I cant speak highly enough of Jim Thurber (project manager) and his entire team of subcontractors at helping my wife and I turn a very frustrating situation (pipe leak/water damage in kitchen) to something really awesome, a fully remodeled kitchen. Jim is a very friendly guy who is great to talk to and gets the job done.Firstly, I had a bad experience with a previous plumbing contractor, and Jim and his team have restored my faith in finding quality and honest contractors to work with. I will definitely be keeping his contact information for any future projects that my wife and I want to have done.I was referred to Restoration Solutions through my homeowners insurance (AAA) when I started my water damage claim. Jim came out and performed his estimate and was very upfront and honest with me about everything. We were initially just going to repaint and replace the damaged cabinets and have them all painted. After a lot of thought and consideration, my wife and I wanted to seize the moment and just remodel the entire kitchen, especially since the remaining, undamaged cabinets would still be 30 years old on the inside and not match the rest of the new cabinets. It obviously cost more to remodel the whole kitchen, but this was just one of those situations where it was completely worth the extra money.Able and his team (demo, paint, and drywall) did an awesome job.Alex and his team (cabinets and trim) did an awesome job.Jaime and DJ (countertops) did an awesome job.Mark (the electrician) did an awesome job.(Dont remember the plumbers names) but they did an awesome job.Jims timeline for the entire project was pretty spot on, within a few days of targeted date. As I said earlier, he was very upfront and honest about everything, so my wife and I knew exactly what to expect. All of the subcontractors were extremely respectful and considerate of my wife and Is schedules and working from home on certain days.Jims pricing was very reasonable and competitive to other quotes I received and we are incredibly happy with the final results. We had a slab leak which resulted in quite a bit of damage to our flooring and carpeting. Jim Thurber, from Restoration Solutions, provided a competitive quote and was able to start work the following week. The flooring we chose to replace our damaged flooring was on back order. Once the flooring was in stock, the RS team started work a couple of days later and finished a day earlier than planned. The quality of the work is excellent and the construction personnel completing the work were professional, friendly and very hard working.We highly recommend Restoration Solutions!

We found some mold in the ceiling when we removed a cabinet and it was due to a leak in the pipe somewhere above. We asked 3 different companies to come take a look at it. First of all the response was great and Joe came and took a look at it at the earliest. Very professional from the beginning and they got the right tools to measure the humidity. One other company that took a look did not really check for the humidity and gave us an estimate which was thrice as expensive for all the work that wasnt needed. We scheduled the work with Joe. Two field techs came to get the job done. They arrived on time, were very courteous, professional and efficient. I requested them for pictures and they made sure to share them with me. Did a very neat job. Over and above, it took less than what the original estimate was and Joe was kind enough to not charge anything extra than what was actually required. We actually saved 20% than what was originally quoted. I believe thats what an honest person would do. I recommend restoration solution from my experience.

These guys are great. I worked with Jim who was excellent with his communication throughout the remediation/restoration process. Always available by phone or text, or would return a call within the hour.I had a shower leak that damaged walls, floor, ceiling. Jim took care of the problem quickly and handled all communication with my insurance company. They remedied a bad situation as smoothly as possible.Dont hesitate to call these guys, they are pros and they handle business.

I cannot rate Jim Thurber from Restoration Solutions high enough (I wish there were 100 stars I could give). We had a major flood throughout our entire house. We were extremely unhappy with the restoration company recommended by our insurance, we looked at many restoration companies that did not impress us, and luckily were finally given a referral to Restoration Solutions. Jim assessed our somewhat difficult project and gave us ideas for solutions that other companies did not. He was involved and proactive about every step of the project. Jim was in constant contact with us regarding everything going on, if we ever needed him he was easy to reach (day, night, even on weekends). All of the workers who came to our home were professional, responsible, and respectful of our home. Every stage of the project happened on time (or ahead of schedule). Jim made everything seem easy, even though other companies we talked to made everything seem so difficult. Our home restoration turned out better that we could have ever imagined, and we really credit Jim Thurber and Restoration Solutions for making this possible. If you have the need for restoration services, I would highly recommend working with Jim at Restoration Solutions. Professional, reliable, and absolutely beautiful work. A home run!

Our House got flooded. Restored the house like brand new. New hard wood floor, new walls etc. Even better than before. Living room is spacious. Very inviting. Honest workers. good management. Highly Recommended. Above all. Very affordable.

