Jackie called me to set up an interview after applying through indeed. From the beginning she has been efficient, helpful, and kind. On top of that she isn’t just an office employee with no knowledge of the field. I don’t know exactly how much she knows but it seemed to me she had a pretty rounded knowledge of field work. She continues to answer my questions promptly and is always willing assist in any way possible and that is something that I have found to be uncommon elsewhere.All of the staff at the office are professional and courteous. Very service oriented, tailored to the situations of those who come in. Everyone that I’ve interacted with in regards to Eastridge has been a pleasant experience.The ONLY thing I wasn’t 100% satisfied with is my current wages. I did specify what I was worth in my field and was told that it was easily doable, yet I was placed with a company at a slightly lower hourly wage than my listed ‘lowest desired wage’.That being said, however, I did stress urgency above pay and I had interviewed on a Friday and Jackie had me working Monday. It’s for that reason I keep the 5-star rating; because even though my pay was/is lower than I want it to be, it showed me that Jackie listened to my needs and did the best she could to get me working as quickly as possible and as close to my desired wage as possible.Definitely recommend applying through Eastridge if you’re looking for work.

The staff at Eastridge construction in San Diego are very friendly and helpful. The on boarding process was smooth and they’re always open to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them if you need a job! I have definitely recommended my friends to apply!

This is a horrible staffing agency. I lost a job that I thought to have a future in because they decided to make an app and then readjusted my hows. Causing the employer to pay over time for no apparent reason. I even should the employer the hour I punch in to there app (which they had no clue how to fix)
