I purchased a sectional in the middle of June 2021 and it was said to be in stock in early July 2021. Every time I go online to track my order it continues to be pushed back. As of now its expecting it to be in stock in October but I wont bet on it. Ive reached out to the customer service and I was told to wait due to the shipment being stuck in ports in Long Beach. I dont understand why Jeromes continues to sell product they dont have and which creates upset customers.How long do they expect me to wait for an item Ive already paid for? I have no couch in my house since I was preparing for my new couch to be delivered. Its absolutely ridiculous. So beware of this before making a purchase with them. Who knows when you will get that item. Dont fall for them telling you it will be delivered at a certain date, its lie to get your hard earned money in their pockets.

We spent thousands of dollars on a split king bed with sheets. That was all good but when we bought a second set of sheets the next week, they only had one color. My wife asked me to return the sheets but they would not take the sheets back. Unopened and untouched. I can understand if the box had been opened but after spending thousands of dollars on a bed they still refused to take the second set back. In the process of trying to return the sheets I called customer service and they had a 1 hour wait so not much customer service there.

On april the 4th i bought a sofa and love seat both arrived at my home in poor condition they were not made properly so every couple of weeks they replaced they and each on was horrible so to this day Oct 2 2021 I still dont have my furniture my next deliver date is the middle of OctoberI will never buy anything from Jeromes againYour furniture is very poor quality a couple of time the furniture was delivered with holes in the back the wood the stuff was made with was broken the material chould go all the way down so you dont see a whole its a messThe stuff is very cheaply made poor quality

I bought an egg chair that broke a year later. My pregnant self almost fell flat on the ground when it broke. I filed a claim for a replacement for the basket part of the egg chair. They kept bringing the stand instead of the basket itself. I dont know how a company can spend 2 months delivering the same wrong item. Worst part is all these drivers are unmasked in peoples homes in the middle of a pandemic. I cant even count how many drivers has been in my house cos of one freaking basket. As i write this, i still do NOT have the basket. This is my first and most definitely the last purchase from them. Ill stick with Costco. They have more regard for their members. Dear Jerome, i will no longer be contacting your customer service, you have wasted my time enough. I will just leave a weekly review until i get my basket. Text me the day you will attempt next delivery, Ill leave the broken piece at the door outside. Your third-party drivers are no longer welcome in my house. I have unvaccinated babies in my house.

1 star is even a reach for this place. If you want to be run around in circles about when your furniture will be delivered then you’re in luck! Waited a month for a couch. Then was told it will be another month until the product “might” be delivered. I had to call to find that information out. No communication on their part about their short comings. Stop selling furniture you don’t have Jeromes!

If i could give zero stars i would......do not and i repeat do not order or buy anything from jeromes. worst costumer service ever!!!!!! i feel like i am in a bad nightmare dealing with them. do not pay for vip delivery unless you want damaged furniture deliverd, not just once but twice. they outsource their delivery to independent contractors who do a terrible job.the supervisors are all rude, and they have no desire to help you or work with you to actually resolve the issue, the amount of time i have wasted is ridiculous.see picture, this was supposed to be delivered vip, which means they put it together and bring it in and set it up nicely in your home. what happened is the delivery man showed up set it on porch and asked if i need help putting it together, mind you it was an extremely heavy package. i told him yes, and he said ok i need to run back to the truck to take a picture and i said no problem. he proceeds back to his truck gets in and takes off. leaving me standing on the porch and unable to bring the package inside. luckily later i had help to get it in and set up, well low and behold it was damaged completey cracked on one side. this is the second time they have delivered me a broken product. see below review i already posted for my first horrible experience.customer service is rude!!! supervisors are rude!!! take you business somewhere else. they dont care about their costumers and it shows. good luck getting through to costumer service you have to wait 45mins to talk to someone, probably becasue they plain suck!!! lots of unhappy costumers im sure.

Delivery gets five stars. Ottoman was back ordered trying to contact the store to set up delivery was next to impossible. I would call you, they would call me leave a message to call back, We were playing phone tag. I was so frustrated I stayed on hold for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I got voice message “please leave your number and a representative will get back with you thank you”. Sat on my phone all day waiting for someone to call finally contacted me to setup delivery. It would have been really nice to talk to someone live and not play phone tag for two days. Plus your service department for delivery is only open from 10 to 2 and you can’t talk to anyone live.

Finally received my replacement after my first review. If you have any issue thats frustrating you. Just ask for Anthony. He got my 3 months old issue resolved in 3 days. I am happy with his customer service. All other agents needs training from him.

Ive lived in San Diego all of my life and went with Jeromes because their commercials over the years tout their exceptional service. It turns out that was a lie. My order is two months late (and we pre-paid) and when I tried to call to inquire I waited 45 minutes on hold and nobody picked up. I am extremely disappointed in Jeromes. Shame on you for making it seem like you are a family business that cares about locals. .

Very poor customer service once you leave the store. I am trying to track down my order which has not arrive during the promised time. They have posted customer service hours of 10 AM to 8 PM. When you call in the middle of the day, you cant get through to a person and the message is sorry you called after business hours. What?! I am calling at 2 PM that is not after business hours. This is not a technical glitch either as this has happened to me on multiple occasions as I am constantly calling to find out when my order is going to come in. I am shocked at that this would be the case for a furniture store that has so many locations. Maybe you should spend some of your TV Ad money to actually service yourcustomers.Update: I called first thing this morning and was able to get through to a very nice woman who helped me. However when I called their message says wait time is over 60 minutes. She picked up after 1 minute. Jeromes you really need to fix your phone system and focus on after sale customer service. I also had a piece I was waiting on from Living Spaces. Guess what? They answer their phones right away and I set up a delivery for the very next day.

If i could give zero stars I would. I have an open order with Jeromes from mid April that I was told would be available in 2 weeks. Now its June and I have attempted several times with no success to contact Jeromes about my order. They obviously dont care and are lying to consumers about product being instock. They even talk about it on the commercials I see almost daily. They should spend money to take care of patiently waiting customers rather than on promoting their brand that fails to take care of you once you make a purchase.This is the LAST time i will buy from this company and I have bought from them for over 30 years. Maybe this will get their attention but I doubt it.#jeromessucks!

After almost one year of trying to get my sofa repaired I was told today that they need to take it to the warehouse for repair and they could not give me a Lead time on how long it would take to get my sofa back. I made a purchase in 07-MAR-2021 (Sales order# 0307106PD32) and it was partially completed. I was told that 2 missing items were not available in the store at the moment of purchase. The store Manager in the Murrieta location stated that the merchandise will be in store ready for pick up in about 2 weeks from the day of purchase. I did not get a call from the store two weeks later. However, I called the store (23-MAR-2021) and I was told that the merchandise was not in the store yet. Ever since them, Ive called the store on 01-APR-2021, 30-APR-2021, 26-MAY-2021 and still not received my merchandise. Ive pay for a product(s) that I do not have (IVE PAID FOR AIR, Reference# 11567588). What would you do in my case?

