I cannot say enough GREAT things about the K&R team. We were part of a large multi-national firm for over 10 years. All our technology needs were handled by the company we worked for and their in-house technology dept., meaning we never had to think about tech stuff. We started our own shop 5 months ago. K&R handled EVERYTHING for us, from soup to nuts! (hey, where does that saying come from??) We are 100%+ satisfied. They advised us what we needed, sourced everything at great prices, got us all set up, computers, software, TVs, phone system, printers, cabling, surveillance cameras, you name it. They now support us and are just phone call away. The monthly support program is comprehensive and competitive. Whatever your technology needs are, K & R is there to help. Their team are friendly, responsive, and personable. Its like having an in house IT dept, only better!

How come they never send the same employee twice? Once one of their technicians learn our setup they get fired. I wish my company would switch to a better and cheaper IT company.

We use K&R Network Solutions at work and they do an amazing job. We enjoy our working relationship with them and they are available to help us whenever we need them. Techs are personable and very smart!

K&R is our IT department. They are my GoTo for ALL computer issues. They resolve issues quickly, and yes, there are service levels based on what your contract limits are, but I have yet to encounter those. Most recently, my iPhone back up and restore failed, and I was locked out of my computer (phone dead, and dual-authentication not possible for logging in to my computer). Although they dont service iPhones, we worked together to bridge the gap between what was happening with my phone (which I figured out), and my inability to get into my computer (which they found a work-around for). I recommend their service to any business needed reliable and professional IT support.
