I booked a party bus to take our office to the Del Mar races. The owner assured me that he would provide ice, water and cups which I confirmed 2 days before departure. Unfortunately, the driver was late picking us up because she had to stop and pick up the items that were not stocked. Therefore, we were late for our lunch reservation.We were disappointed in the condition of the bus. The seats were held together with duct tape, window shades were either missing or looked like they had seen better days and the floor was dirty. I emailed the owner on 8/20/21 to give him our feedback. He promptly responded, apologized and asked if I had time for a quick call so he can make it right. I have not heard from him since.We will not use Masterpiece Limousine again.

We had the BEST experience. Got a recommendation from Eddie E that made making a reservation so easy. April made sure all of the details and plans were all set, and was very thurough. We suprised my friends daughter and her friends for her 13th birthday and they couldnt have been happier. Our driver was super friendly, very accommodating, and very safe. I would highly recommend Masterpiece for any occasion, they will make you feel special and add to any event. The Limo was also very clean for a smooth smooth ride.

Eddie and his team were fantastic for our wedding! My wife had her bridesmaids in a slick Chrysler and I had my boys in the stretch Hummer. Rob and Tim (drivers) were super courteous and professional and got us where we needed to go, IN STYLE! If we lived in San Diego we would get much more use out of Eddie and his fleet but we dont, so Im asking YOU to! You wont regret it and youll use them over and over again!

We hired their services for airport pick-up and although our flight was 2 hours late, Eddie and the drivers were very patient. The service was excellent. Would highly recommend this limo service!

I hired him for my daughters wedding he was suppose to pick them up at venue and take him to hotel - nobody ever came to pick them up horrible experience - I do not recommend him.

I called Masterpiece Limosine last minute and Eddie took care of us. I was expecting a normal size limo for the 8/9 people we had. I was shocked when this beautiful stretch hummer showed up. I’ve lived in San Diego 12+ years and am usually in charge of any party planning in my friends’ group. So I’ve worked with a few different Limosine services and everything about this place was top notch. Our driver, Khaled, was great and called me beforehand to go over details. He also gave us an hour leeway on pick up time (even though we called him even sooner and was able to grab us). Dealing with payment was easy and the price included everything, so no added fees like some limos. I can’t tell you enough how clean and beautiful the limo was. I highly recommend Masterpiece Limosine and will definitely be using them in the future!

The owner Erick is a liar he will tell you he will put ice and champagne and toward the day of event he will never answer and driver is not aware of deal between the client and rhe owner I would just avoid this company never booking again next time ill just ake uber black because hes a liar and hes greedy BAD COMPANY TO HIRE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MASTERPIECE LIMO
