He arrived on time for the appointment and spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me. Reliable and well-informed! When he took a look at the damage, he was able to inform me of what I had to do.

Moving into this apartment was one of the worst experiences weve ever had when it came to finding an apartment. Despite these factors, Yaron and his team of professionals handled everything professionally, following up quickly, successfully cleaning out the mold, and making sure their customers are always kept up to date and informed. I cant find enough words to convey how greatly he improved the situation.

I enjoyed working with this company because it was one of the best experiences Ive had so far. We did not know the water heater was leaking until it broke. After I called out Orange Restoration to come out and dry out and kill black mold under my floor and walls, I decided to get Orange Restoration to come out and open up walls and flooring to dry out and kill the mold. These guys are great. They came out the same day to fix some very minor water damage I had in my bathroom. They also did a troubleshoot of some other minor issues, and they didn’t even charge me for it. I had already used them before and received great service.  I continue to be impressed with the level of customer service this company provides. I have recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues, and they were impressed with their workmanship and professionalism as well.

The pipe in my kitchen had busted leaving a lot of rotten wood, excess water and mold damage. It really affected my home and Orange Restoration came and cleaned up right away. The team was so friendly, efficient and straight to it. It was so nice to feel so welcoming to others in my own home. Our dish washer was ancient and it recently broke and the result was flooding that caused a ton of water damage in our kitchen. We called this restoration company and we were glad we did. They conducted business with professionalism and with the customer in mind. The price was clearly noted and they explained all the work they were going to do ahead of time. I highly recommend Orange Restoration they did an amazing job repairing water, mold and mitigation process to our custom home. Our neighbor had left her hose running for up to a week and the hillside collapsed and fell into and under our custom home construction site. Yaron with Orange was thorough and terrific throughout the entire process which took many many months to repair the damages correctly. Orange Restoration even passed upon 1st inspection by ETT State certified testing company clearing our property from all of the damages and mold it had incurred. During a home remodel, toxic mold was found throughout the home. Orange was recommended and we were told that they were competent, quick, and reliable. It was all true. Orange did a great job in putting up proper containment areas, protection of the surrounding areas, cleaning up each day, and closing down the house when they were done. Big props go out to Orange Restoration for helping our family during a recent flood in our house. They not only arrived within 30 minutes of me calling, but they also worked pretty much day and night for a week straight to fix all the water damage. To say I was incredibly impressed is an under statement.

Who knew a tiny little leak could lead to a mold infestation. Orange Restoration was able to completely get rid of all the mold growing in our bathroom. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I thought they handled everything with care and professionalism.

Wow, Had a huge flood recently in an upstairs apartment building. The two inches of water in the upstairs was nothing compared to the amount of water that literally destroyed the downstairs unit. Orange Restoration was out there with in 20 minutes of phone call. They new exactly how to handle the situation. They began extracting the water set up dryers and dehumidifiers right away. They met with and discussed damage with insurance estimator and proceeded to get these 2 units back to normal. My advise to anyone in this situation is let the pros handle it. Im a doctor, and I had a flood in my office earlier today, and I just got off the phone with Yaron from Orange Restoration. Instead of trying to sell me on services I didnt need, he gave me step-by-step instructions on what kind of carpet cleaning was necessary for recommended remediation. I was very impressed by the amount of time and care he took in speaking with me, and he even offered to come by after I had the work done, and give me an inspection for free. Yaron is a rare individual in business who obviously cares more people than monetary gain. I highly recommend this company, and would suggest you give them a call first if you want reliable information you can trust!

My husband and I contacted Orange Restoration over three weeks ago to get a quote regarding water damage in our walls. They stated that they could provide us a quote over e-mail and didnt need to send anyone out to the house to inspect first. We provided them all of the pictures and documentation that they requested. I had to follow-up several times to check the status of a quote. Every week was a new excuse. Today they finally provided the quote and it was a standard paragraph with a price. I really dont see how that took three weeks to prepare. Very poor customer service and unnecessary delay in production of a basic quote. I must admit that their poor business practices makes me skeptical of their work product.

