First time washing here place is big and nice a lot of space to move around nice big washing machines. Big tables to fold your clothes. You do need to purchase a laundry card on site and if you put $20 dollars they will give you $23 on your card you cant beat that. Any questions theres an attendant on site. Highly recommend it. Lets all do our part in keeping this place nice for our use.

Always packed with people. Staff is rude starting with the older white lady who is always walking around with a bad attitude. Very hard to find parking and washers are always shut after they are empty. They smell horrible once you open them, this place does not practice good hygiene /sanitation. Please consider going elsewhere.

Started as a grear laundry place... Now there are tons of machines that are out of order never anofe machines/ carts to use.. Sucks just like all the others in town.

We love this laundromat. Machines are always clean and the attendants are always friendly. The machines work with a prepaid card that you can reload on-site. They have specials often, pay $20 get $3 dlls free and sometimes the have a really good one where you pay $20 and you get $10 dlls extra! Such a great deal. I do laundry during the week, so there are plenty of machines open and I finish fast. Im not sure how busy it gets on the weekends.

Omg I got robbed by the vending machine. All I wanted was my water bottle and it just took my money. I waited and waited for the attendant to come so I could ask for help but 30 minutes later, and no one has shown up. I dont know if Ill be back here. Its not the first time the machines eat my money or something like this happens.Its 6:04am and its still not open even though it says they open at 6am. Like people have work! Thats why we came to do our laundry right when you said you would be open.

Whoever the manager is, short hair with glasses, is extremely rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Ive been here on multiple occasions, the employees are really nice and helpful, and the times that the manager wasnt here, it was an otherwise pleasant experience. However, on the 3 times the manager HAS been present, she berates every customer. She yells at people on how they park their cars, many times arguing with them. Im sorry but if this is the service the manager provides to customers, I cant continue to support this business in good faith. Please, either fix your attitude and abrasiveness or dont interact with the public.

One of the workers there name Nancy was really helpful. But Once I saw the manager speaking to the worker, she was very aggressive towards them. And I also saw that she was rudely speaking to another customer that was there that day. I feel like she should be more respectful. Definitely don’t recommend going there when the manager is there. I have a few other friends that goes there as well and said that she was rude, and especially towards people of color.

Our home laundry is under a remodel, and we decided to come here. 2 small baskets of clothes is what we had, limited parking on a Sunday only two parkings available along side the white wall displaying “ customer parking”. The lady ( didn’t have a mask on at the time) on site who drives the laundry mat car got very defensive about us parking there( we had just popped the trunk open) approached us saying” sir did you move my cone? Why did you park there, you can’t park there”... we apologized & told her we had seen someone else park here ... angrily she remarked that we can’t park there... so we closed our trunk. She then proceeded saying “ you can load off your clothes” in a rudely manner. Moral of the story, there are so many laundry mats in SD and often times people choose where they feel comfortable, not everyone can tolerate rude management...we went else where.

Dont purchase anything from their snack machine. They sell stuff thats expired and give you a hard time about it when you want your money back .Saying it not expired but the date say December 15 2020.This is not the first time this happened to me .

Frist Rate Customer service is far from the truth. Especially if you encounter the taller middle age woman with dark hair. She is so I have to get the last word in type Very confrontational. I witnessed her tell some guy that was simply waiting on a parking space to free up he couldnt park there like three times the guy was nice and explained what he was doing but she still had to keep talking... she gives me anxiety. They will never see my money again. Oh not to mention there is a little homeless camp across the street.

We have gone to other ones nearby. Same prices but cleaner and more open.

Can get really busy but its nice and spacious and has outdoor seating now

New..clean..and safe...dont leave for too long they have a few rules about leaving things for too long but I personally see no issues with that..

I have only visited this laundry lounge once and it was a great and very pleasant experience. There was an employee on site during my whole visit who kept the site spotless clean and was really friendly when you needed help or had questions. Also, because there is an employee on site, you are allowed to take the laundry carts outside which makes carrying everything from your car into the laundry way easier. Lastly, they have long metal tables which you can use to work/study while you wait and fold your clothes.

Looks pretty but mask enforcement is lacking. Seeing the breathing holes of at least 3 men today made me so uncomfortable I had to leave.

My husband and I started doing our laundry there in the morning it was fine but when we would go in the evening weve had situations where we had stolen rugs out of our dryer weve had people actually stop our dryer weve been locked out of the laundromat and honestly they dont dry our clothes while the last time we had to throw our floor rug away because it ripped it all over our clothes go somewhere else you get a better deal

Ive been here a few times, with no bad experiences. But here I sit... I usually come in at 8:30 (I get off of work at 8 everyday) and I know the last load has to be in by 8:45. They lock up at 9, and close at 10. Usually I can at least step outside after the doors are closed, but this time, Im not allowed. Caged animal, with bad anxiety. What am I supposed to do, leave my close in the washer and pick them up moldy tomorrow?

They dont let you use quarters but use a card that you have to recharge every time you need to let people know better places in the neighborhood that let you use a card and are open late