Jeromes should be prosecuted for its failure to make good on its promises to customers. It has a terrible rating with the BBB and lots of negative reviews (for valid reasons). Waiting...waiting...waiting and continue to wait for repairs on a dresser that was delivered damaged. Its been months. Phones are down today due to a technical difficulty. Emails to customer service are ignored. Communication on their end has been nil. Their advertising is pure propaganda. San Diego deserves better. Dont shop here - EVER!

Don’t go. Find another place to spend your hard earned money!! You only need to read one comment about poor customer service or passing the buck.I have shopped there several times and spent a lot of money. A button popped off a new recliner and they wanted me to send pictures of the missing button to prove it was missing.This store is about a mile away, how lazy is that?? On another recliner, a plastic guide broke and made it unusable. I had to fix it..Slick sales and like everyone else has noted, poor customer service after the sale. Don’t support those who don’t support you!!Did they make it right?? No!

Do not purchase furniture from this store or from any Jeromes store for that matter. We bought 10k worth of furniture with a warranty that was sold to us by a salesman named David. It turns out the warranty was a complete waste of money. Our salesman stated that if anything were to happen with the furniture it would be covered and either fixed or replaced. So we had a few issues with a table and 3 chairs and were denied the claim because we were told that we put the claim in wrong. It had to be a single incident and since we put in the claim for all 4 at the same time, that they were denying it on the basis of that. So we said we would resubmit the claim, doing it one at a time but they said they would deny that as well because they have to go by what we said first. We were never told any of this and now we feel taking advantage of and dupped by the so-called warranty. The one our salesman said that if we had any issues they would take care of it. The one we paid extra for. I spoke to Claire and Vicky at furniture care protection who Jeromes outsources these claims. That should tell you a lot right there. They cant even guarantee there own furniture, the need to outsource the job to a vendor that has the power to deny claims. Buying a warranty is like insurance, they hope you buy, the salespeople get extra for selling it to you but in reality, they hope you never call them on it. So we are stuck with, which turns out really bad furniture with a 5-year warranty that means nothing. I also spoke to the manager at the Anaheim store, Aaron and he basically said that they were right and also added he was not there at the time and he didnt want to go round and round with me. He expressed no remorse or offered any apology to what happened to us. How hes in charge Ill never know! So to sum it up. Our experience with Jeromes has been not only a disaster but very unprofessional as well as shocking. I hope this will get to the right people and something comes of it. As far as the rest of you that use YELP to help you choose companies that are really good and appreciate your busy and will bend over backwards for you even after you have made a purchase, especially after you spend your hard-earned money on their product(s), beware of Jeromes Furniture. They are not all they are cracked up to be and dont let the family-themed commercials lure you in. This company has a long way to go as far as the furniture they sell and the customer service they presently provide.

When I originally went to Jeromes I went to the one in Moreno Valley cal, very disappointed on the service! Service is important to customers weather they are spending 100 dollars or 5 thousand dollars. I should have just went somewhere else but I decided to drive to the one In Murrieta best service ever!!! The person who helped me was machón.So I ordered special order sofas that were custom and I new it was going to take weeks. That’s not the issue the issue is when I finally the call that they were going to be delivered the appointment was for Wednesday. So we left the painter at the house to finish and went out for memorial weekend. This is the problem they delivered on Sunday and the painter had to accept the delivery and it cost me an extra 100 bucks for him to put it in the back yard. I tried and tried calling Jeromes and NOOOO zone answered any phone call or phone for that matter! We had to go home because I didn’t want the sofas left outside. We put up the sofas and then realized that the feet of 1 of the sofas was missing!!! It’s Tuesday and still no call from anybody!!!! I will have to wait til my day off to go 40 minutes away and try to get some help!!! Customer waiting in limbo!

HORIBLE SERVICE MORENO VALLEY STOREI ordered a storage bed set and mattress. My delivery was scheduled for May 7th, didn’t come. May 8th, no show, May 10th, no show. By this time I am furious because I have no bed to sleep on because I put my mattress and box springs on my porch for the delivery drivers to take with them. May 13th, no show, FINALLY I get a text saying they will deliver between 4pm-8pm May 14th, they delivered at 1:30pm. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!Now, when they delivered my bed, they didn’t take my mattress and box springs which I paid for them to do. The girl on the phone scheduling is VERY RUDE and finally on May 20ty I lost it with her. Again scheduled to pick them up, and they never showed. Now my front yard looks like Sanford and Son. I would highly not recommending buying from Jerome’s at the Moreno Valley location. Go to MOR Furniture Ashley Furniture. I had great service with Ashley Furniture.

I am appalled at Jeromes fraudulent activity. I purchased two twin mattresses and two twin bed frames back in august of 2020 for my daughters. I was told that the bed frames would be delivered the end of August at first. The mattresses were delivered but the frames were not. Jeromes proceeded to promise to deliver them end of September. I then found out they had charged me for all items in September on my synchrony account. I only ever received the mattresses. End of September comes, no bed frames. I call them they say they are back ordered to December. I wait, no calls, no emails and then once again no frames. December I call they say now January. At this point my daughters were disappointed not one but three times. So I canceled them. To this day Jeromes has still not corrected the amount I owe properly. They gave me a partial credit and are still over charging my synchrony account by over $200 even they have put in writing back in January that I was owed the $610.08 they fraudulently charged my account. I am disappointed and disgusted by their poor customer service and frankly their dishonesty. I am a hardworking single mom of two girls. I’ve had two neck surgeries in the last ten months to boot and this matter has only added to my stress. I am at the point where I’m ready to hire an attorney as no one at Jeromes seems to take this seriously. I can’t even get through to their accounting team only poorly trained customer care reps. So no I would never, ever, ever recommend buying from these crooks!!!

30 minutes to buy a mattress, box spring and bedframe for $1700. 2 months and 4 - 4 hour delivery windows and the bed is still not assembled. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after purchase. Jeromes has lost my business. I do not recommend them at all. Delivery service just dumped the bed without removing the old one. Then they dumped the bedframe without assembly. For 2 months I had to follow up on these promised services.

Purchased a piece of furniture from Jeromes in El Cajon. They provided an appointment for pick up of 1:40pm. When we arrived there was a notice that said, Out to Lunch until 2:10pm. Upon return from lunch, employees could not locate or pull our order due to a computer glitch. Not much consideration given for customers time in picking up at this location. Approximately 5 other customers waiting in addition to my husband. Very disappointed! Will not be purchasing anything else from Jeromes, especially if picking up will be this much of a hassle.

Been waiting for a sectional since July. I understand due to covid there are supply and delivery issues. My order that is paid for has been pushed back 4 times. Not once did I receive an email or phone call telling me of a longer delay. I had to check my order status myself on the website for an update. Today I received an email saying it was in and ready to schedule delivery. I was very excited. When I called to schedule I was told the order was flagged in error and the email was incorrect. Basically oh well too bad, either wait or cancel. Im only writing this in hopes someone at Jeromes who actually cares about customer service enough to at least acknowledge my frustration.

