Dr. Allan Job and his team were amazing start to finish. I am actually a general dentist and was looking for a pediatric dental office for my daughter. Their online booking made everything seamless and was better than being on hold with the phone. They have screens on the ceiling to keep the kids busy so do the doctor and assistant could do the exam/cleaning with ease. Dr. Allan Job is a board certified pediatric dentist so I knew my daughter was is good hands. I don’t have dental insurance and that’s no problem bc they have an in-house office plan to make dental treatment affordable. Coming from a fellow dentist, take your kids here!

Dr. Job is an amazing dentist. He is kind, empathetic and patient. My son was at ease during his entire visit and he very much enjoyed all the perks offered. While receiving treatment, he was able to lay back, relax and watch a movie. At the end of his visit, he was able to pick out a small toy and a T-shirt. I am very pleased with the service we received. I wish I had dentist offices like these when I was a child. It would’ve lessened my fear of dentists as I got older. I look forward to our future visits & I want to thank Dr. Job and his assistants for their attentiveness and patience. I want to note that the office was very clean, organized and the office staff were mindful of social distancing/covid guidelines

All Smiles was our first pediatric dentist experience and I couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out you are greeted with open arms and staff who truly want to make it a good experience for you and your child. The hygienists and Dr Job know exactly how to interact with a young toddler to make them feel happy and calm and they even take time to pretend to do a “checkup” on my daughters stuffed animal “lovie” to make my daughter comfortable. My daughter loved the birthday cake flavored paste and the surprise “prize” she got at the end! The place looks new and spotless and we can’t wait to continue our visits here every 6 months!! Five stars!!!

My 1 year old daughter’s first dental appointment. Jessica helped me make a appointment and she was so friendly. I always get nervous during phone calls but she made me comfortable.Dr. Job and assistant Lea did great job and gentle to my daughter. Their explanation was easy to understand. I was so happy this experience and highly recommended!

I have been very happy with the entire All Smiles team. After a number of years, multiple interactions and procedures, I have concluded that the care my two daughters have received has been excellent. Everyone was very patient and helpful. My daughter is very shy and her first visit went as well as I could have hoped. Masks are required and we felt very comfortable being there. The dental hygienist made a point of talking directly to my daughter and tried to explain to her what to expect. Dr. Job was also very patient. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a first time visit for their child. Not all doctors/dentists have great bedside manner, and so I am VERY grateful to have found this office. Positives: Kids get a small toy at the end. The visit lasted about 30 mins. They have TVs on the ceiling. Office was very clean. Great communication.

Very happy with the service and patience we received here with my son who is very scared of any type of medical office. He had some tears through out but they were very understanding and patient each time. I was expecting it to be impossible for him to get through even just looking in his mouth but they found ways to reassure him and help him feel comfortable.

They are THE BEST! The whole office is great! My older daughter gets anxiety about dentist and they are so patient and fast for her! They make us feel comfortable and not that they are doing unnecessary dental work or ripping you off! Dr. Jobb is great! He explains everything he is going to do with you the parent before he proceeds! The dental hygienist and technicians are so friendly and nice too! We drive down to see the from Temecula and will continue as long as we can!

This is a good place to take your kids. They feel welcome and comfortable, the process is always well done without much wait, and Dr. Job is a good guy who is looking out for his patients. It is important to have a doctor you can trust with your kids’ health and that is true of Dr. Job.

Very impressed! My 1 yo had a bad fall and injured his mouth. The staff and doctor were very patient and informative. They were very gentle and made my little ones first dental experience more pleasant. As a mother, I was at ease and not stressed at all by his experience. They definitely have great methods when working with the youngest of patients. The whole place has a very friendly and peaceful vibe. It is very clean. We had an amazing visit at All Smiles dentistry. My son experienced extreme anxiety at another dental practice when we went in to get some fillings done for him, so we were referred to a doctor that offered sedation. After looking around, we found Dr. Job and I’m so glad we did. My son and I went in for a consultation to talk about sedation and Dr. Job and his staff were so kind and caring. They took the time to talk to my son, they asked him about his other experiences that had caused him so much anxiety and they managed to get the fillings done without any sedation necessary!!! They went the extra mile to make my child feel safe and secure and that made all the difference. Just had our first appointment last week & I must say I was SUPE impressed and happy with our visit! I was a little nervous at first since it would be my 2 yr old daughters first time at the dentist but she did so well! The dental assistance was so nice and gentle, and her dentist was super informative. I did my research before coming choosing this place and I am happy with our choice, will definitely continue to visits!

