cheap plastic solo cups, and that we had paid over $1000 for this limo. Additionally, when booking the limo, the automatic gratuity was not disclosed, and was charged subsequently to the card on file (20%). Overall, not a great experience for the money paid.
