Would not do a battery replacement for iPod nano 6th gen. “Not worth it” for him- requires a soldering.. He was polite though or I’d add another star.

What amazing service! I shattered the screen on my iPhone early in the morning before an important meeting. I didnt break the screen so much as I pulverized it and I couldnt find any other companies that opened before 9 am (the time of my first meeting of the day). I went to We Fix It at the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on El Cajon Blvd. at 8 am when they opened.Michael, the most amazing tech, was just sipping his coffee and starting his day. While not promising to have it fixed so I could make it to my meeting on time, he said he would do the best he could do.At 8:35am, Michael was done and writing up the bill at the register. I got to my meeting at 8:55 am with smooth perfect phone! Amazing service, amazing professionalism, Michael and We Fix It truly saved me!10 stars out of 5!

We Fix It was both friendly and fast. I had a complicated situation where I needed to combine parts from two different iPhones to get one that worked, while also needed a new screen. They were very accommodating and I now have my phone back in working order. Am very satisfied with their service.

The prices to fix your cell phone is quite reasonable and if you check in, you get an additional $5 off. Frank welcomed us into the store, quoted us 45 minutes or less and by the time we got back to the store, he was finished liked he said. $94 to fix an iPhone 6s. Probably still cheaper than going to apple.

Dale (sorry i spelt it wrong) was SUPER nice! Helped me fix an iPhone for my mom. Tried everything I asked and was patient. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back for any phone troubles I have!

This is a great place to get your iphone fixed at half of what the Apple store charges. Just know they are not authorized so once you have them work on your phone, Apple wont touch it, but it doesnt really matter since they do as great a job with low wait times and good prices.

The ability to schedule an appointment was a great plus. Staff was very pleasant and the repair took less time then they estimated.

Only option clise to me for my Squaretrade claim. I was terribly disappointed. I had to take my phone in 3 times before it was finally fixed correctly. I will not use them again.

We shall see. Ask me again once they replace my broken glass backplate. I understand it is a common occurrence but I was the lucky one to have it happen when they were put of stock on back plates. So I get to make a second trip before the process is complete.

Michael was terrific. Did a great job on the repair of my iphone. However I need a part. He told me the orders for new parts go out only on Wednesdays. REDICULOUS!!!!!! I was there on a Friday night. Thats no way to run a biz. The art should have been ordered over the net right then. No fault of Michaels. I ran a business for 30 years and never heard of something so stupid. This is the 21st century not ther19th. Really poor business practice. Otther than that-no complaints.

Fast and friendly service even honored a $10.00 off coupon that did not apply to what I was there for. I had previously went to Apple Fashion Valley. I had appt waited over 90 mins before they told me they were out of the batteries, even though I made appt for the battery replacement.Great Job Batteries & Bulbs.
