I paid for 940Mbps for fiber optic and I concur with all of these reviews. Internet goes out for 20-40 minutes at a time and very hard to get a technician to come. Said they would come today but they did not show up. Now they are coming 3 days later, meanwhile no internet.
AT&T are definitely the worse internet provider ever. In two months, the company still cant their get tech to rectify a new service I purchased. All they did was send me bills for the services they never rendered.
I live in Pine Valley and the internet is a joke. We called and they said the further we lived from the hub the worse the service gets? I can see the building from across the meadow. If the service you provide can only accommodate 3 people then you should only sell it to 3 people. If it accommodates 3 people and you are selling it to 100 you are ripping people off. I have yet to get a discount for sharing bad service with everyone. There are enough households in our area to justify better service. They will not accommodate it because we pay for what they provide. Not anymore. I’m moving on. If you enjoy buffering, waiting for emails and grainy images then look no further AT&T has you covered.
AT&T fiber customer, very frustrated with frequent outages and poor customer service. Impossible to get any customer service during an outage. AT&T always claims there is no outage when service is down. Maybe their equipment is just bad.
Terrible internet television service. Almost every time I try to watch television, the program cuts out every five minutes. Really do yourself a favor if you live in San Diego and do not use AT&T for your home television and internet service. Youll just get frustrated and want to throw your router out the window.
0 stars, been trying to get ahold of them for 3 weeks, no return calls, sit on hold for over an hr, app isnt working to set up payment arrangements, today they cut off my service i was finally after 2hrs and 45 min on hold able to talk to someone then they tell me sorry about your luck. so now my son has no internet to finish school, im still waiting on my unemployment so filing a lawsuit against att since i also noticed there charging me 3 times the amount i agreed to pay. stay away
What a ripoff, how Can our city officials allow a company to rip off their customers this way. What they want to sell are the extenders 50 bucks each
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. 1) Slow internet speed options after moving into a new place; 2) Spectrum charges $15/mo for 30MBS whereas ATT charges $50.00. 3) AT$T also requires a credit check, Spectrum doesnt. 4) Multiple days to a week to get an ATT technician to install internet. 5) The technician didnt even show up or call during the scheduled install. 6) Had to call multiple times and took around 2 hours to cancel service.Will update review if they make things right.
If there was any other options available for internet besides this company, we would switch immediately. Internet goes down every single day. Terrible.

Worst internet in San Diego. Throttling data. Download speeds are slower than dial up from the 90s. Avoid at all costs.