My rental property had the very unfortunate catastrophe of a busted pipe under the house. Thankfully all damages were covered by insurance, however there was a lot of meeting contractors etc. Jim at Restoration Solutions called to schedule his piece of the repair for the drywall and paint. He was sincerely empathetic to hear about my 60 year old beautiful hardwood floors that had been destroyed. I would have wished for RS to do the entire project, however insurance pieces out each item-remediation, drywall, paint, floors etc. If you have the option to chose, which you do, I would highly recommend having RS do everything.One of the other contractors were supposed to do the baseboards, however, they did not tell me that somehow they were only doing the floors. So after an extra week the project was in limbo. I asked for Jim and RS to finish the work. Even though the baseboards were a small job to them they took it. I really did not want to work with the other contractor at all for even a second longer. Jim and his crew installed the baseboards and even did the touch-up work left by the flooring contractor.If you ever have the misfortune of needing this remedy go with RS and ask for Jim!Thank you Restoration Solutions for completing my nightmare.

My parents had grease fire in their kitchen February 9th. Thank goodness everyone was okay but needless to say, the kitchen was totaled.Within a few days since this happened over a weekend, AAA was in touch and had sent out Jack Manata with Restoration Solutions to meet with us. Right off the bat, he was prompt, caring, professional and respectful of the situation and was willing to help ASAP! With a lot of crazy “ambulance chasers “ trying to contact us to get our business, we felt safe and secure with Jack. He explained the process and how everything would work going forward in detail and had no problem repeating any of it when needed. Throughout the 4 month renovation Jack was in contact every step of the way keeping us informed as to what work was being done when and with which sub-contractor etc., which by the way, all the subs were great as well! I honestly can’t say enough as to how well we were taken care of from start to finish. Mom and Dad are extremely happy with how the kitchen and home turned out as well as the rest of the family. A huge thank you to Jack for making this experience an awesome one!

Restoration soultions is a great company to work with. We had a refrigerator leak in a townhouse that we had just bought four months ago. It had leaked into the common wall- behind our kitchen and dining room and underneath all the floors in our house- called restoration soultions and Joe Cuevas came in and did an estimate for me- had it over the same day and had crews( all of which were friendly and professional) out the very next day. He was polite, informative, and most importantly professional and knew what he was doing. Although I hope to never use his company again- I wont hesitate to call them.

Tooraj is terrific! I worked with him years ago before he owned his own company 7 years ago. The floors, granite cabinets still look amazing! Over the past month I had an issue with the plumbing on a new house that I just bought and his new crew was beyond professional and helpful. They were very responsive to our questions, prompt on their deliveries, and showed us great care with the headache of what we had to endure with having our home demoed and reconstructed. I had a water line break to the dishwater in my kitchen during the middle of the night, and when I woke up, my downstairs was flooded. I had two inches of water everywhere. My insurance company sent out some folks to clean up, but after the clean up, I was left with nobody to fix and make my place look as good as new.I did some research and took a chance with restoration solutions ... they sent out a gentleman by the name of Jack M. Jack was extremely knowledgable, friendly and just easy to work with. Jack explained what the clean up crew did right, what they did wrong and he acted as the interface to the insurance company. Using logic and facts, he got the insurance company to fix what wasn’t done right, and got the insurance company to pay for those things not included in their original estimate. Jack took the the time to meet with me at cabinet stores, flooring stores and others. While not a design shop, Jack gave me advice and was just extremely helpful. Being a single guy, and not sure what I wanted, it took some time for me to make up my mind, but Jack never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable when making a decision. When it was all done, my place looked awesome. I couldn’t be more happy. I am not sure what more you could expect, and if I could, I would give Jack M and restoration 10 or 20 stars instead of 5.Break, about two months after the restoration, one of the kitchen facuets they installed developed a leak. I called up Jack, and there was no argument, debate or discussion. He said “Roger” and 24 hours after the call, I had a tech on site who fixed the issue and the problem was solved. Jack said they stood behind their work, and in fact, they did.Jack is a pros’ pro and if I ever need more work, I am calling restoration solutions. I am one very happy customer.

