Staff makes you feel like you’re in their way all the time. I understand they have orders from larger businesses/hotels, but they use majority of the washers/dryers/folding tables. Today I was blessed enough to fold my laundry on the ground :)Brace yourself for a card that rarely works for the machines. Beware that sometimes the dryers will give you either 6 or 12 minutes for $.50 depending on your luck and the exact location of the moon. Staff will gaslight you when you ask about it. Quarters only work in a handful of washers but absolutely no dryers??? Also, I hope you don’t work a standard 9-5 because they changed their hours to not accommodate those sorts of people :)

Giving them a 1 star is doing them a favor! Slow service and lied about the time and said that they promised a different time. While standing there dealing with the owner another guest walked in to pick up their clothes and they weren’t done either. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing if you take a gamble with them!

Nice and friendly support of the employees.You have to buy a card to use the machines, but you can return it after use and receive your credit back.One star less because some clothes did not become clean.

I regularly do my laundry at Grand Wash. I like that I dont need to use quarters anymore and the staff is friendly.

I had a cart of wash. waited for store to open. Owner came to the door was rude about my me waiting for it to open. She told me your not bringing that wash in here.. I said, what was that. Told her I had wash to wash SHE WAS RUDE AND PICKY. maybe it was a race issue or something. I told her Ill just go somewhere else. I never get judged. Only went here because it had a good rating.. definitely give it 0 stars but that option wasnt there. One star from me. Also this place shouldnt be the rating it is. I will never go there again. I dont like RUDE PEOPLE JUDGING OTHER PEOPLE.also Im a very clean person and respectfull.

New machine

This place is ok, I just go because its convenient. The wash depends on the machine and can be around $2.25-$6. I use the $4 machines most of the time. They do a decent job and take 30-40 minutes. Drying also depends on the load. I usually spend about $1.50-2.25 and 36-48 minutes.

Lady there was nice and very helpful. She seemed like she had her hands full and was working very diligently but still managed to help me out.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now it’s always clean and the machines always work here I’ve probably only experienced 3 broken machines in the past 5 years I give it 5 stars because the owner is doing a great job and is sometimes there to assist you unfortunately one small issue is one of the workers there who isn’t so friendly which is exceptional not many people are friendly but the least she could of done is let me wash and not have locked the gate @8:55 I know what time is the last wash so rushed to make it there before. I had to drive around to the other door and asked her why she’s closing so early she said I have to be inside before 9 at this time it was 9 on the dot and she said sorry we’re closed. It can be really upsetting having patients with someone like her. I hope for her to take it down a notch not everyone is horrible

Ive been going to this laundromat for years! The employees keep the premises very clean and they are so helpful when you need help. I recommend Grand Avenue wash very highly! :-)

Doesnt take coins, you have to pay a dollar for a card that presumably doesnt work anywhere else. About 5 parking spots. Waste of time.

Needed a laundry service while holidaying in san diego. Selected grand wash as this was the closest one open near us. The service was excellent. Just what it states. Same day service.Dropped off at 11 and picked up at 4.30. Clothes all washed, dried and pressed. They washed colours seperate to whites.Full bag for only $13. Well worth it.

This place is terrible. Dont even bother. Pay system is screwed up, machines are out dated, nobody speaks a bit of English, and as such cant even help you sufficiently. This place is not that grand at all... surprised its still running
