Great place but the parking is horrible. Parents stand in front of the entrance and exit to the trampoline preventing kids from coming in and out because theyre so concerned about watching their kids over kids wanting to actually bounce. Make sure you wear your mask is more than 90% of the people dont... but if you come on a weekday its actually really nice and very little people there... weekends are horribly busy.

Well maintained and clean place for kids to enjoy all things trampoline. Adults love it too, just being there in the floor makes you feel young. Apart from the trampoline jump floor, there are also adventure courses, long jump, basketball, dodgeball, rock climbing, golf and an arcade. Hurricane simulator is worth a try. You will be occupied all around and it’s a lot of fun.

Great place to bring the grandkids, and they have a fantastic military discount as well

One of the best trampoline parks I have been to. All of the areas are fun and I even got Rick Rolled while there (best trampoline park because of this lol). Only problem I had was that the waters where a weird price ( it was $2.19 weird right?).

My son and my nieces loved this place! The All You Can Jump package is the best value you can get, especially with Military Discount!! My family and I enjoyed them for hours, and will definitely go back OFTEN!!

Went here on a week day, wasnt too crowded. Half of the arcade games were out of order, chip shortages...The climbing wall was in operation for about 45 minutes, but then just closed, no attendant, no information, just closed.They had a few places to jump and some dodgeball, aside from that there wasnt much else.Ill likely try other trampoline places in town since this one was mediocre at best.Increased to 4 stars as they were quick to respond to my review. Shows they care.

I went with my 3 little siblings and they had a blast. We jumped for 2 hours and they didnt really get tired of anything there. They especially liked the American Ninja Warrior wall. It was a ton a fun and we will definitely be going there again. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt really a lot of staff at each activity (except for dodgeball) which resulted in a lot of kids getting hurt or just not taking turns.

Open and perfect for kids to get our all there energy that COVID-19 has caused by being on lock down.

This is an OK place to take your kids there were a few injuries there today but other than that its an OK place. The temperature in there is pretty low so you will get warm very fast theres not enough staff to accommodate everyone.

Great place for kids. We went here and my kid’s enjoyed themselves. The only thing that I would have loved to seen is having more variety of items to chose from when you win tickets.

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow It was a beautiful and lovely playroom. My children were enthralled by the view and the things in the playroom. Its well worth the money! I decided to bring my sisters daughter and son the next time I visited this location to enjoy what we did. I am optimistic that they will enjoy the atmosphere. Its a place thats both tidy and amazing.

It was very busy the day we went; like over capacity busy. I think there were two birthday parties on an already busy day. Kids kept getting upset because of long lines and littler and bigger kids jumping in front. Parents said nothing, and the attendants were either staring into space or pacing nearby averting their eyes. Despite the Covid rebound and old distancing signs there was no attempt to minimize risk. Only 1 in 20 people wore masks and every surface was sticky. Besides the human element, super fun place.

Enjoyed the different activities. Was annoyed the team members werent paying attention and monitoring the areas. Also experienced bad customer service the check -in / register area.

Great time! The manager was awesome. Although he wouldnt accept my same-day-purchased Groupon, he offered a better deal using the value I had paid on the Groupon. So, in essence, I redeemed the Groupon afterall purchasing a punch card with a lot more value!

I brought my boys here because majority of the other places were closed. My boys and I had a great time. We went when it wasnt busy so that was a plus. It was a bit pricey for me but what isnt now a days.

