Recently, I inadvertently removed a MS365 license belonging to a former employee, not realizing that it would delete the mailbox contents, as well! Really dumb move! BUT, the Senior Systems Engineer assigned to our account got on it the next morning with Microsoft and they were able to recover the account and the contents of the mailbox. Major sigh of relief!! So, good job to Mark P. and Skyriver IT for saving my behind and managing our account! Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen :-)
