I left a voicemail message to ask if they service single family dwellings in 90745. I got a response back saying that as of today, they do not cover my area. It looks like they would consider it if it was a 100-unit apartment or the like. I thought that was great of them to spend time and effort to call me back to explain, even if I wasnt a possible customer!

Moving can be hectic enough, and Steve from I2B Networks made it so that we could check wifi off our list! Steve was efficient, friendly, conscientious (even asked about shoes before coming in), helped us to figure out a later router setup, and overall did a great job. Would definitely recommend!

I was really excited about I2B Networks since cable is so expensive and I only use the Internet anyway.When I moved I signed up for their service but had an issue with my new apartment and had to cancels for reasons unrelated to them.I had read some negative Yelp comments about their customer service so I was worried this would be a difficult issue to resolve but they were great and they did not even charge me for the service at all!

Looks like your service depends on what building you live in (Im in Soma), but I2B Networks has been great for me. Fair pricing and responsive service teams, and they recently sent a notice that everyone got upgraded from 100Mbps to 1Gig speeds free of charge as cable companies have slowly upped their high end offerings, which generally seem to cost more.

Id been a Comcast customer for a few years until I decided to cancel.
