This is just my experience with the individuals working there. After helping me over the phone and going over pricing I went in. The pricing changed since my particular model couldnt be repaired so easily. After weighing the cost of the repair she immediately started pulling up other options. New/Used models were too similarly priced compared to the repair costs and ultimately was the deciding factor on whether i upgrade or not. Again i didnt get a repair but the personnel are both professional and experienced. If I ever have another issue Id definitely go back.

I have had Device Pros fix my phone twice for different issues. First they replaced my screen after I obliterated it by dropping it onto a piece of metal. Second, they replaced my battery after it became defective and shut my phone off. Both times the folks who helped me were very polite and professional, very personable too. 5/5 would recommend.
