I used Maid in America today for my one bedroom apartment in La Mesa. They did an exceptional job. I couldnt be more happy. My place was pretty bad in terms of filth. The inside of my fridge, freezer, and cabinets had spots all over and now everything is sparkly and white. They even rearranged my decor after they cleaned to make my apartment look more spacey, pretty, and organized. I was astounded when I got home from work at how great my place looked, I immediately jumped online to write this review!!!

I used Maid in America for over three years while stationed in San Diego. The owner, David, was always accommodating and professional with us and the cleaning crews he sent did a great job for us at a reasonable price. I would recommend without reservation hiring David to take care of your cleaning needs.

I use Maid in America exclusively for anything that I need done with respect to cleaning. Whether it is move-in, move-out, or standard cleaning. They are a worth the extra money. I have had two tenants hire other cleaners after moving out (despite my recommendation to use Maid in America), and the cleaning was inadequate, which ended up requiring me to schedule another cleaning with Maid in America. This came out of their deposit, which cost them more money then they would have had to spend if they went with my recommendation in the first place. They are timely, thorough, and I know if that I was not satisfied with the job, David would see to it that it was done right.

I needed cleaning on my studio that I was moving out of, and I knew I needed a cleaning service, because it needed A LOT of work.I decided to go with Maid in America, and I can honestly say that they did an AMAZING job. The price is very affordable, and the quality of service is superior.I dont quite understand how anyone can give this company a bad review. They are flexible, they communicate well, and they get the job done, plain and simple. If you are looking for a cleaning service, look no further.

Zavier and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my parents house after summer renters. I came back to the house after 3 hours of their power (& vital!) cleaning. It was spotless and they even did well above and beyond what was originally quoted for.

As a busy working wife and mom with a husband that serves in the Navy and is gone a lot, I do not have time to clean my house thoroughly on the weekends. Maid in America was just what our family needed. Marisol comes once a month, shows up on time and does a fantastic job. Our house stays clean with minimal upkeep from me. Were always glad to see her. If youre looking for a maid service, hire them!

Amazing cleaning team. They cleaned and organized everything. They did a great job with stove, kitchen, bathroom etc.

These guys were really nice, hardworking and eager to please. They did a very good job on the move-out cleaning service for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with ten foot ceilings and a ton of windows.

Brock did an exceptional job with our house pre-moveout. We had never seen our kitchen so clean! I would highly recommend asking for him.

Sigolena did a great job with our apartment. She was on time, courteous, and thorough. My Husband and I highly recommend this service and Sigolena in particular.

I just dont think you can beat the value. I called them up, got a great rate for an entire 4 hours of cleaning. Definitely a cheaper rate than everyone else, but the quality of the cleaning was awesome. I will schedule another a cleaning again soon.

We called them on a Wednesday to ask if we can get cleaners including carpet cleaning on a Friday . They agreed they have people they can send on short notice. Great! They are smooth talkers before they get your credit card number. They immediately charge your credit card and you wait for an email and then voila - the promise is their people are punctual and efficient.Friday comes and the house cleaners arrive at 8:30am on the dot. The house is empty (we are moving in) and the cleaners were very nice and efficient.We were promised the carpet cleaners were also gonna be there At 8:30am. At 9am, still no carpet cleaner - we called the Office number, no answer. We left several voice messages - no reply. We asked the house cleaners to help us call their boss- no response. We messaged this business on Yelp - no reply. David Heinzman- the sweet talker who promises prompt employees - has not replied, nor answered, not apologized, nor has given any explanation from 9am that Friday - up to now! We havent heard from David since he charged our credit card! Is he still alive? Does he really exist?A lone Carpet cleaner came at 12:15pm (4 hours late with no apologies) Shampooed and worked on the carpet for 30 mins and left a half as$ job. We again called their office, left message to complain that the quality of the work is so bad; and we again Yelp-messaged the company and still no reply! At 3pm a totally different person showed up to say hes gonna re-do the carpet (he didnt know what happened to the 1st carpet cleaner). I was just told to go to this address he said. He worked a good hour on the carpet and did a better job for sure.5 stars on the house cleaner. Negative zero on the business ethic.David Heinzman: news flash - your customers time is as valuable as yours. Dont leave your customers hanging after you charge their credit card. Call back with good or bad update. Respond when the paying customer asks you to. Simple business 101. Read on it.Your email/contract admonishes the client to respect our terms. Guess what? The paying customers demand the same respect you seek.

I scheduling a cleaning with Maid In America a few weeks ago and was pretty impressed. Good service and I agree, the rate was very reasonable.

Been with this agency for years great place to work.

I was wowd by the speed and thoroughness of the cleaning. And also grateful that someone would even touch my mess, even If I do pay them :p