Unclear rules and bad customer service.I bought a value pass and filled out waivers online. I double checked to make sure I read any fine print for any exclusions or rules to the use of the value card I bought and there is absolutely nothing online to specify when I cannot use it. Just in case I decided to call, not once but 13 times over the down of 1.5 hours at 4pm. No one answered, not a single employee had a mintue to answer the phone for over 1.5 hours. I decided to just drive out there with my kids (30 minutes) since their website stated nothing opposed to such. Anyhow I get there and of course all the employees are just up front hanging out. I told them I had a value pass and signed waivers already. They stated my kids can only jump for 30 mintues or we can pay to jump during what they call neon lights. They said nwe couldnt use our card and I asked them to show me where it states that on the website. The supervisor stated its just a rule and that they cant list everything online. Online it says may not be combined with any other offer, I was not combining any other offers?? Simply just trying to use my prepaid jump times? This is exactly why I called 13 times to make sure we were good to go. She also stated they are too busy to answer phones but yet there they were 4+ employees just hanging out up front. Juliette the supervisor stated that had I left a voice-mail they would have gotten back to me right away, how does that make sense? Too busy to answer calls but voice-mails get answered right away?Anyhow, James (the general manager) if youre reading this you should definitely list on your website that the cards cannot be used on certain days/times. Combined with any other offer is not enough as your business was not giving me any other offer to pay for jump times, it was normal pricing. You might want to address the phone situation as well with your employees, a business that cannot be reached is not good for business...

My son broke his arm here and older teen jump right next to him. Short staff and food is also nasty. They didnt even call 911. If this happens to your child. Get a lawyer. I should sue this place! Short staff and no one in the area to tell the older kids to stay away.. or follow the rules here. 🙄 This place is a disaster!

It’s cool for an hour

We had my sons birthday party there this Sunday 13Jun21. The bathrooms were closed the entire time. The staff didnt even advise us to alternative options and yes this was while food and beverages were served. The the place is staffed by 95% teenagers.The kid running doge ball was very timid didnt seem very engaged. Spent alot of money for kids to jump for one hour and the dogball custodian wasted alot of time.As we were leaving i asked for a cup of water for my three year old. We had already had pitchers of water previously and at that point I had spent easily over $700 for the party and arcade, yet they wouldnt give me a cup of water without charging me ove $2. Totally time there was about 3 and a half hours only plumber just showed up as we left so who knows how long before they even called one. Overall kids had fun but business practices probably dont meet industry standards. They need an owner or manager with leadership amd experience. If we ever come back i hope to see dramatic customer service changes.

We loved Rockin jump prior to the pandemic. They just re-opened and we were excited - until we got there. Our group was pretty shocked at a) the large crowds and b) the lack of masks while inside, adults and kids alike. Zero enforcement or monitoring of this, so if you are concerned about COVID-19, better to skip it for now. I visited the website to look for their policies – not even mentioned. Lastly, it took us over 15 minutes to check in even though we had purchased our tickets online prior. The line was long and moved slowly slowly slowly. We won’t be back for a while.

Had my daughters bday party here and everyone had a great time. I love the fact that they keep it easy on the parents and no clean up after a party is always a huge plus.

Not enforcing mask policy well. I brought my kids here because they have a mask policy due to Covid-19 but I am looking all over and continue to see kids and adults with masks on their chin or under nose. They should have a 3 strikes and youre out rule for not abiding by the rules. And staff is looking directly at kids without masks on and not saying anything. 😢

This place was nice, plenty of space, $10 x half hour and $3 per special socks (yes youll have to pay for that). The girl actually let us stay almost an hour. Pretty fun even if youre an adult.

This place has more people jumping around than a Cypress Hill concert. Kids loved the rock wall and the kid arcade doesnt rip you off like Peter Piper.

It looks really fun and reasonably priced. But gosh dang. I took two steps into the warehouse, and I could not get over the smell of unwashed foot and lack of any kind of cleaning product. I had to walk right back out.

Just saying, I would recommend to have the trampoline springs replaced to make them bouncier. If you do this next time I come back, this will definitely be a five star review! Great place with a ninja course, arcade, rock climbing wall, snack bar, warp wall, little kids trampolines, trampoline dodgeball, and all of it. Just saying that the snack bar doesn’t give out water cups. 🤪😎

Had the opportunity to free jump, attend/host parities and participate in the trampoline aerobics class. Received a great work out during the aerobics class. I would highly recommend it. The sitting area (while you waiting for your kids) is comfortable and spacious. The dedicated dodge ball court is great for the kids who want to play without disturbing others that just want to jump. The foam pit is a ton of fun and always a hit with the kids.

