This is by far the best staffing company in San Diego. First the application process is thorough and straight forward. Second, this was the only company that was hiring during the Covid-19 and ensured all safety measures and proper precautions were maintained by team members and customers alike. Lastly, certainly not least, the customers that All Team has contracts with are bar none in terms of professionalism and safety. Thats the reason for the five stars. This is an incredible job to have if you like to switch up your scenery, meet new people, and become a jack of all trades! I have so much fun on every shift I go to, so its barely like working. I personally have enjoyed the hours, change in pace/task, and the professionalism from the boss that offers these jobs, as well as the kindness of the bosses Ive reported to at each job.

It is a reputable company thats been around for many years and has had the same temp workers still working for them after 5 years or more because they enjoy it! Customers always come first. AllTeam Staffing offers plenty of hours and enough pay for anyone that wants to work! All they need from you is to show up on time and behave like an adult, and that’s it! You get to work with people from all over San Diego, experience different people and cultures, and the best part is that you can basically make your own schedule. They send you gig opportunities through email and you either accept the job opportunity or decline it. You show up and work on time, then you get paid after payroll. Pretty simple and straightforward. Been working there for around 6 months and I have no complaints thus far.

WARNING! This company does NOT pay the hired temp employees. Dont be fooled by the amount of money they offer you per gig. You wont even receive it! If you do, expect the check to bounce. It took them months to pay up and they still owe me money! Beware because I am not the only one! Dont get fooled.

All team staffing is very flexible with scheduling and has a variety of different job opportunities available. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to new employees.

At the recommendation of an All Team Staffing employee, I applied to this company. You know how your gut tells you somethin isnt right in certain situations? Well, thats what happened here for me. It wasnt one thing or another, it was everything: from the small outdated and cluttered office, to the huge application requiring my I understand and agree initials on every policy in the handbook, to having to purchase two different sets of clothes ($$), to the fact that they do not have direct deposit OR check mailing system (what year is this?). On the positive side, the manager (I guess he was a manager, he didnt introduce himself until I asked) is a nice man and actually called me later on the same day offering me an assignment. Obviously, this fits the needs of others - I just felt differently.

All team use to be a very good employer but they started going down hill.. Employer needs to be more friendlier and not be rude or unfriendly to there employees.. Might want to re think this agency... They also are very slow. They just changed there staff... Use to not have any problems with them until a month or 2 ago...

I was just told I cant get paid for the week I worked. I am devastated. I was told they went bankrupt and wouldnt be able to cash my check at all.Dont be fooled.
