This is a critique of Lowry’s field reps.The people in the Complex Drive location are professional, friendly, and helpful.I had 3 decks to waterproof and planned on having the crew on site do the work. Knowing little about waterproofing 2nd floor decks over living spaces I called Lowry’s to inquire about products.They give me the number for Jimmy.Jimmy came to the site, told me what he wanted to see regarding flashing, told me to get him measurements and he’d put in order for materials.When I did text numbers, two days later he informed me he’s on vacation and gave me another rep to call.Called and texted other rep. No response.Called store and was given a third person to context.No call or text back.Got a call from that person’s office with a fourth person to contact.At that point Lowry’s should have had rep contact me.So I called one of my contractor friends who gave me the number for his guy Minh, who waterproofs all of his decks.. Minh contacted me later that day (Friday), measured on Monday, was making my decks practically bullet proof by Wednesday.Lowry’s reps lost that business and all future business as I found someone who is reliable and believes in positive and prompt communication.He does not purchase from them.

Sales reps were great. However the product I paid for was not stocked. I paid for 25 and they only had 19 in stock. Hopefully after they move they will have a better system for tracking inventory.