Jeromes customer service and Delivery drivers are very poor - We purchased a bed and bedroom set on 11/27th and the bed was supposed to be delivered on11/30/2020. Had some issues with the delivery driver, and he would not take our 20+ old mattress nor leave the new furniture. He left and said he had to finish his route. After speaking with multiple CS people at the store, I was told the routes were done for the day and I would need to sleep on the Floor! and that they would reschedule my delivery for the next day. Called this morning and my delivery is not on the schedule. Same thing, we will call you back. Boy, their customer service is poor. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Kitchen set, a touch over a year old, one stool (which is rarely used) has some splitting in the wood. Reported only to be told it’s not covered since it’s not “fully” upholstered, which is NOT what the website says. I can’t believe they don’t even offer what they have in writing. After reading other comments here, I’m not shocked.I have a recliner in need of service, but I doubt the “extra coverage” will do anything. Never again will I return. Never again will I recommend Jerome’s.Shady business, maybe the “family” that owns the company should treat their customers like family and stand by their own written word.

Furniture was bought December 26, 2020 at your Moreno Valley, California location. At the time of the sale we knew and accepted the fact the furniture would arrive late because it’s fairly popular and out of stock. However, the problem came when the ball was dropped on February 15, 2021 when the scheduled delivery team, who was supposed to come between the window of 12:15-4:15pm, never came nor bothered to follow up at the end of the business day with a phone call.After contacting the sales representative who helped us on December 26, 2020, Mr. Ricardo Flores, on his private cell phone after hours, it was discovered the delivery team claimed to have arrived at 10:30am, called multiple times, left messages, and waited until 11am before leaving. This statement is VERY PROBLEMATIC for the following reasons and wonderings in which I would like Jerome’s Managers to answer:1) Why was I given a window delivery time between 12:15-4:15pm if your delivery team was going to come early?2) Before assuming a delivery before 12:15pm was going to be ok, why wasn’t I called before they arrived, for example, 10am or 10:15am, to ask if furniture could be delivered earlier for courtesy purposes?3) What number did the delivery team supposedly call multiple times and leave a message on when there were two numbers on file to call?4) Why didnt the delivery team call the second number on file for the order?5) Is this Jeromes standard policy for delivery people to just leave without contacting the person at all that same day? What is Jerome’s policy on failed furniture delivery?6) Was the furniture even on the truck for delivery on February 15, 2021?7) Can the delivery team describe what the building looked like? Where about the complex were they waiting at least 30 minutes?8) Lastly, if a phone call wasnt made to Mr. Flores after business hours on his personal cell phone, was a Jeromes employee EVER going to contact me at all that same or next day?9) Your email instructions for scheduling a delivery day and time, or even to get updates on deliveries, say to either email, call, or text for support. I called, emailed, and texted all three of those items and NOT ONE SOURCE OF communication responded nor answered February 15, 2021. My question to Jeromes is why encourage customers to use all those contact options when no one actually responds? I have two text messages in my phone with no responses from Jeromes. Ive left a voice messages and NOT ONE person called back.Bottom line, Id highly suggest Jerome’s reflect on their operations systems for delivery. This is the perfect example of failure through operations and employee ethics. I would highly suggest doing research as to what number your delivery personnel supposedly called. Better yet, vet your employees on ethics, honestly, and professionalism. Yesterdays failure appears to be the perfect case of: 1) NOT WANTING TO DO THE DELIVERY JOB, AND 2) RUSHING THROUGH THE WORK DAY.This experience has taught to me stick to what I know, for example, Living Spaces-same day delivery with accurate, professional, and ethical employees who strive to meet customer expectations.Id like to kindly ask for the following:1) A regional manager to contact me to explain why this happened?2) Delivery charges REFUNDED. Mr. Flores at your Moreno Valley office HIGHLY SUGGESTED a complaint be written in additional to requesting delivery fees being refunded. For an employee to suggest the above, service obviously was poor. So poor, a company employee was contacted on a holiday after 6pm.This experience is disappointing, frustrating, reflects huge gaps in Jeromes operations systems, and more importantly reveals the integrity and character of employees.Again, I look forward to a call from management to address the above concerns.

I purchased a black sectional with an additional sofa and ottoman. I usually love Jeromes furniture but honestly, this is the worst purchase I’ve ever made! The sectional is severely snagged and collects white dust bunnies on a daily. For 3 months I have been trying to reach someone and NO One has returned my phone call. I’ve tried emailing and the email address listed is incorrect! COVID has effected us all and all I am asking is to be treated with respect, courtesy and outstanding customer service post purchase.My sectional is now a year old but was only 7 months old when I first started calling. I am really thinking about packing it all and delivering it to Jeromes’s doorsteps

If possible I would rate them less than 1 star. The worst customer service ever! On 7/4 I purchased a sectional and dining set. I was told the couch was in stock and the dining set would be in the 2nd week of August. Sectional was delivered on 7/11 but the delivery guys were unable to get it upstairs. I went back into the store on 7/11 and placed a special order for a new sectional and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. On 8/18 I sent a text asking for a status and was told the couch would be in the following week and that the dining table was in stock but they were waiting on the chairs and bench. On 9/2 sent a text for an update and got no response. Sent a follow up text 4 hours later and was told the couch still wasn’t in however the dining set was in except for the bench. They stated someone would call me with the eta for the bench. Of course no one ever called so I sent another text on 9/10 and was told the dining set was in stock and someone would be calling to set up delivery. Again no one ever called. I go in to the actual store on 9/19 to find out what’s going on. While I’m there they tell me the couch is in but I have a balance due. I tell them that’s incorrect I paid the additional due on 7/11 and showed my receipt. The rep confirms I’m correct and nothing is due for the couch. When she looks up the order for my dining set she says it’s not in stock. Not only is it not in stock it’s discontinued and Is no longer available. I have a text message saying it’s in stock and ready for delivery and now she’s telling me it’s discontinued. So for a month they have been lying and I had to come into the store to find out...unbelievable. Back to the couch, it was set up to be delivered on 9/21 but of course that didn’t happen because the night before they called and said they can’t deliver until I pay the remaining balance. So I tell this person the same thing I did while I was in the store on 9/19 that I do not owe a balance. They said there’s nothing they can do but cancel the delivery and have a manger call me the next day. A manager never called so again I had to be the one to follow up to take care of their mistake. Dining set and couch were delivered on 9/24. The couch was missing the feet for one section and of course they said the feet are out of stock. So 1 part of the sectional is lower than the rest. Then a week later while sitting on the couch it makes 2 loud noises and it turns out the springs on the bottom have broken through the lining. So now we are only able to sit on 2 sections of the couch due to the broken springs and missing feet. I sent 4 text messages and an email to the original sales rep and never received a response. On 10/11 I went back into the store and was basically told they couldn’t do anything but email the service department and that someone would call me in 5 days. Once again no one has called so I sent an email on 10/19 asking for a status and yet again no response. Totally unacceptable to have spent all this money on a couch and we can’t even sit on it. The customer service is terrible and I would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. This company and the customer service are a complete nightmare to deal with. I’ve also filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of some resolution. I wish I would have bought from a different company. So again if rating them less than 1 star was an option that’s what I would rate them.

