Well what is there to say? Easy in easy out. Great location and you know what they say, location location location. The staff here is so friendly they make you feel like family. So bring your truck but leave the attitude somewhere else. And please remember to wipe your feet cause you know the golden rule. Your mom isnt here to clean up after you. But seriously great place and great people.

Plenty of curbside parking just outside the facility, I had a peaceful night parking there, no bums or lotlizards in the area that night.

Everyone was nice and professional. Can be tough to dock bit its not their fault....old building. Arco about .6 miles walk if you need smokes while I wait.

Broker Lied to me about my appointment. They made me wait in street. From my real appointment time if only took one hour to unload and be out. They pretty much have it all together l.

Trying to ask a simple question. These puppets wont answer me unless I had a mask that dont work on. They are going what the C.D.C. Published but wont accept the policy on exemptions. C.D.C. States if youre in a group more that 20 people, cant stay away 6 you must wear a non working mask. I hope l never go here again.

Good location easy in easy out delivery and pickup

Easy to find. You can park on street. If you get there after they’re closed you could park on lot. No gates. They have clean restrooms and a break room with vending machines and a microwave. Easy to find. I’d suggest coming in the back way instead of the where it says receiving and having to drive around the building because there are empty trailers and yellow concrete poles that make it very tight. It butts right up to the border wall. Very friendly people. I was there 2.5 hours for a full load. Better have cash or com check because they don’t take anything else.

Showed up on time and loading went fast and smooth no weight issues and nice people.

Refuse all loads from this location as they will try and force you to wear a mask against your will. They ship for Walmart alot.Your not allowed on the dock even before this BS started and you have no contact with anyone under 6ft. The shipping/Receiving clerk is in a locked office behind enclosed glass with only a small opening at the bottom.You never have contact with her and the loaders tell her what door to back into by radio then when loaded they will call you to come get paperwork from the same window.NO MASK SHOULD BE REQUIRED and its against your rights as a citizen to be forced against your will.

No parking. Staff is cool and if your on time and product is ready smooth in and out.

They overloaded my drive wheels by 500 lbs. Of course I adjusted to compensate but could carry less fuel along the trip.

Been here to deliver a few times. Always smooth and fast. Take the load off hours early. Street parking is very quiet. People are very friendly.

Extremely bad service I spend my whole day here and then finally I got my truck loaded and then I found tht they loaded overweight and i had to come back again to fix that and they took too long to fix that all the employees are unprofessional specifically the girl working in tht front shipping office are very rude to all the drivers.Try to avoid this company

In and out in a good amount of time and you can park there (mostly on the street).

Extremely slow!!! Appt at 4pm and still sitting here are 10pm. All these places right on the Mexico boarder are a joke!

Consistently good service. Temp loggers show temperatures are sub zero at all times. Very concerned maintaining product integrity.👍👍👍

Got loaded within hour and a half so no complains here.

They make you wait till your appointment time, off street parking and they only take certain types of payment for the pallet exchange.

Easy to find, friendly people at the shipping/receiving office, lots of street parking if you have to wait an extended time for your pick up appointment. They also have a big driver waiting room with vending machines, washrooms and a TV.

The service is good, just to load and unload take an eternity, but the delivery of documents quite late, in my point of view I think they can improve the service a lot, if so they would always have a lot of work, personally You have to go ahead of time either to deliver a load or pick up a load and be very patient with the service they give.