We have three young children who have been receiving annual care here for several years now. We would not want to be treated by any other pediatric dental office. This team is simply the best: empathic, friendly, and capable. They know all kinds of “kid tricks” that make them feel safe for children, and at the same time child experts for parents’ peace of mind. Dr. Job has a BUNCH of degrees, but is the most down-to-earth professional you could ever meet! They are truly ALL SMILES at All Smiles! We will definitely stick with them until our littles are adults.

All smiles pediatric dentistry was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The receptionist, Jenny, was welcoming and gave us updates on when the dentist would pull us back. The dental assistants were great also. They were quick, effective and informative on all the products they were giving my son to take home. Dr. Job was amazing. He was upfront with any issues or concerns he had. He broke all the information down in a way that could be understood and explained all possible options to aid in the decision making. He was very gentle and worked wonderfully with my son as he was squirming around. Definitely recommend this place.

All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is the best dentist I’ve ever took my child to! Before coming here he had such a fear of going to the dentist due to past dental cleanings being too quick and aggressive. Now he enjoys the dentist trip! The staff is very respectful to both myself and my child. They are also very knowledgeable and open to answer any questions about concerns you may have about your child. They also were able to assess that he needed to see an orthodontist by referral and have a great working relationship with Elite Orthodontics upstairs! Overall I can see us having a long time relationship with All Smiles and look forward to the future.

Great place for kids! Staff was super patient with my two year old daughter. Establishment was very clean and Doctor Job was very professional and seemed to really love his job. My kids received an exam and cleaning by Lea she was awesome and very gentle.

The staff here is AMAZING! From the front desk, the technician to the dentist, everyone is so kind and professional! I recently took my 2 year old in for his 6 month follow up, and he finally didn’t cry! He cried at his 1 year, 18 months, but didn’t at the latest appointment. The entire office is clean and organized, very kid friendly. We were watching Moana in the waiting room, and continued watching on the tv in the room. An overall great experience!

It was my 20 month old’s first exam/cleaning. All the staff were incredibly nice and went super slow. Of course my child was hysterical, but they assured me that was basically how it would go for the first few visits. Dr. Job and Ruby were fantastic!!! Dr. Job and his staff are absolutely AMAZING! I would recommend this office to anyone with children who are looking for a compassionate and fair dentist. Not only do they all have incredible bedside manner, they are exceptional at communicating with children (mine are 11 and 3). The few treatments that my children have needed have been incredibly fair priced and they genuinely care for the health and well being of their patients without price gouging. My family will continue to see Dr. Job for as long as we live in the San Diego area.

I was concerned about taking my 2.5 year old to the dentist for the first time. I have to say that my experience at All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry was wonderful, easy, and my son (to my surprise) did great. Dr. Job is very personable, courteous, and great with kids. I highly recommend.

This was the best first time experience for my toddler. He’s 18 months and the whole staff was fantastic. The doctor was even able to refer me to another great dentist at the new location were moving to shortly. All around great staff great doctor and very clean office. I am sad we are moving to a new city. They are also in network with tricare. It can be hard to find good providers that are in network. Do yourself a favor and schedule your child’s appointment here. You won’t be disappointed.

Another good experience at All Smiles. They are always on time. Never leaving you to wait very long. Its safe, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Job always so professional and gentle with my son. Give them a try if you havent already done so.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Job for at least 6 years now, and they love him. His staff is always kind, courteous, and professional. They are great with kids. My kids love watching movies while they have their teeth cleaned, something I am a bit jealous of haha. My youngest absolutely loves going to the dentist; she will count down the days until her next appointment. She even asked to go to the dentist on her 4th birthday.My kids have had minor work done outside of the routine cleanings and sealants. My oldest had a small hole in his tooth filled. It went very smooth. My older daughter had to have two teeth extracted because they wouldnt fall out on their own. Dr Job used laughing gas for the procedure and my daughter was calm and comfortable, even a bit happy, throughout it. Great dentist!

It literally could not have gone any better . It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and I was nervous because she was very hesitant about going and frankly did not want to go so much so that I didn’t tell her where we were going until we got there lol anyways they greeted her and the dentist assistant, dentist and the receptionist were all lovely ! It was also my daughters birthday so they gave her two gifts and a tshirt and she looovvveees gifts . They were gentle and filled two cavities and she didn’t whine or cry not once . Will definitely be going back for her six month cleaning.

Everyone in the office was so welcoming. They made my kids (5 and 2 years old) feel very comfortable. My 5 year old was very nervous about getting her x-rays and Danielle made her feel at ease and did a wonderful job on her cleaning. My 2 year old was an even bigger amazement as Danielle was able to keep him still and finish the cleaning! I would definitely recommend this dentist office for your kids.