Customer service is a joke here. I have been in store and online. I ended up ordering online since the store said they were out. I chose to pickup to save some time and money, well the jokes on me. The warehouse (where you have to pickup) is only open Sat, Sun, Mon, but you have to get an appointment to come by (COVID times). I received many emails saying I should follow the link and get my appointment. I tried but the link had no scheduling option and if using the order number, the system couldnt find my order. I tried calling the number many times for a few days, to be told there was over an hour wait. I finally got a hold of someone in one of their show rooms who helped straighten things out but I have to wait another week to get my appointment to go pickup. As I have said, I have been in their showrooms and no one is that busy. This has really left a sour taste in my mouth for Jeromes.

Hello,I would like someone to contact me back as soon as possible in regards to my order who is in charge of fulfilling orders.I requested an update on my order when I purchased and that has not taken place. I have had to reach out each time to inquire about my order update. And even in the email below I have still not been contacted as my order is becoming available as stated below.I again had to contact Jermone’s this morning inquiring about my order. Which will be delivered this Saturday upon my request.As I inquired about my sectional couch I have been informed that now it is not available until mid November. This is completely unacceptable and I have purchased over $10,000 not financed, but from my own bank account to furnish my home from Jerome’s and the lack of communication and customer service is subpar.

Love the furniture but hate the pick up. Its very stupid how they only have 3 days to be able to pick it up myself and also its really dumb that you have to have an appointment or that i cant add another person to pick it up for me. This needs to be fixed its a very horrible system. Best buy let us pick up from the distribution center all week.

Now that we needed to use the warranty after going thru Jeromes store in Rancho Cucamonga and the warranty dept the warranty dept came back to tell me warranty doesnt cover electrical I told rep I was pretty sure its the transformer they didnt care what a wast of money. I called Store in Rancho few days ago she took my information said she will submit it to see if they can do anything for me we all know they are not calling back. I work with 3000 pp I will make sure every single one of them gets a mesg not to shop at Jeromes. And Jeromes please fix the Lying to people be honest about what is covered..

I ordered furniture for my son in July and for myself in August 2020 and have not received delivery of either order. The sales person told me 1 week but of course that was deceptive at best. My sons order just says “not in stock”. I am very disappointed in the integrity of this company. Where to start.I was told our furniture would take about 4 weeks to ship to us, it took 7 weeks. I booked a Friday morning delivery last week, and just got a notification that youre delivering it Friday evening after Ive already made plans to be away from my home.To add insult to injury I waited on hold for 20 mins to get a representative on the phone to find out whats going on and was forced to reschedule my delivery for another two days (on a Sunday) with no knowledge of when it will arrive. That means I cant make any plans this weekend because I have no idea when youre going to deliver my items on Sunday.To say Im disappointed with the lack of customer service by Jeromes is an understatement. Great job Jeromes, you lost any future business after your company decided to switch things up and leave me hanging without any options.

Weve purchased a sectional a few months ago with the five year warranty. Couch broke two months after and we have been calling for the last two months trying to get someone out to look at it. Everytime we call we get put on hold by the operator and then get hung up. This happened about a handful of times. Weve sent emails and no response. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone after going throught this bull.

