Bruce was very knowledge on what was wrong with my computer(s) and I-pad. He ran several tests to eliminate other possible issues until he found the problem. I am extremely happy with his expertise and helpfulness. A true professional. Thank you so much.

Exploitive! A rip-off! I am blind and use a screen reader to operate my laptop computer. When my computer wouldnt turn on the other day, I checked that the wiring on my desk was securely plugged in to my computer and called Computer Solution. The technission suspected a problem with the motherboard and offered to pick up my computer, repair it and return it for $150. When he arrived, he informed me that the screen said Low battery and that the cable was unplugged from the power strip under my desk. I had forgotten to check that because I always keep my computer plugged in. (My cleaning lady must have accidentally unplugged it). The technission said that he would charge me $99 since no repairs were needed. If that is the charge for a home visit and an assessment (The fee had not been broken down that way over the phone), the charge was Technically appropriate, but I consider it exploitive and mean spirited considering the duration of his stay and the simplicity of the task. I would have gladly paid $50 for his trouble and my stupidity, maintained a positive image of the company and returned with more serious computer issues. As it is, he has lost thousands of dollars in future business for $99.

Absolute ripoff and thief. I first took my macbook to his office since it was close to my house. When he took a look at it, he said that he would call me in a few days to tell me if he could fix it, and that it would be $200 dollars for the repair. a week after, he texted me saying that it could be fixed and he would tart working on it. Halfway through, he said that it would be 700 because it was harder to fix than he thought, i was not pleased but i said fine because i needed my computer. When it was done, the computer would not turn off the light when closing it up, so the battery would drain really fast and it would overheat. When i called him about this issue he said I ACTUALLY SHOULD HAD CHARGED YOU MORE BECAUSE IT WAS TOO MUCH WORK, IM NOT GOING TO FIX THAT PROBLEM, IF YOU WANT I COULD GET IT BACK TO YOU IN ITS ORIGINAL SHAPE that is the most irresponsible and un proffesional wy to handle his business. After a month or two, i found out that my processor on my mac was now an intel i5, when i took it to fix it it was a dual core i7, he actually downgraded my computer, i will now take legal action, PLEASE do no make business with this man, he is horrible.