As my five year old said on the way out of our appointment today, “I only ever want to come to the dentist!” Lea and Dr. Job were so good with my 3.5 and 5 year old (who were both scared based on past experiences), and all the staff who called and met us at reception were so kind. We love All Smiles. The staff are patient with the kids and do a great job of explaining each step, giving the child a heads up of what will happen next and what it will feel like. My kids have had some dentist nerves but now get really excited to go get their teeth cleaned. And Dr Job is calm and explains things to both parents and kids very well. We love it here!

We decided to try All Smiles because where my kids were going they wouldn’t see my kids until 40 minutes past their appointments. To add to the frustration, I realized my previous dentist wasn’t as child friendly as I thought they were. When we went to All Smiles for the first time I was so relieved to see their entire place was catered to children. They immediately saw me at my appointment time and they have the friendliest staff. I really like how the staff and Dr. Job took the time to really explain things to me and how they addressed all my concerns I had rather than immediately refer me out like my previous place. So far I LOVE this place!

I wasn’t able to join my son today for his appointment due to COVID restrictions and only one parent able to attend. I had to stay home with our baby while dad took our 2 year old to his appointment. I needed to find another Pediatric Dentist because our first experience with another provider was horrible to say the least. From the first call to All Smiles to set up the appointment to when I called today asking to speak with the doctor or assistant to get a report of my son first visit everyone was so polite, helpful, and professional. The doctor called me right back and gave me a very full detail report of my sons visit (because we know dads forget the details lol) I appreciated this so much and will definitely recommend All Smiles to anyone looking for a Pediatric Dentist. They have gained another long term patient.

They were great. They were super accommodating. We had a private room for all 3 of my kids to rotate in the chair. It was quick and they were very knowledgeable. I️ would highly recommend, especially military families with Tricare Dental.

I was so impressed with this dentistry office! Everyone was welcoming and explained everything they were going to do. My child is autistic with anxiety and they did everything they could to make him comfortable. Every step of the way they asked if he was doing ok or if he needed anything. When he got upset about a tool they were using, they immediately stopped and found a work around so he didn’t have a to deal with it. He loved being able to watch a movie on the ceiling while they cleaned his teeth! Best dentist visit we’ve ever had!

My daughter has been a patient here for many years but I’m sad to say I’m ending it today. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told that since we have missed 5 appointments since 2017 yep that’s right since 2017 that they were going to charge a $25 fee to hold the appointment. It’s 2021 and I’ve never not called and most times called within 24 hours. I’m sorry if life takes over and sometimes it’s hard to make things happen but this is total disrespect. What a joke!

We have been going to All Smiles for 6 years now. Dr. Jobs and his staff are amazing. They are patient and kind to my boys. The ladies up front are also nice and when a procedure is recommended, they check your insurance and give you an almost always accurate idea of what your insurance will pay and what you will have to pay. I took my son here for his first dental appointment. Very friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to help (and had such patience with a first time mom who wants to take picture documentation of all child’s firsts). Dr. Job is wonderful with kids and put my son at ease by letting him “help” with the check up. He’s very knowledgable and kind and overall, we had a wonderful experience. My son has been talking about his visit all day! I’d highly recommend.

Our family was referred to All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry by two other families. Each on separate occasions. The office is very clean and inviting to the little ones. Dr. Job and his staff are amazing at what they do. They make the experience enjoyable rather than frightening. My three girls ages 6, 4, and 21 months enjoy the little prize after each office visit. I love that they are thorough and explain exactly what will happen and are transparent with everything. I wish my dental experience were like this growing up. I am still afraid myself to go to the dentist. I am glad I can take my kids here giving them a better experience so that they wouldn’t be afraid to go like I am.

Fast friendly service for my kids!

My 7year old daughter is VERY anxious about going to the dentist. We have been to several trying to find the right fit. We finally found our dentist! Not only did she let them complete the exam (a first for her) she even told me that she now loves the dentist! Her hygienist was so calm, explained all the tools and procedures using age appropriate language (but also didn’t talk down to her) and promised she would consistently be the one working with my daughter for every appointment. Honestly, some of the other places we have been to felt like corporate assembly lines. We are so grateful to All Smiles!And my 4 year old loved it too!

I honestly expected a little more kid friendly experience, this is not what I got here. The doctor walked into the room and I didnt even know it was the doctor, I had to verify its the doctor from his name tag. My kid walked in slightly worried and I did most of the reassurance myself. The nurse who took us back was professional but was dry and straightforward, not much focus on my kid for comfort, same as the doctor. This does not align with all the reviews Ive read before coming here which is confusing. Maybe it was at the end of the day, but thats not my problem. I was recommended some topical without explanation why he needed it, I had to ask twice why it was needed (FYI, youll find it much cheaper online). The whole purpose of pediatric dentistry is for a friendly comforting experience and this is not what I got here, Ill be taking my kid to my general dentist instead.