I am highly dissatisfied with the furniture and recently the so call customer service I have received. I bought two sofa love seat recliners and two coffee tables from Jerome’s Rancho Cucamonga in August 2019. Not even two weeks after I received my furniture a leg on one of the coffee tables broke off. I have warranties and extended warranties that I purchased. I called customer service and was asked to email them a picture of the broken leg/table which I did. It was a couple of weeks and I had not received a response, so I contacted them and was told they would contact me by the end of the week. Another two weeks went by and after several emails and a call to customer service I received the new table sometime in October. Almost two months after I had purchased the items. The end of February 2020 I started having issues with the sofa recliners and tried calling the end of March but due to Covid 19 we were all facing and was patient. When I starting seeing the commercials and ads showing the store was now open I called and left voicemail and emails with no response. I finally went into the location in Rancho Cucamonga where a very helpful rep assisted me. She asked that I send her pictures of the sofa which I did on 06/05/20. The rep emailed me back and said a technician would come to analyze the sofas on 06/11/20 which he did. During that visit he said the sofas had several issues and that he was going to recommend that they be replaced. The technician stated I should hear from someone within a week on the decision of what was going to be done. Never heard from anyone so I started emailing again on 06/27, 07/08, 08/02, 08/07 requesting and update from the technician visit. I did receive emails from the rep who I spoke with at the store that she was emailing her supervisor so this could be reviewed. On 08/07/20 I finally received a voice message from someone at Jerome’s stating the credit that I requested was denied (which I did not request a credit, technician stated he recommended it) also that the parts have been ordered and I should have my sofas fixed by the end of November 2020. As of today I have not heard from anyone giving me an update on the replacement order of parts. We are now in October of 2020 and I have two sofa recliners that are a little over a year with warranties and can’t have anything done. My sofa recliners are caving in the middle. One of the recliners gets stuck when they open, separation between the recliners, seams that are opening between the sofas. SO MANY ISSUES and still nothing has been done. CAUTION!! Do not order from this terrible company!! I’m not sure where to begin but save yourself from disappointment and high blood pressure and shop elsewhere!! I’ve made the mistake of spending over 5 K on items displayed in the Moreno Valley showroom only to experience one disappointment after another from the wrong items being delivered, constant delays, and lies. I’m not going to list everything but the latest one they called to confirm delivery of a desk on Friday but on the morning of delivery they sent a text to cancel due to the item not being in stock (how do you lie about it the day before and get my hopes up only to disappoint the day of?). Wow where to begin.I purchased 4 stools, a sofa, 2 chairs, a chest and a few other things.Well I was promised stools by October 9th 2020 and the rest by October 18th.I received the stools in 2 boxes and it has been a nightmare ever since. The stools the absolute wrong color not to mention that they came in with 3 left legs and 1 right!!Came in spoke to Jimmy, the supervisor on the San Marcos Jeromes. He said he would put in an order to have their tech come and fix the stools on the 16th, today. Well last night I received a call stating that the tech was only coming to see if the stools were in fact the wrong color and had the wrong parts.When I had already been told at the warehouse in Rancho Bernardo, that they had the parts and they would come to fix the stools for us. Now they tell me the chairs wouldnt be delivered until March 2021!!! Seriously!!I came in today and I spoke to Jimmy, again asking him that this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund of my entire money as I had paid the entire thing cash. He now says he has to get an approval from corporate.How can this be I placed this order since September 12, 2020 and to this day I havent gotten a courtesy call to let me know whats going on and to top it off I cant get my money because corporate has to approve it and they can unly do it via email because they cant pick up the phone and call!!!Im absolutely furious because not only do I not have a place to sit but now they are not giving me a refund on anything.I havent even received nor they have a date of delivery!! If you need any customer service help at all no one is available. They will hang up on you, not respond to their texting service, and they say there is a chat function on their website with a live rep but that also is not true. Im not sure what happened to Jeromes over the years, but they had always been fantastic...now I wouldnt recommend this experience to anyone unless they just simply enjoy getting the run-around. In the last 15 years, I have spent well over $20k with this company. I loved the quality, the price, the delivery, and the customer service. I would recommend Jeromes to everyone that asked. A+ experience...today I would go with a solid D-...and thats only because I do love what little has actually been delivered. Two months ago we bought a new house and made the trip to Jeromes to fill six rooms with new furniture...at an expense of over $10K. Its been two months...Im still missing four rooms worth of furniture. TWO MONTHS!!! I can understand if the COVID situation has delayed manufacturing or decreased staffing/delivery if that is the case. But outright lying to you and hours and multiple attempts to find out where our furniture is...plus repeated traveling to the store to get answers since we are hung up on every time we call both the store and the corporate headquarters before ever getting to speak to someone...then the game begins. We will be there with these few pieces next week....the day comes and goes without a phone call or reason. Back to the store....WHERES OUR FRICKEN FURNITURE! Same story...different day. Im frustrated and disappointed...more so in the lack of information, being flat out lied to, and the poor customer service. If theres issues, just be up front about it. I can deal with that. Im still here waiting...for my kids bedrooms sets, one of my couches, and a dinette if anyone would like to let me know where in San Diego I could find the rest of my purchase. This company does not deserve any stars as the customer service was HORRIBLE! I ordered a patio set from the West Covina store on Friday, July 3rd, with an expected delivery date of Monday, July 6th. The store representative informed me that I would receive a call informing me of my delivery time on Sunday. However, I never received a call. On Monday, July 6th, I spent over 2 hours trying to get in contact with the store and customer service to understand when the furniture would be delivered. During this time, my call was disconnected on three separate occasions requiring me to call back to the store and being on hold for what seemed like .15 - .20 minutes each time I called back. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone, I was told the furniture would be delivered between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.The driver came .20 -.30 minutes earlier than expected. When the driver called, I informed the driver that my son was there; however, I was five minutes away from my home. The driver stated he would wait. As I arrived home, I saw the truck pulling off. As I looked towards my home, I also saw my furniture sitting outside in front of my townhome. I called the driver up right away and asked why he would leave my purchased furniture outside rather than waiting and bringing my furniture into my home? The driver indicated that they are only responsible for dropping off the furniture, and that is it. I then asked the driver why didnt he ring my doorbell, as my son was home, as I indicated in my initial conversation with him? The driver once again stated that he was only responsible for dropping the furniture off. He also stated that he was not required to get a signature, and he was not required to have the customer inspect the furniture. I then had to have my son help me bring the furniture into my home to only discover the furniture was damaged, wobbled, was poorly put together, and did not come with instructions.I called the store up to file a complaint. The store representative (Salesman) indicated that the driver is ONLY expected to only drop off the furniture; the store does not require the customer to inspect the furniture at delivery, and does not require the customer to sign for the furniture to confirm that they received the product. The store representative stated that the driver could drop the furniture off and leave.I have ordered from Jeromes in the past, not the West Covina store, and my signature WAS REQUIRED for delivery! I was also required to inspect the furniture and sign a proof of delivery, that indicated I was in receipt of the product delivered.I then informed the store representative that I no longer wanted the furniture and informed store representative that he could have the drivers come back to pick up the furniture. I also informed store representative that he could cancel the pending order of items that are expected to be delivered on July 12th. I refuse to do business with a company with such horrible customer service. The sales representative then put me on hold for about .15 minutes, then sent me to a voicemail that indicated I was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full.It is now 5:58 pm, and I have tried calling the customer service line 7 times. A representative picked up once; then the call was disconnected. All other calls made was unsuccessful as no one picked up the phone. I would not recommend anyone doing business with Jeromes. Please spend your money at a store that is capable of demonstrating the value of true customer service.This was the closest store with the patio set that I wanted. The store is .45 minutes away from where I live, so Id hope getting in contact with customer service would prevent me from having to drive to the store. Unfortunately, I ended up driving to the store to resolve this issue. When I arrived, I saw three store representative standing around, but was told that they were swamped. Also, the store had about 5 customers walking around. It is obvious Jeromes does not care about their customers!

We had bought furniture from you guys since 1998, never had a problem, but last July we bought a dining room set, bought insurance, within less than a month the table got damaged. It seems the paint wasn’t set in or something and came off in some places. We called the insurance and they said that it was still under the store guarantee, tried to call the store and by the time we contacted somebody they said the insurance has to take care of it. Insurance look at it and said they would fix it but it wouldn’t look ok. Back to the customer service, and to sooo many people and today 3-3-2020 and still NOTHING. No problems if everything is fine but pray that everything goes fine. WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER

Waited 4 months for our full bedroom set to be delivered, upon delivery and set up we noticed our lighting was inoperable along with missing USB port accessories, broken sliding door track and on the pull out drawer. Horrible customer service. My wife purchased 2 couches and had them delivered. She measured them in the store, etc. but when they got them in the house they absolutely were way I to large for our home. It’s 2 days before Xmas and the delivery men had to get to another drop off. My wife called the store to ask about return or exchange and was told that because she let the men leave she was unfortunately stuck with the couches. Jeromes arranged the delivery, but they used a 3rd party, so we are stuck with them. Had they used their own service we could have sent them back according to them and there is no one there who can approve such a return......hard to believe. Certainly won’t be spending any more money with this company. Extremely disappointed all the way around.

The delivery of our new chair was great. They notified us the night before and gave us a window of their arrival. They arrived promptly the next day. They moved our old chair to our patio and then brought in the new chair. It had to be assembled which they did and then waited while we both inspected and try our our new motorized chair. Both men were very professional and polite. This delivery and service deserves 5 stars.

Jeromes is the worst store to go through. I was told twice that my items were in stock and set to be delivered on a specific day. Then, I go in the day before my delivery to check everything and they said that one of my items was not in stock and would be delivered 2 weeks later. I then told them that I didn’t want to get screwed over a third time and that I an only going to pay for the items that I was going to receive the next day. That I would pay for the last item when they can guarantee that it is in stock. They said that’s fine. The morning of my delivery, they canceled my delivery time. They said that I had an outstanding balance. I received no call that delivery was canceled, but I did receive a call, text and email stating that my delivery was on schedule. The level of incompetence at Jeromes is unbelievable!! They will be hearing from me this morning as soon as they open!!