Orange has come out to my condo two separate times in the last few months due to high pressured water lines bursting in my building and flooding my home. Not only were they the only ones to find the true cause of the pipes bursting, but they were the neatest, cleanest, and most professional crew of people from the lovely owner of the company Yaron, to the administration specialist Liz, and the field manager Scott. The first crew that was lead by field supervisor Alex and Shawn to Scotts second crew not only made me no longer have any stress about the situation but also walked me through the play by play of what should be expected from insurance to general contractors and building management. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work they completed and the speed and communication in which they handled all of the mess. If you are dealing with any sort of damage to your home, there is no doubt in my mind that they will be there for you every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for all their help and kindness throughout the last few months of disasters. I have used a few other companies for different properties and their work & professional manner is no where close to comparable to that of Orange Restoration. This review is the least I can do for them.

Came home to the entire downstairs of my home flooded. I contacted Orange Restoration and spoke with Elaine. She was professional and immediately put me at ease and said she would get a crew dispatched immediately. Yoni there supervisor called me right after to let me know he was in route. I know we need the rain, but that doesnt mean I appreciate my house flooding. Some mold has been growing because of it the past few weeks. I hired Orange Restoration to test for mold in my laundry room after noticing some small mold spores growing behind my washer. Their technician, Dean, showed up the next morning as scheduled and performed the test and took the results to the lab for testing. Sure enough I got a call back a few days later and my test had come back positive for mold. Since I was already impressed by how Orange had handled the initial test I had them come back to remove the mold. Dean came back and set up a containment area around the mold so it would not spread anywhere else. He was always kind and respectful when he came to my house and would even offer to take his boots off when he walked through my house. We just had another test done and my laundry room is finally free of mold. They found that the water line coming into my washer had a small leak and even brought in a plumber to fix the problem for me. We used Orange Restorations to repair water damage to our home. The subcontracted drywall and paint were done and looked good. We assumed that “restoration” meant to repair all of the damage – but they said later that this job in particular was not a comprehensive restoration. Faced with a time crunch, neither they nor I had the luxury of time to tackle the rest of the repair. There were times when communication their could have been better. Afterward, the owner contacted me and apologized for where they let us down. I have faith that the owner will continue to provide good value and product excellence. Had they done so in our case, Id easily give them 5 stars.

Flood suck. If you havent experienced a house flood consider yourself lucky. I never thought it would happen to me but when my toilet got screwed up and kept running while I was on vacation I came home to an apartment full of water. Orange Restoration was on the scene the same day I called them getting rid of all the excess water and setting up drying equipment. They were always there to answer any questions and even worked with my insurance company directly since I am not a restoration expert. I recently had excessive smoke in my kitchen from burning something on the stove. Orange Restoration took my panicked call, told me the immediate actions to take, and came out to my home a few hours later to physically access the situation (incredibly knowledgeable in the science of fire/smoke and the practical methods of restoration). Orange Restoration recommended placing special fans to filter the air in the house. Field Manager Jonathan Davis arrived as scheduled the next day with the equipment. Mr. Davis re-assessed the smoke smell and stated that the extra equipment was not really needed as the smoke smell would clear completely if I continued with the practical methods originally suggested. Orange Restoration was honest, helpful, and extremely kind – and would not accept payment for the two service visits to my home or the consultations. Orange Restoration is indeed an exceptional company!!!!!

Im a professional plumber for over 15 years in the area of San Diego and will no longer recommend Orange Restoration to any job, used this company about three times and this last job he burned me . The president of this company Yaron Lief is a person that is not even worth talking about.I have never criticize anyone but this owner that I will not bothered writing his name that is willing to burn every bridge as long as he makes out $$$.I can keep going on but this person is not worth any more of my time that he already has taken, so will leave it at this.

