Called Wiline Networks yesterday in reference to our account and spoke to a customer service about the recent renewal of the contract that why I didnt even get a call or even a chance to negotiate and even upgrade it, all I was told to email contracts @ Wiline I cant call them no I need to email my request of the contract or any issues that I have with it.Not fair when we pay 200 plus a month for internet and voice.Hope I get a call back from Wiline after this post.Going to post it on Trustpilot as well.

Excellent experience!Setup took about a week but was worth the wait. Completely dialed customer service (which is super rare). The installation guy was really good, thorough, hardly took any time at all, well informed and very helpful.Im very pleased for choosing WiLine Networks Inc!

I am an indirect customer through my executive office building. WiLine service is very slow (often 1mps) and has frequent outages.UPDATE: Despite following up with the owners response below, I never heard back. So they might look responsive here...they are not in real life. And our internet remains painfully slow.UPDATE #2: Over four months later the service remains a disaster. Added screenshot of SLOW speeds they deliver.

We finally got WiLine Networks Inc. Reid and his helper/apprentice Abdul did a great and thorough job on the installation. The installation was more difficult than I expected, but Reid and Abdul just smiled and took care of it with professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend.

After using the service for over 2 years Ive decided to switch to a different company. The reason : too much down time and slower speeds that were preventing from running the business. I ordered and switched to a different company and have been with the other company for over 8 months already and it been great so far.Problem I encountered is that they refuse to cancel the service as after the 2 year period of the contract AUTO RENEWED... and now they wanted over $2000 to cancel the service... BEWARE of this company!I contacted the office and they gave me some contact info to talk to somebody, but I was unable to reach anybody who could help, so so far I paid over $800 for a DISCONNECTED wire and no service. Great way to treat your customers right? WiLine!!!

Instructor came in and installed the internet for my apartment. He can guarantee the speed you are paying for! It is so nice of him. The modern is in the closet in our apartment. He found it and fixed it ASAP. Thanks so much!

Worst company I have ever worked with. They never return calls, they transfer you all over the place. DO NOT hire this company!!! In my contract it stated that I could cancel within 30 days. The system was a disaster since the first day. I canceled immediately until today 1/20/20, they have ignored phone calls, emails, texts. I am still getting a bill from them and now I had to get my attorney involved. Worst customer service. I gave them one star because it wouldn’t post with 0 stars.

Worse company ever. in may of 2019 i signed a contract for service with promise of install and up and running service within 1 weeks time. as my company relys on internet to report daily to the state and dmv it is crucial for us to have service working.. after 3 weeks time of being strung along we had no choice but to go with another provider who had us up and running within 24 hours of calling them. its now December 2019 and i received a bill for $2000.00 from wiline. when i called and asked what it was for they offered to settle it for $1000.00 before even telling me what the bill was for. finally they explained that the bill is because i cancled service prior to installation.. i tried to explain how they never came to install so its not my fault. they still want to bill me for their mistake and poor service. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Bad services, do not recommend. Use as a last resort. Customer service is horrible and almost non existent. Rates are 30 dollars higher then quoted after taxes and other charges. Service is choppy. Employees are rude. Installation took a month.

If you live in an area where this is available, youd be crazy not to use these guys! My only other practical option for internet access is through Spectrum, and WiLine just hooked me up with 10x faster upload speed, plus better download speeds, for less money per month than Spectrum charges. And since Net Neutrality got killed, prices from the big telcos are just going to go up.

I think Comcast can learn something here. WiLine Networks Incs technician, Victor Tam came right on time at our scheduled appointment at 9am. Within 10 minutes he was done with the setup and I was ready to go. Didnt have to miss much of work at all. Victor answered all my questions and gave me his personal number if I had problems. Top notch service! Looking forward to my ultra higher speed internet!

Horrible service, poor communication from customer service, improper billing on non existent lines, lack of ability to provide basic internet and phone. I have had there service for 3 years and during that time we have never had more than 5 days straight without losing our phone connection or internet connection and we are the ones who actually have the direct connection/satellite on the roof of our facility for all surrounding businesses that use there service. They have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in lost business.

We have gotten wiline for our small business and we couldnt be happier. We got 10/10 symmetrical, dedicated and the difference when comparing with much faster services from AT&T is astonishing. We have only 4 people in our office but the internet is blazing fast. When I was told the service is wireless I was a bit concerned but in the last 5 months we have had a single problem with the connection. It has always been up and working at very good speeds. Wiline also offers us the possibility to upgrade if we decide to expand which is something we are considering in the short term. Ultimately our sales rep Maresa has been great accommodating any requests we have. I would definitely recommend Wiline to your business based on our experience. Thanks, J.

Service in our building in 5755 Oberlin Drive, has been terrible. Has been interfering with several urgent calls with team and with our work itself. Internet keeps going down constantly.
