My sister and I walked in and were instantly greeted by Mr Charles. Drawn by his friendly demeanor, we explained our situation with her screen problem (it was partially broken and the screen would partially turn off) and he knew exactly what screen was needed and provided us with an estimate and about how long it would take to fix. He did not use any jargon, which I was expecting. He was able to work with us in regards to price (shes in college) and a fast delivery time. Hes very knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this for a long time. Very passionate and prideful about his work. He warrantied his work and let us know hes here to help us with any future work as well. Good location (close to the beach), unique shop and a friendly attitude that makes you feel welcomed in his shop. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for fast, reasonable price and excellent customer service. Thank you again Mr. Charles for all of the help.

I brought in my shiny new laptop for Charles to upgrade the RAM. The price was extremely reasonable in comparison to the other local repair shops in Pacific Beach. I was present during the repair, he showed me exactly what he was doing during the process. We booted up the laptop and it displayed the boosted RAM, very pleased. Definitely will go back to him for laptop upgrades or repairs!

I happened to go to Charles because he is close to my business and my residence here in PB. I couldnt be happier! He is friendly, efficient and trustworthy. He gets the job done fast and his fees are very reasonable. I never feel gouged or over-charged. If you need someone to take care of your computer needs, go see Charles!

This guy is charging $200 diagnostic fee to just look at your damn device is just outrageous. I went somewhere else down the street and they charge half of less of what this old guy is charging. This guy has the audacity to tell me, If youre looking for the cheapest service, I am probably not the one you want but if you need it done right the first time and done professionally with security in mind, I am the right person to call. Same location since 1998. ...more like ripping people off since 1998!! Do yourself a favor and look around before choosing this business.

Charles is the very best!! He has been our computer doctor for several years.Two families who dont know what wed do without him. He always has time to fix us up in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. We luv Charles.

Before moving to California my father always worked on my computers. This was the first time Ive let anyone else work on my computer and Im glad it was Charles. He was able to diagnose the problem and quickly get it back to me. He also communicated what needed to be done and was transparent about pricing. Id definitely take my computer back here if anything goes wrong in the future!

I ordered a new battery for my laptop but had no idea how to replace it. I called him and he told me to come by the next day. He had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. He was very friendly, and even offered to properly dispose of my old battery. The only thing to know beforehand is that he accepts cash only. He only charged me $10, so no big deal. Just make sure to have cash as he doesnt take credit cards.
