His recommendation for a new computer, rather than trying to upgrade my old one, was right on. After letting him know my needs, he got me the appropriate computer, walked me through the installation, and I couldnt be more satisfied. Calling for support, I always get essentially immediate response. His service advice comes with clear instructions, etc. I highly recommend him.
