I called the phone number, and the recording indicated that “This number might have changed” and that, simply for calling, I might receive a gift certificate for $100 (?). Even if it’s not a scam, where’s the real phone number and website address? At best, this cab service makes it difficult to contact it.

Was given the run around on the phone for 35 min - they collected ALL my personal info, verified it, verified it again, read me some disclaimer that went on forever, only to tell me to hang up and call another number for a cab. All this at midnight in really cold temps. And unless I got the number (2nd #) wrong, it was some sex line. The next day, there was a charge on my credit card that I didnt recognize so I had to cancel that card. UNREAL.

If I could give half a star I would!! I cannot believe that as big as San Diego is, I cannot get a taxicab to come pick me up at 10:30PM from home to arrive at work by 11. I called some 10 TAXICAB SERVICES on Memorial Day evening because Yellow Cab, once again, failed to find a driver to pick me up even though I arranged for the cab at 10AM Memorial Day morning!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

They want your credit card info before booking you a cab. This is a scam, please do not call thus number. They say once you give it, then they give you a separate number to actually book the cab. I managed to get the number and its a spoof number. This is definitely a scam, any 5 star reviews are likely fake.

They have extremely fast service and amazing customer service. Its my favorite way to get around the city because everyone Ive talked to is so helpful and kind. My friend visited San Diego last week and I recommended this company. They used them to get around and loved it to!

If I could give a lower review I would. IDK what number is made me call but it said the company was an I.D. protection agency and it was asking for my credit card my name email number and where I lived. This isnt anything but a scam with fake reviews dont call

Gives you precise location of everything,you can order a cab to take you to San Diego airport. initially, service for my parent. i was very nervous but i was captivated by the price and i just went for it.The drivers are very disciplined and polite to the customers.For those who havent used the service you can go online and download online cabs from the play store and order a cab.They are very helpful

This is a scam! I called to get a quote for a taxi trip from San Diego to another city in CA and a man with indian/pakistani accent told me that in order to help me i had to give him my credit card number! I was like: whaaat???? What kind of rip off is this? Stay away!

San Diego is an amazing city to visit.The cab is really great and nice. i was given the exact location, You can order a cab to take you anywhere in the city. The driver is very nice and communicative.OnCabs San Diego is highly recommended

The driver was very prompt. he opened the door for me and my daughter. he also gave us free water. it was a nice trip.

I have never experienced such quality service before, I booked a ride and the driver showed up in less than 7 minutes.

Just called them to book and the lady was super rude. She literally hung up on me. I was just trying to get a quote to know if Inshould hire them or use Uber, it’s obvious I should have just stuck with Uber. Most Taxi companies are rough.

Great service, Cab arrived early, driver was friendly and got to my destination on time without a problem. Oncabs San Diego is my cab company in San Diego highly recommended.

San Diego is an amazing city to visit, but the gathering around can be a hassle at time. I prefer using oncabs app which made it easy for me to move around the city.

Folks at oncabs san diego sound very helpful. they are nice and very helpful. i have used this service in new york to get to jfk. i would blame oncabs for some of the interesting experience.

It really helpful to talk to someone on the phone when you need to speak to someone about a service. i tried oncabs san diego for the first time. my driver was coming late. we called oncabs san diego and they immediately send us a new driver that arrived with in 2 minutes.

I booked a ride at 12 midnight and the driver showed 12;05 am. I was wow! but I had to tip the driver 10 bucks - he totally asked for it.

They literally just called me an uber
