They fixed the front screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra. Yes after only 3 short weeks of owning this beautiful phone, I dropped it and broke it real bad. They did a quick,professional and communicated with me at every step of the way. 3 days later I had my phone in hand. It was less expensive than if I bought the parts and tried to do it myself. I recommend you call these guys when in need, they are the best.

My Pixel 4XL had a battery issue so I brought it here to get repaired. Came in at about noon and got my phone back by 4, very impressed as other places push the repair to the next day. Perfect 5/7

Took my Pixel 4 XL in because I recently replaced the battery at home and my camera wouldnt work. After trying many times to get it to work again, brought it here to get checked out. I went over all the steps I did I what I did in replacing the battery and what I disconnected. In an hour I got a call back saying I missed reconnecting one connector I missed. They reconnected that, resealed my phone and said I did a great job on everything else. Since it was a simple fix, the store manager said it was in the house.Thanks a lot friends!

Took in my Samsung S20 to replace the cracked screen. 2hrs later I have a brand new phone. Extremely friendly service as soon as you walk in the door all the way until they gave me my phone. Explained to me in detail what the process was with my phone. Highly recommend this spot.

I originally went to the Santee one. I called ahead and was told they had plenty of my battery type. I asked the best times to come in for them, etc. I arrive at the store and the lady at the counter was zero percent helpful along with telling me they were out of my battery type. Thats understandable, maybe I was given the wrong information the day before..I called the Carmel Valley store ahead, again, and was able to get there before 2:00pm. Monse was extremely friendly and so helpful. She explained the process to me and I felt very confident in my choice to try the same business/different store. I would highly recommend this store.

What an amazing service!! I was sent here by samsung. It is an official samsung and google retailer! They know their stuff ! My phone was stuck in limbo needed a software update i could not take care of, it was tricky but they got it done! Professionally and swift! I will now be coming for any of my tech needs that they provide. Im a huge fan and will recommend. They saved me from buying a new phone! Thank you a million Jason! Cant express the relief!

I went to Best buy and they couldnt fix my Mac laptop. I took it to U Break I fix and they fixed it in a week for a reasonable price. Nice people who do good work and so close to me!

Great work fixing the phone but refused to give me my won defective screen. Said they give it to Google as buy back. Couldnt point me to anywhere in agreement where it says they own my replaced component. The tech was rude enough to threaten reversing the fix. If u reakifix is making money by selling the defective parts that means they are making money on my components. I should be able to have my defective parts back if I ask for it.

Replaced phone screen under factory warranty at this store. The technician left some fingerprints inside the camera sensor, and I was not able to clean it from outside. Since I do not have tools to open the cellphone back cover, I went to their store again and ask them to clean the fingerprints for me. The store staff refused to admit the fingerprints were left by their technician, and instead would charge me for the cleaning labor. When I refused to pay the amount she demanded, she asked me to leave the store.The cost of cleaning was not the issue. If the staff at least admits their mistake and gives an apology, I actually dont mind paying the labor since I understand it will not be covered by warranty. However the store staff was rude and keeps implying I opened the cellphone up myself and left fingerprints on camera sensor. When I showed her how photos are cloudy and blurry from the camera now, she acted like it was no big deal, even it was their technitian who left the fingerprints there.Worst repairing experience ever had.

They fixed my charge port said they could not run a diagnosis and send its result to Google. They asked if they could factory reset the phone and I decided that my wifes baby videos were too important to loose so I said No. They reverted the fix and gave me the phone back broken. Its a BS policy that forces you to factory reset when I told them I didnt want to. Its my phone and my information I should have the right to say what can be done to it. The phone was fixed and they took the time to revert it back to broken. Lost Time on their part and they wont see me coming back anytime soon.

Weve taken e couple phones here for battery replacement, and had good success.Monse rocks - if you are lucky enough to get her working on your phone, you are in good hands.

I love their hours of operation and the fact they can have your device fixed in 2 hours. My phone looks brand new. Cannot tell my screen was ever cracked. Service is expensive tho. I have the S21 Ultra

The repair for my phone was very well done but the technicians attitude toward me was deplorable. Arrogant, challenging, and total disrespect. This tech should not deal with the public or at the very least should be trained to interface while tending at the counter. I will never bring my business to this store in Carmel Mountain again.

I went in with a weak battery and left with a phone I couldnt use. And the staff was surly and unsympathetic. I had to return to the Verizon store which immediately replaced the phone.

This is a top notch professional shop. Booked an appointment online for a lightning port issue with my iPhone XS Max. The gentleman at the store quickly assessed that lint was blocking my charging cable from properly making connection thus interfering with charging capabilities. After removing a small cat from the port, he tested it and it is as good as new. I was happy to find out the fix was so simple and even happier when the tech told me no charge was due. What an amazing customer experience, you can bank on return visit for all my cellphone repair needs. THANK YOU!

I came in to this store in Carmel Mountain to get my Samsung S10 Screen fixed because it has some superficial cracks. This store has the best customer service greeting me as soon as I walk into the door. Employee Aaron talked to me with the whole process and informed me that they are partnered with Samsung and so all the parts that they used are original Samsung products. Another employee greeted me with a smile even working from behind the work station. They are very helpful and very informative. The service was 1-2 Hours but they were able to get it done 15 minutes early. I will give this 5 stars for the postivie energy they give and a 5 star customer service. My phone is fixed and it looks like new. They will give you some recommendations as well if need be. Thank you. They also have plenty of cases and screen protectors for your phone in the store.

Got a completely destroyed note 10+ and a regular note 10 with cracked back glass fixed for a good price AND the job was done perfectly in less than 2 hours. These guys know exactly what theyre doing. I highly recommend bringing your devices here for any repairs.

While Ive carefully avoided ever breaking any of the numerous phones Ive had over the past decade, somehow I managed to break my Galaxy S10 plus. Twice. Both times I had my phone repaired at uBreakiFix, and Ive been extremely satisfied both times. Since smartphones are now well north of $1,000, using a reputable repair company is very important to me. The tiny bit extra they charge was well worth it, especially since they do official repairs for Samsung phones. All in all they did a great job and I highly recommend going to them if you break your phone.

My S10+ had a security software update and failed to restart. It was completely locked out and Verizon did not help to fix it. I contacted Samsung and they recommended taking it here. The staff were very friendly, professional and responsive. In less than 1.5 hours my phone was fixed and unbelievably they did not charge me for the service.

While my IPhone was fixed extremely fast, the Worker was extremely rude when I went to pick up my phone today. I was waiting for a receipt for my screen protector for my IPhone and she responded with a, “Oh, you want a receipt too?”. Super rude and I will probably go somewhere else with better customer service next time.

My screen cracked in the morning and had a friend drop off my phone around noon. After i got off work around 430 i arrived to pick up. Phone was done and working like new again, service was awesome.

Guy was rude he had no customer service at all. I asked him to repeat one of the prices and he said “ugh, I already told you “ and I even told him please repeat it . But I left afterwards cause I wasn’t going to deal with it .