I decided to bring my 9 year old son and 2 year old daughter for a visit for some trampoline fun. I was a bit concerned about how my daughter would handle all the excitement since she is only 2. She absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate of safety and organization. We were all able to play dodge ball as well as using the rope and foam block area. It was a great workout for me, and I felt comfortable allowing my children to play without the risk of injury from other larger kids. We like it so much we are thinking about having our next birthday celebration here.

It was a lot of fun, took my daughter with me, she sure had a blast. One hour was more than enough, although once you start getting the hang of it you want more. Jumping up and down on a trampoline sure is a workout. This place was clean, they had massage chairs for those who just want to be there. Theyve got some wall climb with a weight limit of 250lbs. Also, open dodge ball, basketball, arcade, mini golf and private rooms for those who want birthday to celebrate a birthday party.

The kids love this place. It was so hot on Sunday. We were looking for something to do indoors that the kids could exert their energy. Sky High was the perfect place. The kids loved jumping around and the foam pits. I love that there is a place for children 8 and under could jump without older/bigger kids taking over the area. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Came on a Wednesday night to celebrate my kids birthday. The whole was almost all to ourselves! David made our experience super personal and made us feel welcome all the time! Great job and thank you!

This place have great entertainment stuff. From, trampoline to rock climbing wall and arcade video games. Definitely place that will make your kids tired if they are hyperactive. For those kids who are bored with trampoline or dont like trampoline there are various arcade games. They also offer space for kids birthday parties.

Went here for my 12 year old daughters party. Took a group of 6 girls to the Friday night $15 event and loved every minute of it! We let the girls do what ever they wanted, ordered a few pizzas and soda. The staff at the snack bar were wonderful and helped a lot. The girls had a great time and then ended the night with a great round of air hockey!! We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely the worst management ever. Called in to ask if they can allow outside food for the birthday party as they had agreed to it when we booked, but then a week later they called in to say No, cant do it. Wanted to let them know that we had already sent out the invite and that they should be more cautious next time when booking. But James or whoever was on the line did not even acknowledge that there was a customer on the other side, gave his spiel and without even so much as a whisper from me passed the conversation back to the attendant. I have never had a more disrespectful call as a customer and I have dealt with cable companies, airlines and second hand car salesmen!! When I told him how disrespectful he was, he offerred to cancel the event. Think twice before booking an event at this place!

Really fun and modern place for kids to hang out with friends. Loved the Cosmic night - and already planning on doing my sons b/day party there (per his request). Staff is very nice. The facility is very clean too. Im def. bringing the kids back for more fun at Sky High!

We decided to try out Sky High Sports with some local friends since we were visiting and looking for something fun to do. Oh my goodness!!! We came in at 8:30pm and left at close (10pm) when they pretty much had to pull us off of the trampolines. Had we known that we would have that much fun, we would have came earlier and stayed longer! What a blast! Our group of 7 had so much fun alternating between the jumping area and the foam pit. The super wonderful guy who was over seeing the foam pit was so kind to everyone, and so patient and encouraging when we were all maneuvering the pit for the first time. The check in guy was super nice and knowledgable - and even came and chatted with us out on the trampolines to check in with us and see if we were having fun. As we left, the girl who had been overseeing the trampoline jumpers told us all about Cosmic Nights and invited us to come back and check it out. I cannot say enough about the associates that work here, or the awesome time we had! We are DEFINITELY coming back, and cannot wait to do so!!!

Weve been there times. My kids love coming here, and we would come here more often except for the price. Paying for two kids to jump gets expensive.The place is very clean and always well staffed. The pizza they sell there is actually pretty good for a non-pizza place.Would go more often if it was cheaper and they offered really good sibling discounts.

