Office 1 has provided Economy Restaurant Equipment & Supply outstanding customer service. Everytime we have an issue, we call and they assigned Glen. Curtis Buhrkuhl, Berton Warner and the service team at Office1 are excellent to work with. CPE uses them to manage IT and we just recently signed up for a new phone system. As a small business, IT can be overwhelming, they have managed to lighten my load, speak/assist directly with employees and are AVAILABLE! Our managed IT was established back in 2/2019.

I received absolutely fabulous service today. Starting with Brendan in dispatch who understands Customer Service and saw the notes that we only work one day a week. And then the copier technician, Minh. He is perfect for the task at hand. He got right to work finding several problems. We needed a new part, which happened to be in stock, and he ran and picked it up. Came back, replaced that part along with the roller and cleaned the machine. I am happy to report that it is functioning beautifully! He would make a great teacher in your company.Both men were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had great senses of humor. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how fantastic we think Lee, your service technician is. Lee is thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We have had copiers through Copier Solutions/Office1 Ricoh since 1999 and have been through about 4 or 5 copiers. Our prior copier was nearing the end of its life, so we saw Lee a great deal and he was always courteous and very knowledgeable. We upgraded out copier at the end of 2015 and since then we have not had much of an occasion to see Lee because our copier is so great. We miss him, but are glad that our copier is working so well.