Dr. Job and his staff have been amazing with my son. If you have a child who has anxiety visiting the dentist, request Danielle to be the dental assistant. My son has so much anxiety and a strong gag reflex. Danielle was so patient by talking to him step-by-step through the xrays and procedures, and with her help, he did it all without gagging! My favorite part about the office is that they have TVs on the ceilings for the kids to watch during the procedures. This helps distract my son and worked like a charm. Dr. Job is also so gentle and skilled, and has great bedside manners. My son had some fillings done and he wasn’t even aware that he even got an injection. As a military spouse, we are constantly in search for a great dentist every time we move so I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Job!

The front staff is always welcoming and happy. Our little one still is becoming comfortable with dentist office visits. The hygienists are always friendly and gentle with their exams and cleanings. Trying to make it fun and educational. And Dr Job is very friendly and professional. And of course the prizes, always the best part for the kids. Thank Dr Job and Staff. I love all smiles pediatric dentistry. Dr Job is wonderful and takes fantastic care of all 3 of my girls. We’ve been going to dr Job since my oldest who is now 7 was a baby and got her first tooth. One of my daughters has selective mutism but will talk to Danielle so she always makes sure to assist when I bring her in so she is comfortable and I appreciate how they go above and beyond for my family. I highly recommend d them!!!

I had my sons check up and my daughters first visit there and it went extremely well. They were very conscious of the pandemic and having us call before we walked up so I wasn’t too worried about being in a waiting room for too long. My daughter enjoyed the experience and they were very quick with my son who had to have a baby tooth pulled. Overall it was a really good experience and I’ll be coming back for the next check up.

We had our first ever dentist visit today and it was GREAT! Took both my kiddos (7 and 4 yo) to All Smiles this afternoon. We were all a little nervous but that subsided right away. It was a very positive experience for my girls. The doctor was informative and really educated you by showing the x-rays and thoroughly explaining what he saw. He provides great recommendations for what is needed and what are optionals. The staff was very sweet and helpful.

I love this place! Super friendly and work very well with the children. I was shocked when I saw a television playing mulan on the ceiling! My daughter loved it. Would definitely recommend them.

All Smiles was such an awesome first experience for my daughter’s first ever dental appointment. It was great that they were still taking precautions during COVID-19. Staff was wonderful and friendly! They are so patient and caring with their patients, especially when mine was 22 months old. They are very easy to get in contact with and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommended!

Took my 8 year old and 4 year old daughters today and they loved telegram staff and the dentist. They were kind, patient, and made sure my kids were comfortable. Definitely recommend Dr. Job and his staff.

Took my little one for his very first dentist appt and naturally, I was very nervous. This office was so welcoming and made my son and myself feel so comfortable. He wasn’t scared at all. Would definitely recommend this office to all!

My son has been coming to Dr. Job since his very first exam. He gets a bit nervous but always leaves happy and remembers that there’s nothing to be nervous about. I love that the staff explains ahead of time to both parent and child what will happen. They’ve always been gentle and proactive. Would highly recommend!

We’re very happy with All Smiles and have had good experiences during all our visits. Dr. Job and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Job’s expertise with tongue and lip ties are what drew me to the practice. Highly recommend for very young children.

Dr Job will be my sons new Dentist. We came in for a second opinion for a cavity that needs to be filled. This is my sons first cavity and now I realize after talking to Dr Job that for us flossing daily is a must because his back molars are so close together. He was nice, easy to talk too and explained what my son required in an easy way to understand. My son really enjoyed the TV on the ceiling and the CARS stuffed animal they use just for added comfort.

Update: April 13, 2021I appreciate Dr. Job talking to me about the incident to clarify some issues and really what happened on that day. Ever since the incident, I haven’t had any issue with the said staff. I was able to schedule my kids appointment. They’re very accommodating specially with last minute changes. At the end of the day, Dr. Job and his team is still the best pediatric dentistry in town.Update: 2/24/21Dr. Job and his assistant were very nice and patient with my daughter. Even the staff that checked us in. However, the person discussing the insurance and payment was so rude. My husband called her for clarification and instead of welcoming questions and concerns my husband was treated rudely and eventually she hang up the phone. She acts as if we’re a waste of her time. To be honest, she made the whole experience uncomfortable.——————————————————————————We are very happy with Dr. Job and his staff. They are professional and kind. Easy to book an appointment. The place is clean. Also, Dr. Job explained to us the procedure in detail, answered all our questions and take his time with his patients.
