I have been going to Dr. Bancroft’s office since 2018, and I am not going anywhere else! Let me first say, Dr. Bancroft is the best. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs when I needed an emergency root canal. All her staff are courteous and very good with communicating what needs to be done and what to expect. Also, my hygienist, Solange, has been my go to for my routine cleaning. She truly cares about my teeth’s well being and I look forward to seeing her for as long as I am in town :)

Another great experience I had today at Carmel valley dental, they never fail to amaze me. Every time I come in I get special treatment for some reason(it’s like they know me). Solange did my cleaning and did a fantastic job, she cleaned my teeth but didn’t stop there. She also put a special liquid on my teeth that illuminated plaque to show me where to pay special attention when I brush my teeth. Then, she sprayed my teeth with a baking soda solution that advanced the cleaning. I definitely got a WOW experience from start to finish and to make things even better It was pain free.Thank you to the lovely ladies that run this establishment. You are what makes ordinary businesses, superb businesses.

Dr.Bancroft has the touch of an expert dentist. The staff is amazing and the care I have received over the years is unparalleled. My Invisalign was done here a few years ago and the work was flawless, life changing to be exact. Every time I go to Carmel Valley Dental I have a great experience. I think I have had 4 crowns, some fillings, and cleanings. I never have to worry about pain. Dr Bancroft and her RN Katherine are warm, caring and professional. The hygienists and other staff are also wonderful! I’m so grateful that I found them.

Amazing, efficient, and undoubtably CLEAN! Felt completely safe with all the extra measures CV Dental is taking to keep both patients and their office safe during these times. Pre screening prior to check in, temp scan upon arrival, special air filtration systems and plexiglass in place along with extra measures in between. Appreciated and highly recommend! Also a very small office and have spaced appointments accordingly :)

Ive been coming to Carmel Valley Dental for over 10 years. I now bring both my kids also! The staff is so professional, and great with my kids. I also appreciate that they work with my insurance and my budget. They are honest, and always show you with xrays and photos what is going on with your teeth. They are super clean and I felt very safe going in twice during covid19.

Beautiful office with amazing equipment. The technology was wonderfully integrated into the office. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provides great instruction on how to better care for your teeth. They were also great at ensuring I had a better understanding as the parent on what was going on with my childs teeth and how to better supervise at home. Dr. Bancroft was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had great confidence in the services provided to my daughter. On top of it all, everyone was nice and pleasant! A truly great experience! I’ve been coming to Carmel Valley Dental for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They take great care of their patients and are always sensitive to your needs and to your budget, no pressuring you into do something you aren’t comfortable with.Also, they are really on top of Covid protocols. Mask wearing and face shields indoors, extra mouth rinses, hand sanitizer, etc. I was completely comfortable and felt safe the whole time.

Organized, friendly and very professional dental practice offering true cosmetic dentistry. I signed up for the Membership program. It pays for itself in the first visit. My teeth and bite have never felt better and I enjoy my visits with Dr. Bancroft and the staff.

Excellent service. I felt very safe and cared for during COVID!

Definitely felt safe from the time I called the office to let them know I was there to the time I left. I have always felt this is a clean dentist office, which is one reasons why I referred my husband, but I definitely think they have stepped up their game during this time. My temperature was taken upon arrival and hand sanitizer was readily available. Solange was in full PPE and once I was seated, I was given two mouth rinses before the cleaning began. She cleaned my teeth, congratulated me on being cavity free and I was on my way. If you are postponing a cleaning or exam due to covid, I completely understand where you are coming from. But I felt safe and encourage you so go see this lovely team of ladies!

I have been a patient at CVD for several years and I have the utmost praise for Dr. Bancroft and her staff. Today was my first appointment in the midst of The COVID-19 Pandemic. CVD Staff is taking impressive and extraordinary precautions to safeguard patients. I felt perfectly comfortable during my treatment, and I can attest that CVD has procedures in place to keep patients safe during these challenging times.

Have been going to this practice for many, many years, starting with Dr. Evans. She made a great choice in passing on her practice to Dr. Bancroft, and fortunately some of the great staff, especially Kat, opted to stay on. Today I had what could have been a miserable appointment, and though it wasnt pleasant, they certainly did everything to ensure my comfort and minimize pain. Wow! These guys are quick, efficient, and extremely nice. This was my first visit to this office. I arrived a little before my 8am appointment and was quickly seated in the examination chair. I quickly had my x-rays completed (they use a digital x-ray for lower radiation and immediate results on the computer) and the dentist greeted me moments later for the initial exam. Dr. Bancroft is extremely pleasant, courteous, and easy to talk to. Next, I went for the regular cleaning which was a breeze. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience.

I dont like changing dentists. However, they were highly recommended. Now, I drive 26.2 miles for their services. They are patient, kind, trustworthy, and diverse! The dentist is professional and attentive...and my shots never hurt less. If you are the type of person that gets nervous at the dentists with the sound of that BUZZ...I highly recommend you make this your safe haven! Heck...they even have Tvs on the ceiling!!! This place ROCKS! I love all the staff here! Excellent customer service from the office reception, dental tech, dental hygienist, down to the dentist!!!

Easy to book and schedule my appt, staff was friendly and helpful, teeth cleaning was very complete, got two fillings and a crown and it was great all around. I recommend this dentist to all my friends and family members!