They don’t deserve a 1*Not sure where to start off with, very limited attractions, the equipments needs deep cleaning, it was dark Inside, claustrophobic, and unfriendly staff.They were about 40 minutes away from us, we drove just so my kids could enjoy, after spending nearly $100 for 4 kids, Very disappointed with the level of service we received.The staff kept apologizing (very annoying) for the equipment we couldn’t use due to their rules, I guess we paid $$ to see the walls and the ceiling “very attractive walls and ceilings” lol.I wish they would have told us at the beginning, but of course not.They won’t get my business anymore for sure, please make sure to get a tour before spending your money.

Decided to take the kids to sky high, it was a rainy day in July, our experience there was great! Our wait at the front desk was minimal, the staff was kind and courteous. The kids had a blast especially in the dodge ball arena. Thank you for such a great day.

My first time there. Engaged and enthusiastic staff for the entire visit. We took two younger children with some friends that had younger children too. The Under 8 area was good for them and my husband and I had a blast in the main area as we rotated watching the kids. The foam pits are a blast too.I was definitely sore the next day. My kids are already talking about when they can go back. The prices are affordable and the the fun is limitless. I am looking into setting up a team building event for work.

The first time we came to Sky High was for a birthday party and the kids loved it so much they wanted to come back again. This is a great place for the entire family to get together and have fun. The prices are reasonable, there is comfortable seating, and a snack bar. We have been back three times so far and loved it each time.

We booked a birthday party here for ten kids. According to my son, it was awesome. I loved the hurricane simulator. All of my friends had fun, and all my friends loved the hurricane simulator too.From a parents perspective: they took care of everything, the food was palatable, and I probably wont throw back yard parties again-this was too easy and turned out well.

Kids had a blast, place is pretty big. They have a rock climbing wall also. I highly recommend it!

My boys love jumping at Sky High. We find ourselves there on days when we need to exert some energy indoors. And we have also had a birthday party there. Overtime we go the boys spend their time doing something different (dodgeball, jumping into the foam pit, or just jumping on the many trampolines). I love knowing that our sons are getting a fun workout in a safe environment. The staff is energetic and complementary towards the patrons. I recommend it greatly.

We really enjoy Sky High Sports. The boys love the trampolines, especially dodgeball. The form pits are also great! The cool thing as a mom (who doesnt always feel like jumping) are all the nice lounges scattered about. It is also nice to see the growth and improvements being made. Our favorite so far has been the pool table! We are also looking forward to the mini-golf course being added outside! Staff here are always very friendly and fair! Reasonably priced fun!

I have 13, 11 and 3 years old went there but none of them would love to go for next time. Its a great place with reasonable price but just not really for kids either too young or too old. It has four major parts which are all kind of small, so not too much to play for all my kids but would be good for kids between 5-10years old. The four parts includes a climbing wall, slide area, tunnels and trampoline area. Staff are very friendly though.

What an amazing find...I only wish we had discovered this place at the beginning of summer! Both of my boys had a great time! Loved the dodge ball and foam pits. The whole building was very clean and well taken care of.

Did the 1 hour private court group rental and it was fun, be prepared for a pretty good workout. Having the private court is great since you can get a bunch of games in with the people youre with (we had 12 people in our group). Would definitely recommend doing if you havent done before as its a great experience.Only thing that could be better is they have a staff member who watches your court for safety but that person also ends up being a referee the whole time, telling you what games to play, what the teams are, the rules, etc at least from when we went there back in August. It would be better if they just let you set up the games and rules as you want to play if thats what you want to do (I mean thats part of the reason you rent out the private court versus playing in the public ones) and the staff member be there to help and watch out as necessary.

I have been here several times now. Once as a team-building event for work! I love the atmosphere, and wow - what a workout! I highly recommend bringing your kids here. Parents will recognize the feel of the place as reminiscent of the roller skating rinks of yore. Rest assured, there are designated jump courts for parents with littles.

