Customer service (Jerline) was highly responsive and helpful. I called for last minute scheduling and she got back to me within hours for a next day appointment on a holiday weekend! The cleaner did an amazing job, not just cleaning, but also organizing and decorating to a small degree. My apartment looked like a hotel room after she was done. Wildly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

It charges us 10.5 hours cleaning for moving out, but they clean very roughly. At the first day, they even didnt clean the kitchen. After I argue with them, they began to clean the oven, cabinet, etc. But after checking, they didnt clean the baseboards. I try to make appointment with them for another cleaning, but they said that all of them were booked during recent two weeks. So I hire another company to clean with another two hours. The new company said that I could argue half of money back due to their bad quality. But it is fine. My suggestion is that dont use mint house cleanings service.

Mint Housekeeping has been a pleasure to work with. The management is very responsive in making sure the service provided meets my expectations, at a fair price. With our previous housekeeper, the place just never felt clean (we arent filthy people, we just like a clean house). Mint initially provided a top-to-bottom housecleaning (3 cleaners for 5 hours) to get the place up to their standard. Now I have a team (Claudia & Thais) every week for 2.5 hours each week. The cleaners, 3 young adults, were on time and did a good job in some areas. One was training though so I think they used more time to train than actually cleaning. Cause in some areas they really really skimped. Corners of the floor had cobwebs and lots of dirt still. And they broke our bathroom mirror! Took a 1/2” chip from our medicine cabinet mirror. Took pictures and emailed the company to complain but they said because I didn’t reach out with 24 hours it was too late.

I have used maid services and independent maid service for over 22 years with 7 properties. These are the best and most thorough group I have ever experienced. Great work for a move-out clean and price was competitive. Three person crew provided to clean a 1950 sq ft home, which resulted in a clean home and completion in a timely manner. I also liked the fact that they provide carpet cleaning services, among others, so it’s nice that they provide a one-stop shop for all home cleaning services. I absolutely loved my first experience with Mint House Cleaning! The two ladies who came to my apartment were punctual and so friendly, and very engaging with my dog who was a little skeptical of having strangers in the home!When I came home, I was so impressed at the little things we take for granted — I had started my dishwasher in the morning and when I got home was ready to put my dishes away. Words can’t describe my level of shock when I went to open my dishwasher and EVERYTHING was put away! I didn’t even ask and didn’t know it was an option. Also, they swept our patio and removed all the fallen leaves from one of our plants and again, this was cleaned without me even asking.Also, I’ve had amazing contact with Bianca who has made the process so seamless. Used them for a move in cleaning in San Diego. Thais and Renata did an amazing job. Things that I thought were already clean were cleaned and sparkling after. They cleaned the baseboards and things I wouldn’t have even thought of like the switch plates. I am already scheduling out for regular cleanings and a move out for our apartment.

This company is top!!! more than half as cheap as anywhere else!! The guy they sent had the best personality and a people pleaser!!! Took over and above excellent job on our carpet!!! The carpet looks brand new!!! It was avocodo that had turned black and set in to our blue and white carpet. The job was satisfactory. Major appliances were sparkling and clean, small things were overlooked. Included in the move out cleaning is cleaning the inside of cabinets, that was not done. It’s an easy fix but not one that should be done when you pay $160 for a clean. They did offer to send someone back to fix the issue which was appreciated. I didn’t like that they called and asked for an extra hour(I paid for 2) to finish up the cleaning when it was 2 individuals in a mostly clean 520 sqft apartment. I thought that was a way to somewhat try to make more money sneakily. If I wanted to pay $190 for a clean I wouldn’t have chosen this place initially so definitely don’t want to pay that mid clean. Overall it was an ok job, to a friend I would recommend somewhere else for a move out clean.
