I was preparing for a critical client event and had called the help desk for support a couple days in advance of the event. Graeme Conradie answered the help desk line. He provided the support I needed, which should be a given. Thats what we hire them for. But here is what was exceptional. Graeme reached out personally the next day to check on how things were working and see if I needed anything else. Then, the cherry on top was that he called me the day after my client event to see how it had gone. Graemes care and concern for my needs was really going above and beyond!!!
