The gym itself is very clean and nice. I especially like the movie room or you can work out in the air conditioning and the treadmill’s. Only thing I don’t care for is the parking structure that is part of the shopping area. Nooks and crannies are filled with trash and homeless people’s belongings. Not sure I would be comfortable going there in the middle of the night. The whole landscaping and surrounding area need to be upgraded. All of the employees are very friendly and send to care. I would like to suggest that they were love around the restrooms occasionally to see if the soap dispensers still have soap in them toward the end of the day. The an machine at the top of the stairs needs new ankle pads and the movie room has had a treadmill that has been out of order for days. These are minor things overall it’s a great Gym.

Epic! This gym is huge. Ive never seen so many beautiful women. Has a club like atmosphere. There is a fair amount of lunk heads, but it is SD.The pool is perfect, cold and lonely. Just the way I like it. Hope it stays that way.The bathrooms are clean enough. May I suggest a cologne bar with a bathroom attendant? Could make tips and keep the bathroom clean. Do that in every EoS and your revenue will increase by 7% and promote EoS reputation dominance.Anthony up front helped me today. Very nice service. I used to like this gym when I went there. Loved the outdoor area. Since earlier this year it got so packed that I stopped going for months. Cool, modern gym for the most fun Fitness experience and has an addictive obstacle course /boot camp type of setting conveniently located at the front entrance of the EoS gym. I believe that only adults with a full membership, are allowed to use the obstacle courses or the other stuff that is available to help you with your own activities and you have to try it out and I have no idea how much fun my exercise routine could be until coming here! There’s a 7 day free pass for those that need to try before they buy the full monthly membership. 5 out of 5 stars in my opinion!

Bring some sunglasses. They have a lot of equipment which is nice. Being open 24/7 is really helpful since I prefer to come in at 6am and be done by 7:15. Place smells bad and people fighting over gym equipment. So crowed in such a small building some had to grab a curl bar and walk over to the hallway stairs to workout there. Going thru the free weight section i had to do some dodging not to get hit by someone lifting weights. Only one bench set is there on the floor. How is one bench enough for to all those people there. Worst gym I have ever been to, coming from someone who has worked at 24 hour fitness for 2+ years. They do not follow the 7 day free trial. They do not follow the mask mandate. They especially do not enforce social distancing. Machines are cramped together to the point where you can hear someone elses music playing in their earbuds while you have your music on. Completely ridiculous. The attitude and vibe there is extremely judgemental, even from the people at the front desk. Multiple times I walked up to machines and had an egotistical gym bro come up and say he was using that specific machine or bar when there was no one in site. Another person asked me how many sets I had left just to sit a foot away from me waiting for 15 minutes while I finished on the machine. Most frustrating part is probably just how little this place is following the mask mandate and social distancing. Not once did I see staff walking around asking people to put on a mask and all the equipment is packed together and ALWAYS busy. Would honestly recommend planet fitness over this gym any day 😂

Hello,I originally decided not to write this review, but It has been bothering me and I do not want anyone else to feel this way. I signed my boyfriend & I up for a 7 day pass online, within minutes I received a call from Jordan to inform me that the gym is not honoring this offer but she can extend us a 1 day free trial if we come into the facility for a tour. My boyfriend and I agreed and set up an appointment. When we arrive for our appointment we ask for Jordan, I am assuming she was unavailable because we are greeted by Kayla instead for the tour. After the tour we sit down with Kayla and we go over the membership plans. We voiced our concern in regards to how crowded the gym was, Kayla assured us that the gym starts to die down around 8. We mentioned we would like to take advantage of the free 1 day pass to get a feel for the gym and the culture. Kayla says she cannot honor the 1 day pass as the facility is only for members due to Covid-19 & limited availability. My boyfriend & I reiterated what we were told on the phone and she insisted that this was not an option. Long story short, we signed up for a monthly membership. This is frustrating because now that my boyfriend and I have been to the gym a few times we are starting to notice that it is still pretty busy even late in the evenings. I understand why the 1 day pass could not be honored, I just wish we were not given conflicting information. It seems like we were offered the pass as a tactic to come into the facility and that gives me major time share vibes.

Super quick and easy to get signed up, practically impossible to cancel a membership. You can sign up for whatever you want in person but can’t cancel anything in person, going by there and speaking to people in person does nothing. Facility is overcrowded, other clients are rude. After going by there twice to cancel a membership and calling their billing company 4 times. I’m still being charged for a membership and personal training I don’t want and wasn’t happy with. The personal training was a joke, not oriented towards my goals. Great gym. Some great staff. Some staff with that pick and choose when to enforce rules, depending on who they decide they want to press rather then just enforcing rules. When most gym-goers are not wearing a mask, a staff member shouldn’t be calling out 1 person. We get it you have a job to do, but it’s very apparent when staff selects when to enforce and when not to enforce rules. Please try and hire staff that can handle their natural human ego and not stare down/call people out. It’s unfortunate that EOS is the only nearby affordable gym.

Communication amongst the staff here is terrible. One day, I decided to cancel my guest privileges since I realized I was never using this add on. When I went to cancel in person, I was informed that I was being double charged. It took several phone calls and several emails (most of them were ignored) to rectify this issue. Note: Austin, the assistant operations manager, will not respond to your emails. Oh and if one of the staff says they’re going to email you (whether it’s a receipt, statement, whatever), you won’t get that email.Even after I canceled the guest privilege add on, I continued to get charged for it for the next several months! What a headache it was to sort out this mishap that should never have occurred in the first place. I also attempted to cancel my membership recently, but of course several days later, I was charged for the following cycle. I figured since they had already deducted the membership fee a few days ago, I still had access to the gym for another month or so. Turns out, that’s not the case and I don’t have access to the gym effective immediately even though I paid my monthly dues a few days prior. Does that even make sense? It’s a decent facility, although it gets way too crowded. I urge you to avoid joining if you’re looking for something short term because it will be a huge hassle when it comes time to cancel your membership. And dealing with the incompetent and unresponsive staff here is not worth the frustration that will likely ensue.

Prior to covid, the mens locker room was simply disgusting. I dreaded having to use the restroom mid workout. Used womens personal products were found in the stall multiple times! I gather that perhaps a homeless person was using the facilities and simply didnt care to clean up. That part is pure speculation. However, its the gym responsibility to keep the facilities up to par. I could care less about a restroom remodel when basic cleaning is neglected.Today, I was finishing my workout with some power cleans. First rep, the weight felt exceedingly heavy but attributed it to being tired. Second rep I knew something was off with the amount of force my wrists took, straining/injuring one in the process.I examined the bar, and sure enough it was bent. For those who are unaware, Olympic lifts require straight bars with solid bearings for adequate spin upon lifting. Otherwise the torque produced gets transfered to your joints. This is the second time this has happened to me at this gym. Unfortunately this time I got hurt.If I pay for access to gym equipment, I expect to not have to op-check it each time. That is part of maintenance and upkeep, the gyms responsibility.I cancelled my membership today due to this. Its hard enough to try and train during covid, let alone worry about whether the equipment Im using is safe to use.Eos gets 2 stars for the quantity of machines and outdoor area. However if you value your health and ability to train, I suggest looking elsewhere. Taking time off blows.Edit:EOS made great effort to make things right. As such, I changed the review to 4 Stars. They issued me a refund and granted me immediate cancellation of my membership. Some things just cant be avoided, such as encountering a bad piece of equipment or getting hurt. However, how you respond to it as a person or business speaks volumes. Thanks EOS Keith Elliot for making things right.