I brought my two daughters and two of their friends there in July. The place is easy to find. Although the construction work was not finished outside at the time, inside everything was good. The girls had a wonderful time. They jumped and played the whole two hours and had lots of fun. They had plenty of nice seating areas for parents, vending machines for drinks. I did wish they had ice cream there. We felt the money was well spent and will go again.

My kids (12 and 10 years old) love it here. They can play dodgeball and jump for 2 hours and it gets all their energy out and is a great workout. I think it is a little pricey but they have a lot of coupons. Also they have raffles there and you can win free jump time - the kids love that!

This place is the BEST! We visited the Miramar location in San Diego, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sign in was so easy with their system and it was very reasonably priced (only $16 for my 5 yo to jump for an hour! $11 for 30 min. They also have packages for their arcade + jump, mini golf). My son and his friend (both 5 years old) had such a good time, he has been begging me to go back. Parents can jump too! There are five or more trampoline areas, all with unique activities (dodgeball, foam pit, trampoline walls). We were looking for something to do on a rainy day and were pleasantly surprised to find it was absolutely empty 2-4pm on a Thursday (my son has half days at school, suspect that is why). Would recommend going midday on weekdays for this reason. Will definitely be back soon.

We like Sky High a lot. Great facility. The only issues I have with it are the volume of the music (which can reach over 90 db), and the number of vending machines that cause my kids to start whining. Other than that its great.

I was very happy there waiting while the boys jumped!

I took my 10 year old son and a friend for some afternoon fun. They had a blast jumping and then they used their money to grab candy from the claw machine. After a five minute break they were back to jumping. They loved the dodge ball area and the kids were fairly rotated so everyone had lots of turns. They took another break to play some games then back to more sweaty jumping and flipping. I couldnt believe that they kept going for more than two hours. The bathrooms were clean and the couches and tv monitors for parents were nice. My son loved it so much that he went back the next day for two more hours by himself! I used a coupon online for $10 for two hours. It was a fantastic deal.

Our kids have visited Sky High several times since we discovered this attraction 1.5 years ago. We were just here yesterday with some friends! We have late teens, middle school and elementary school aged kids and often bring the neighbor kids too. They all love coming here, especially on special Cosmic Nights where the courts have black lights and fog and they can jump/play for 4 hours straight at a discount. The place is always clean and the staff is always attentive and it is great exercise! Check-in is quick when you get to the counter if you are a repeat customer or you fill out the waiver online ahead of time. The all-time favorite of our kids is the dodge-ball court. We love the numerous jump voucher specials that are offered by Sky High and purchased a Family Pass as well. Plenty of space for parents who dont jump to hang out on comfy couches and they have free WIFI too! :) We havent found the place overly crowded on the many times weve visited (they do offer online reservations). Sometimes the kids have to wait in line through a dodge-ball game before they get to play, but thats usually when there are a couple of birthday parties being hosted.

We took our three year old grandson to Sky High Sports. At first, he seemed a little tentative, but the staff encouraged him and we ended up having to drag him out of there. He loved the foam pit the most. Swung on the rope for an hour. Great staff, great environment, clean, great time. We have been back a couple of times and are going tomorrow, too. Its all good

I went here for my friends birthday party we are teenage girls so we have a lot of energy so all the trampolines tired us out. The only thing is that if feel like by the end of our two hours it felt like there was nothing else and we got kind of bored. Other than that we had a great time! I would definitely go again!

We love this place. My children have asked me if they are allowed to live there permanently. We have been there about half a dozen times and every time has been a huge success. The staff is helpful and friendly - especially while refereeing dodge ball. We use a Groupon or similar every time and it makes it very affordable and well worth it. We will return over and over again.

Great facility and kind staff. There is a seperate trampoline area for kids which is a plus. Other than trampoline area, there is also arcade and rock climbing for kids, so its a good place if you want to take your kids for couple of hours or more. The lounge for the parents was nice and it was in the center of everything, so its easy to keep an eye out. They accept Groupon, but be sure to purchase 24 hrs before.