We purchased a coffee and end table at the Scripps Ranch Jeromes store and went to pick them up at their warehouse. We have never shopped at Jeromes so didnt know what to expect at the warehouse. Everyone we dealt with there was professional and helpful.Of special note is Jesus who helped us with bringing out a couple of sets of tables to check over before we took them home. He was especially patient and helpful and we appreciate the extra effort shown to us by him. We ended up receiving a refund for the tables because of the quality of workmanship of the products but the employees at the warehouse helped to make the experience go smoothly during the process.We give Jeromes warehouse 4 stars only because of the product quality: the employees we dealt with we give 5 stars.

Few weeks ago I had the most awful experience while purchasing a bedroom set from Jerome’s. The location I ended up going to did not have all the pieces and had to coordinate with another store for competing the purchase and delivery. In order to arrange for delivery they suggested I use a third party that they contacted for the pieces that were floor samples for which I paid on the spot.On the day of the delivery, half of my furniture gets delivered, while the other can’t be located any longer. I tried contacting the store but no manager was available to answer so I had to go to the store physically to try and locate my goods that I already paid for. The third party carrier got sent to three other locations trying to find it, only to later on be told that location number one had the furniture. Initial delivery was set for 8 am. By 3 pm we finally locate the furniture and when they attempt to deliver, it’s in fact the wrong set. What made things worse is that the third party carrier ran out of gas in my driveway and ran into one of my trees on the property effectively blocking me from leaving. While dealing with all, I have called the store multiple times only to be put on hold for 20-30 min at a time. After all this went down, the third party carrier decided to return the old furniture and not complete any more trips for this delivery. That day was my only day off in the next 5 days and I spent it calling Jerome’s and driving to the store a second time to figure out where is the rest of my furniture. The manager was not able to locate the furniture so I ended up calling the nearby stores to find out if they have the pieces. Eventually I located it and ended up picking it up in my truck and hiring people to unload.I am just so disappointed in the whole experience and how the store managers dealt with me. In today’s world I expect more especially for a family owned business. I will never go back and will make sure to share the disastrous experience I had dealing with them. Where did the customer service and excellent quality go?

A NIGHTMARE! My First time buying from this Store!I ordered the Fairview leather sectional and bar stools and dining room set it was pricey for the sectional it was delivered at night and it was dark . The delivery truck arrived at 730 pm and they didn’t leave until 9 pm. I had just gotten home from work when they arrived the furniture was put together I was tired so I didn’t really look at my furniture. Once I started looking at my furniture I notice that one leg on the dining chair was shorter the bar stools the ring that goes on the bottom was put on backwards so I called they sent a tech two weeks later . He fixed the dining room chairs but because he wasn’t told about the bar stool he couldn’t fix the problem and he had another appointment so I didn’t bother calling again.I ordered my furniture on 4/17 and it got delivered the following week. Now I’m looking at my sectional that the corner seat is a different color and the leather is different from the rest of the sectional, I called today and spoke to Paola who has more attitude than god allows. She wanted me to send pictures which I did but I was trying to explain to her that in pictures things are not the same as a person seeing them in person so I wanted also a tech to come out. So I was told the pictures were first and get reviewed before I can even schedule a tech. Wow meanwhile the techs that come out to my area come out 2 a month and only on certain days. I was asking to speak to a manager regarding this matter she said I couldn’t I asked for someone in corporate to speak about this matter I wanted an email or number. I couldn’t get that either. I work in law enforcement when the public asks for a supervisor I patch the person over to my supervisor . I don’t tell them no they won’t be able to help you. All I want at this point is for them to replace the piece of furniture. This sectional is not even a month old. I want t to end this nightmare of a buy with Jerome’s.

My husband and I bought couches in April. The couches were a special order and was told at the time of purchase it take three months for the furniture to arrive. My husband has called on multiple occasions and was told someone would called him back. No one calls nor has given up an update on the furniture. When checking the status on their tracker it states furniture wont be delivered until December . As of today we still have not heard from the Manager or anyone. Makes me wonder if the CEO knows whats going on. I regret buying furniture from Jeromes.

We had the best service at this Jerome’s! This was our first furniture purchase and Amanda really helped us through the process. Our bed is so comfortable and nice. The delivery process was really simple, they came within the window they gave us, set the bed up in about 15 minutes and left.Unfortunately, two months in, our bed frame broke! It just snapped in the middle of the night... but luckily Nicole saved the day! We called and she just asked us to send a picture, then called back right away and said a new frame would be delivered TOMORROW!Wow. So happy. Definitely will be back to purchase more furniture in the future.

I bought a sofa bed and it broke the first week and I’ve had this beautiful sofa bed for almost 3 months and they continue to give me excuses. The driver/movers were extremely disrespectful and quick to pass the blame to someone else. I pulled up and they were blocking my garage. They witnessed my garage door open and me pull up. They ran away from the truck and disappeared into the complex. I called customer service upon this happening. Customer service apologized and said they would figure out who it was and contact them. 20 minutes passed and finally the mover from before came out did a couple things and went to disappear again saying he would be right back. When approached and asked to move he just ran away. When he got back out I told him to move and asked him why he ran away when the garage door opened. He gave several excuses and was very disrespectful while the other man remained silent. There was no apology or anything just excuses and disrespect. In the end I waited for them to complete their 30 minute job while our apartment complex requires any moving company or what not parked in the complex to move their vehicle if they are blocking someones spot as everyone has an assigned spot and there isnt anywhere else to park. I am new to the area and am in need of a substantial amount of furniture but will nor be procuring it anymore from this company. Customer service was great when I talked to them on the phone they seemed very helpful but that being said I definitely dont want someone delivering furniture to me with that type of attitude that will put me at odds with my neighbors and with the complex I live in. I have yet to hear if the issue was resolved. This occurred in the Mission Valley area. Will change rating if issue is resolved.

The worst in regard to same day delivery.Last Sunday purchased web item at 7 am; paid extra for same day delivery; told be delivered between 1 pm and 9 :30 pm same day; at 9:30 pm I received a call saying they noticed at 9:30 pm the item was loaded as a damaged item.Said unable to deliver same day due to item loaded damaged.Said I will be refunded within a few days for the same day delivery charge...it is 4 days ... so far no refund for same day fees.Was asked what day is best to deliver a new item, said Thursday 10/31:19 before noon.They (Jerome’s Moreno Valley) tell me last night Mine is the first drop today (10/31/18), and said I will receive a call in the early morning today, no one called to confirm today so I called them.I call and the guy says sorry, no way to tell if the driver has even left to start the route, no way to determine if your item will arrive between 8:45 am and 1:45 pm, says “the time frame is only an estimate”...Says driver is not answering the phone...Says driver has not uploaded a route for delivery.Jerome’s dropped the ball.Worst customer service, the guy this morning cut me off and ended the call when I asked how do we figure out where my order is and if the driver is actually on the road.Will not order from this company again.

