The people who work here ought to be ashamed of themselves, especially daisy. These recruiters will literally ghost you after promising to help you find a job. How unprofessional, and quite frankly heartless, in this day and age. This is a clown show. They place you at a post, and then you never hear from them ever again. And if you get laid off from that post due to no fault of your own, the recruiter will literally ghost you. That is awful. Go to any other hiring agency.

I had the great opportunity to work with a Jon Madden and he was phenomenal. He was 100% transparent about the job aspects and the entire hiring process. And he really set me up for success. 10/10 would seek job opportunities through him and Randstad again.

They never answer, i was in need of a job and my recruiter was taking her sweet time throughout the hiring process and placed me in a shift i clearly said I couldn’t do. Constantly lagging! Even through out the hiring process.

I had been in contact with Randstad since about September 2018 but I was actually working another position at another temp agency. However, they did keep my information on file and reached out to me a few times in 2019 but I still initially turned them down as the opportunity and timing wasnt right. Im very picky on location as I live downtown and do not want a long commute. They reached out again about 6 weeks ago with a perfect opportunity that is 6 blocks from my apartment downtown and they pay quite a bit more than my current role doing basically the exact same thing. After initially hesitating, Randstad understood my concerns and was able to get even more money for me as well as a second interview. All during this time, I was kept informed of how things were progressing and any updates. I would definitely recommend Randstad for any of your job placement needs!

Randstad was my recruiting agency when I worked at Waymo (chandler) as a UX Researcher. For 2 years I had nothing but issues with this company. They would miss paychecks... they double pay and want it back... they didnt even offer sick day in the beginning, then when they did, they wouldnt let you use all the sivk time you have aquired. They did zero negotiations on my behalf. Changed my point of contact 3 times. When I got pregnant, they said Im qualified for short term disability, so I went on maternity leave when my baby was born, then half way through my (8 week) maternity leave, they discontinued my short term disability benefits saying youre not qualified. Very disorganized, money thirsty and all they want you to do is shut up and work so they get paid. When my contract with Google ended they basically didnt care... then they disqualified me from unemployment because I didnt email them to say hey today is my last day . When they should be the ones on top of their employees assignment dates and reaching out to me to see what the hell Im doing. I will will never work with this organization again. Please dont fall in their trap. You can do better. Trust me.

Is this what you call a “BUSINESS” ?!In the last 2 weeks, I’ve called about 3-4 times and no one ever answers the phone!! It says you’re open 8 am- 5 pm M-F. Why can’t anyone answer the phone??! I don’t understand! I’ve left various voicemails asking for Rebecca to return my calls and not once received a call back!! People are needing to get jobs and this is what you do to your customers!! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Don’t even bother with this place!!

Ive called week after week with no response from Rebecca or Heather .11.9.19The reason Im following up as of today is due to speaking with Rebecca today. I was very surprised to hear her voice ! We went over the information in regards to my questions for my W2. Since I had her on the phone I did ask her where the communication had failed back 5 months ago. She rudely responded stating she emailed me back.I told her I did not receive an email, Her response was well I did, best wishes to you and hung up on me. I was more than surprised with her rude response . Very very poor customer service. For weeks I tried contacting her and heather and never once received a reply as an active employee

They dont reply to your requests; sent email with resume as requested and received no response to set up interview. If youre serious about needing a job dont waste your precious time.