This review is for the estimator Jack Manata but I have to assume, by the great reviews, that he is part of a great company.I hired a company called Restoration Management Solutions (RMS) and it was just an all around really bad experience. Ive never worked with a worse PM than with RMS. I will write a seperate review for RMS since my complaint to the contractors board was useless.Anyway, I called Restoration Solutions to rebuild my demod condo. It took Jack less than 5 minutes to confirm my worst fears. RMS screwed up and left wet drywall, mold, and only demod about 65% of what needed to be demod. Jack told me he had a good relationship with my insurance company and agreed to meet with my adjustor and show and explain to him the issues. Thankfully my insurance adjuster agreed with him and Jack gave me the name of a good abatement company to finish the job right.He got nothing out of helping me. I would have loved to give him the restoration work but I had a drywall guy already and I was saving a lot of money with him. I wish I would have gone with them because the contractors I hired were terrible and it took about 8 months to re-build a 625 sf condo. Im glad I know who to call next time and I wont hesitate to recommend these guys!(Btw - Im not new to the world of remediation, mold, floods, etc and Ive worked with a LOT of really bad contractors / companies.)

Working with competent professionals is always a treat. When the outhouse connected with the windmill (in the form of a flood at my mothers house), these fellas came through for us with flying colors. They walked us through the process step by step and stuck by their word and their projected time frame. Having your home flooded and gutted is never a pleasant experience, but these guys (especially my buddy Jim) were definitely the silver lining. I was constantly kept updated and if ever I had a question all I had to do was call. These guys are truly the rockstars of the restoration world. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Restorations Solutions did a fantastic job yet again for me! This is the third time I had to call on them due to flooding damage caused by a plumbing leak. The quality of their work plus the timeliness and professionalism tops any service Ive previously experienced.I was blessed to have Susan Schultz assigned to me on my first home flooding and since then Ive used Restoration Solutions and requested her because of her integrity, knowledge and the outstanding customer service shes provided me on each occasion.Their familiarity and excellent relationship and communication skills in coordinating with my insurance company was another bonus. I highly recommend this company if youre at a loss on what to do when disaster hits and you dont know where to turn.

Their contractors are the best in the business who schedule Restoration Solutions jobs with no waiting, no delay at all. The R.S. adherence to their guarantee is actually amazing--just a smile and with no hesitation Well fix that right away.Susan Schultz was my project manager. She is a wonderful lady who knows the business inside and out, always answers all her calls, and responds with nothing but a cheerful smile--Dont worry, well take care of that. And they did.I really cannot imagine what I would have done without Susan and Restoration Solutions.

DONT HIRE!!! THEY THEY DID HORRIBLE WORK PUTING MY WALL BACK TOGETHER. IT FELL APART AND YOU COULD SEE THE 2 INCH WIDE LINES A MILE AWAY AND LEFT IT BOWED OUT 3 INCHES! JIM LAGHED HIS HEAD OFF AT US AND LIED SAYING IT IS SUPOSED TO HAVE A GAP AND WE HAVE 1950S PLASTER AND ADDING DRYWALL DOSNT WORK. ITS ALL DRYWALL FROM A FEW YEARS BACK!! HE THINKS WE LITERALY HAVE THE INTEL OF A 2 YEAR OLD. THE WORK ON TOP OF THE WINDOW WAS COSMETIC ONLY AND FELL APART! NO FRAMING OR DRYWALL!! HAD TO HIRE SOME ONE TO FIX BOTH ISSUES! HE WILL BE FACING A VERRY LARGE LAWSUIT! THIS HAS EXTENDED THE PROJECT 2 AND A HALF MONTHS ONTOP OF 2 ALREADY! THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND FIND IT HILLARIOUS!

The company responded promptly to a negative situation. Im impressed how the owner handled the problem. The complaint I uploaded on Yelp earlier turned into solution. Ill give them the business when I can.

I had a minor flood and Tooraj from RS gave me the white glove treatment. It was a minor flood but he took care of everything. My house was back in order within days and to boot I was in the middle of a project to build a wall in my house and my contractor was pulling the typical disappearing act and pushing my project back. This was a problem for us because we live in small condo and just had a baby so it was imperative to turn our loft space into a closed room for my son. Anyhow, Tooraj got his guy Dave on the job. Dave was the real deal. They took over the mess created by my previous contractor and completed the job within 1 week. It looks awesome and actually costed less than my original estimate from the last dude. I highly recommend Restoration Solutions.Miles