I ordered my couch about three weeks ago. Today I called and they tell me it wont be ready till almost two months. Its ridiculous no one ever answered my questions they had me going back and forth saying it would be delivered weeks ago. I loved the couch or else I would have canceled and gone somewhere else. Sales Associate at the store was great. After that it all went down hill. Ordered our dinning and living set. Was told our dining set was in stock and will ship the same week. Our living set they mentioned was out of stock and will ship ASAP. Gave me an eta of 2 week for delivery. So 3 weeks pass and no one from Jerome’s contacted me I had to call them. Was wondering where our order was. Once I called I found out the the living set was discontinued and that we could sell me the floor model at discounted priced or give us a discount on a new set. They should’ve contact me... instead of me call them. Whatever I told them if they could deliver the floor model since we paid for delivery. Nope, “our company policy doesn’t allow delivery for floor models” had to go and get a truck and pick them up. So a month and a half after placing our order I had time and a truck to pick up the living set. At the store they tried to give me less of a discount they mentioned previously but quickly showed my anger to them and gave the original discount then mentioned over the phone. I asked them if they could wrap or provide any sheet protection to place in my car and nope, again. This Jerome’s is just a bunch of nope. Would give 1 star but the products are good and the original sales associate was great. Everything else was horrible after. I learned my lesson, Should’ve gone to Ashley’s furniture...

I had a horrible experience with the bad spring order from Jerome’s Laguna Hills store, CA. We ordered the white bad base, but instead it was delivered in blue color. Our sales person was WILLIAM, and I consider him as a very unprofessional sales person. I told him 3 times that we need only white color, and also asked him to show us what white is going to be, so he showed a display with the white color, so we placed an order. This person talk too much and CANT LISTEN AT ALL!!!!! We spent 4 hours to wait for the wrong delivery, and now because of him I am going to spend another 4 hours for exchange. When we called him to tell him about the wrong order, he said that this is not a problem, and sagest to put a white cover on a top of this bad base (what kind of answer is it? – total joke?), and plus he was constantly talking and didnt give any chance to reply. Our suggestion on shopping in Jerome’s store to AVOID ANY CONTACT with sales person by the name WILLIAM!!!!!!!!!!! Next time when we decide to purchase a furniture, it will be different store because of sales person WILLIAM with a diaries in his mouth, really bad sales representative for this store! I hope this review with save some time and money for other customers.

Jerome’s had the furniture and professional sales people, to help facilitate my purchases. The Furniture was delivered with proffesional drivers, who were courteous and fast, on removal of my old furniture and placement of new. One of my pieces of furniture had some glue that was globed on one area, the delivery drivers contacted Jerome’s and set up a service call to fix. The service call happened two days later, the gentleman was professional and removed the glue within a few moments. All my interactions were positive, and I would recommend Jerome’s to everyone looking for furniture.

Buying the furniture was great the seller was awesome. Bob really made sure we were comfortable with what we bought. The delivery however, was terrible! We waited around all morning (because we were supposedly the 1st delivery) 5 hours later we are still waiting, no call saying what the delay is and when I got the text saying they were on there way be there in 30 minutes, another 1 1/2 hours passed by. The app to say where the driver is did not work. This is sad they need to work on this we had a birthday party for my daughter I had to miss because of this. We paid for delivery maybe we should get refunded for this sad service.

Worst Delivery Experience EVER! Delivery scheduled between 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm. Directions were to dial my gate code when they arrived at my complex so I could buzz them in. The drivers cant follow instructions or read english because they sat at the gate at 11:00 pm at night honking the horn on the truck for a full 15 minutes or so. An aggravated neighbor finally opened the gate for them. They drove the truck into the complex, made the first U turn possible, hit and bent the street sign as they were backing up, and promptly left the complex. Not a phone call was received from these guys and now they are actually in my complex and they still didnt leave the delivery. They took off. Then I called Customer Service and I was told that they authorized them to leave after 15 minutes. WHAT?! Beeping a horn doesnt make a gate open at 11:00 pm at night. And they wrecked a street sign on the way out! And they never called me either. Horrible service, rude customer service reps....I have never experienced this with Jeromes EVER and Ive been doing business this them for years. Im so pissed that I even had to pay a delivery charge for this. Who is paying for the street sign that they broke? Cant reach anyone at the corporate office either to get compensation for any of this. And to think, I actually exchanged the merchandise after I finally received it and bought something more expensive, only to be charged yet another delivery charge and I higher one at that. Who does business like this? Not happy...not happy at all. I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out. No more purchases from Jeromes for me. I didnt want to give them any stars but it forces you to select at least one to make a post. $900.00 later, Im one pissed off customer. Never again JERRY!

It’s veey hard to leave a glorious review. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted. We told the young lady who greeted up right away with smiles, and was also very friendly to the kids. She tools us to what we wanted offered us the 5 year protection. And sent us on our way. But I must say I love that she didn’t push anything else on us. We didn’t want electronic she didn’t push it. Because of that I will go back for future needs.

WORST!! We spent well over 6k worth of furniture a little over a year ago. Our recliners have the power recliners and one stopped working after a year and 2 months. We bought the extra warranty on it. We were like great good thing we got the warranty on our furniture. But little did we know when we called jeromes they told us we are sorry but you are out the one year warranty with us its going to be through a third party if you got the warranty. Well we called the third party and they said nothing was on file with them they needed proof that we did. So long story short we called jeromes to get a copy of our receipts and warranty we purchased with them and they said they are unable to provide us with that because they updated their system or whatever and they did not back up any warranties that was purchased from customers. So all the money spent on warranty GONE!!! Jeromes never again will i purchase or refer to you guys! Obviously your customers are not your priority!!!!!

