Being a part of the City Heights community is very important to the owners of this gym and supporting this neighborhood. They express that by have two GREAT murals on the building. I Am Possible is a message that all can embrace, and the Tony Gwen mural on the back of the building is one of San Diegos most loved sports figures.

Beautiful atmosphere at this Gym, from the people at the front desk to thr trainers, the owner and the people that come here to workout form this nice ambience. The kids classes are really fun and proficient, I also ended getting a membership for my self(Im a mom) and I really enjoy it.

First time. Fun and open to beginners. A nice little community it feels like.

These people are my family. An absolute staple in San Diego. Dave loves you. Just ask him. He does. If you want to pretend, go to 24 fitness. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, sweat it out, or throw a punch, come here. Theyve been doing it for decades. Great place to let the kids run loose, too!!!

I highly recommend this place. Especially for kids. The coaches really work well with the kids and make sure they feel comfortable and interact. My kid wasnt completely on board with muay thai but the coaches made learning fun for him. Thank you very much to the staff!!!!

Undisputed been family owned and been making others feel welcomed like family. I highly recommend undisputed to really have a great work out and getting in shape . coaches really take there time in teaching each an individual. Thats what makes it awesome. I have a knee injury and the trainers have been amazing showing me techniques and exercises to help strengthen my knee. The atmosphere is both positive and charged with a sense of community; brotherhood and sisterhood thats hard to find in other gyms. The trainers and members are a great group of people who show you how to fight while having fun. Recommend 100% to anyone looking for a fun way to stay fit .

Paid on a Monday, called to cancel 2 days later on a Wednesday (son is physically unable to attend). They said they would call me back in 30 min, never happened. Emailed them the day after that Thursday, no response. I guess if its a matter of returning money theyre not in a hurry (its now been two weeks).Even a call back letting me know they cant refund me would have been appreciated. You will have to pay a whole month (75$) for something that cannot be used, even if you let them know in a timely manner. Buyer beware.

Good class, good price, but sometimes it is very full that they do not pay enough attention to all the children, the older children are taken with the little ones hitting them and sometimes the coaches are not given, I would like them to be a little more strict.