I have been shopping for certain pieces of furniture the past few weeks, Console Tables, Leather Recliners, and both Queen and Full sized Mattresses. I had been to four other large brand stores prior to visiting the Jeromes store in Corona, CA.; and was essentially just pricing items to compare.I walked in the store and was immediately approached and greeted by Ebraham Abe, who asked me what I was looking for and immediately set to work at finding great choices for me to assess that were in my budget.Abe was confident and knew his product, and pointed to features that helped me make decisions quickly. One of the best attributes of a good sales person is to inform a customer and offer products without making the customer feel cheap or that they need to get a better piece to ensure quality; Abe asked what my price range was and never once made me feel I couldnt find a nice piece within that range.Because Abe was able to explain the benefits of this piece over that, the pro and the con, I eventually purchased a mattress ahead of my schedule, and I plan on returning within the next few months to purchase other items as needed. He never pushed or made me feel that if I didnt get something right that day it wouldnt be there. We did find a few pieces that were actually on a clearance, however he never pressured me to get it ahead of *my* schedule. I admire that he showed respect for *my* time table, rather than padding his sale. This speaks of his integrity.I used to be the store manager of a very pink childrens specialty shop, the store with a Japanese kitten as a mascot. I would have loved to have Abe as one of my sales persons because I know I could trust him to find items within a customers budget that would be satisfying to them knowing they chose to spend their time and money in my store. I know he would make sure my customers would leave happy with their purchase. Abe is an excellent salesperson who works for both the store *and* the buyer. (Hes the kind of man that after working with him you would like him as a neighbor!)I was also surprised that Jeromes in Corona CA delivers to the High Desert Area 3 times per week for a reasonable cost. No other store I visited had delivery at that distance. Because of the delivery service I didnt need to rent or borrow a truck and hire persons who can bring the purchase into my home.Bottom line, I went to compare prices and left with a high quality reasonably priced mattress -ahead of my purchasing schedule. I would highly recommend Jeromes Corona CA store and even more so Ebraham, Abe who is an asset to the store and for the customers.

UPDATE 5/18I never heard back from Jeromes, store management or corporate. I will never buy anything from this company again and Ive made sure that none of my friends or family will either. Good business practice Jeromes!! Hope it was worth it to loose out on 10s of thousands of dollars in sales because you dont stand by your products and have undertrained service staff.Customer service at Jeromes is a joke. I have purchased over $7200 worth of furniture from this place in the last year, a bedroom set, mattress, sectional couch and coffee table. My main issue is that about 7 months ago my wife noticed that the finish on one of the night stands was flaking off. I called the service department and they sent someone out right away and the technician said that it was a defect and the company replaced it in a few days for me. Obviously this was not a problem and I was very satisfied with the service and quick response. 3 months ago the other night stand that was part of the original set began to do the same thing, I called service again and they sent someone out again to fix the flaking. When the technician was done, it looked like he colored the flaked off area in with a sharpie. He told me that the finish was probably getting dried out by the lamp on the night stand?! Its a small lamp that has an LED light bulb that produces very little heat! I said there is no way that that is the reason for the issue, but he couldnt really explain it to me as his accent was so thick I couldnt understand him. Apparently he put in his notes that it was customer damage?! None of the other pieces of the bedroom set have this issue and Jeromes replaced the first piece for me, so why not this one? Well customer service ( Ana and Eric) have been giving me the run around for over a month now saying that they had to contact the manufacturer to get a credit so they can replace it for me!! So apparently Jeromes does not stand by their year warranty! I was told that the manufacturer would not give them the credit and they wouldnt be replacing the night stand. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there isnt one here right now, and we will have them call you. I never received a call. They also told me a week ago that someone higher up would contact me in 48-72 hours to discuss the issue, it has been a week now and no contact. If someone from corporate reads this I would appreciate it if they would reach out to me. Good Day!

I bought all of my furniture from Jeromes in Morena five years ago, and it was great. I went back to order a bedroom storage bench in late June, and it has been a nightmare. First when I bought it, they said it was out of stock but would be in by a certain date and would be sent to Morena for pickup. The next week I received an email from their corporate location in RB saying it was in and to come pick up there instead of Morena. Went there, and they said that their IT system auto generates those emails to people even when product is not yet in stock. So Im waiting again, and get another email saying the same thing around the time it was originally scheduled to be back in stock. Call Morena store and associate says, I see its in RB, and when I ask, he says, no problem and that hell transfer it to Morena for my pickup as was promised and theyd have it by a certain date. I go to Morena on that date, and they say they dont have it there and cant locate it, and that its out for delivery. Funny since I pre-purchased and never scheduled a delivery. I took a refund at this point, as this was such a headache and became not worth it anymore. I went to a competitor, found what I was looking for, and its already being shipped to my house for free as Im writing this. Will not be shopping at Jeromes again, as the hassle and wait is not worth it.

Its quite unfortunate that in as much as I spent over $6,000 in one day purchasing at Jeromes, I have been given the run-around by its customer service and delivery companies. Two of the three items were defective. Jeromes have showed up 9 time to replace the items, but each and every time they show up, they show up with the wrong replacement item. I have had to sit and wait for them through each promised delivery/cure date. Other times they are unable to find the delivery location. Yet, other times they end up attempting same (wrong) delivery in a different city. I have also spent several hours and days with Jeromes Customer Service which I find abhorrent and incohesive to their jobs. I need not remind Jeromes Furniture that they are not paying me for my time to sit and wait each and all day while they continue on this behavior. My patience is not unlimited and at this point, my patience has ran out. Jeromes has choice to cure the defect with immediate effect or I shall take necessary action. This is incomprehensible and unacceptable. I have all rights to demand compensation for having to sit and wait for them on the 9 times.

No Stars Really. ....I am on day 3 of this nightmare,First night semi - friendly until you purchase,Then trying to find out when you will receive the merchandise,they turn on you, tell you you will receive a email, and keep rudely asking you if there is anything else they can do for you, and how they already explained how youll get an email. ....Then a computer call, told me the furniture was on the way, so I called, and was told that they could not see what time but was on the way....so I called out from work, waited all day, realizing that the store would be closed soon I called again for a time frame, was told again that I would get a call....when I finally got the call the stores had been closed, the computer that called me said the delivery was set for9:00 pm -11:59 pm I was not happy. .. Not only did I miss work, but now Im going to have people at my home in the middle of the night. .... I HAVE KIDS, AND NEIGHBOR S cant believe it.....Now its the middle of the night and they get here in a big loud truck open up everything unload everything by this time I have 3 neighbors outside, finally get everything into the light and the $2000.00 new furniture is covered in saw dust, scuffed up, and full scratches - not from the delivery guys....The merchandise was new in the box all messed up....delivery #2 was the same thing.....unbelievable. .....The delivery guys had been the only honest people and told me that all of that same model had came out of the box the same way.... its the manufacturer. ....Now day #3 have already been waiting for a call from a manager any manager that no one has been able to find in the last 3 days..when I told the lady my story today she was not concerned with connecting me to a manager she wasted my time to confirm what sofa I had and says yeah I thought so that sofa is entirely to big to fit in a box and that I was not telling the truth....I told her look I dont know who missed informed you that is the least of my concerns, the delivery guys left one of the big boxes in my back yard I could take a pic and email it if needed? ??But can I please speak to a manager. .....oh one will call me back...... click.....Still waiting. ....

Purchased Furniture and insurance from Jeromes for leather couch. Insurance was to cover all tears and stains. Noticed a tear in leather, not sure how it got there, some accident no doubt. Attempted a claim, but was denied because I honestly did not know how the tear got there. Called Jeromes for help, they were not interested in helping. Call your insurance company they said. Even though they sold me that bill of phony insurance. Save your money on insurance for furniture. Total waste! Far as Jeromes goes, you may want to purchase elsewhere were salespeople dont tell one thing and you get something else entirely.