We experienced water damage in the floor below our washing machine. Orange Restoration came in and found mold in that area and other areas in the house. They helped us clean up the mold and do repairs in the house. Getting mold remediation is a long and not so pleasant process. When I called this company at 2am I didnt except for anyone to answer. I was surprised when a man picked up and asked how he could help. I quickly learned the man, Yaron, was the business owner, and also super helpful. Our toilet was running and I was afraid it was leaking. He sat with me on the phone and walked me through how to check the toilet, he even texted me a few videos to watch. It turned out the toilet plunger thing just needed to be jiggled and it fixed it. Orange Restoration just took care of another scary situation, turning it from a nightmare into a daydream. We had a long term leak in a unit that no one could see, and when we found it, there was mold, mildew, water damage, etc. Orange came in, cleaned up the mess and killed all the gross. They told me that they will only take money from the insurance company and never take money from the homeowners. They put about 5 blowers and dehumidifiers in the condo and told me to turn the heat up to 90 degrees. This is a second home so I didnt have to live there. About 7 days gone by and I try to contact the company and left voicemails to call me back on the status of things. I got no response. I filed a claim with my insurance company and told them to have Orange restoration get their machines out of my condo. After 3 weeks Orange Restoration finally removed all their machines out of my condo and removed the flooring and some dry wall after I signed a release. During the process, they damaged my plumbing to the toilet and the kitchen sink. I also filed a claim with my HOA insurance company. I was paid by my insurance company to redo the floors and the walls. However, neither insurance company honored the charges from Orange Restoration which is 16K.It cost me less than 10k to redo the floors and the walls with paint. Orange Restoration wants to charge 16k for leaving blowers and dehumidifiers in my condo for 3 weeks and removed my laminate flooring and one foot of dry wall from the bottom. This is obvious price gouging in a disaster situation. Ron from Orange Restoration called me and told me the bill is 16k but that price is only for the insurance company. Its not a real price. However, when the insurance companies did not pay them any money, Orange Restoration send me a bill for 16K. Remember, Ron had told me earlier that they would never charge the homeowner and the 16K was only for the insurance company. These were obvious lies. In addition, they purposely left their drying machines in my condo for unnecessary prolong period of time (3 weeks) to fraudulently bill excessively. Im now retaining a lawyer to deal with the situation. I believe this company is dishonest and does price gouging taking advantage of people in disaster situation. I will report them to other licensing authorities. I wrote this to alert other people not to fall into their trap in a flooding situation. Call your insurance company first.

I cant say enough good things about this company! They are the standard by which all other companies of any type should strive to be like. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, honest friendly employees, they took take of me above and beyond the call of duty. A water pipe was broken in my apartment and water leaked out into the carpets, as a result all of the carpets needed to be taken out and replaced. While doing this there were several other major problems that they identified with my place, bad electrical wiring and thing s of that nature. They packed up my entire place and put my things into storage in order to get the flooring done, they were fast efficient and professional every step of they way.Thanks Orange Restoration your team was awesome!Worden E. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Orange Restoration. My water heater sprung a leak last month and caused some pretty serious water damage. I called a plumber to come in and take a look at the water heater and he recommended giving Orange a call to take care of the damage. I got in contact with Evan over at Orange and he explained how the whole process worked and even offered to have one of their technicians out to take a look at the damage the next morning. They seemed very friendly and even offered to deal with my insurance so I didn’t have to stress over it. Their workers were very courteous when entering my home and got the job done faster than I expected. I am very happy with the final repairs and would definitely give them a call if I ever experience anything like this again and would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thanks again!

Last week I noticed that I was starting go get some water damage on the kitchen ceiling. I wasnt sure why, but I figured it had something todo with boiling water as the damage was right over the stove. Anyway I was ignoring it until my wife noticed the damage, and decided that it was due time that I put my handy-man skills to work (I am the least mechanically inclined person in the world). So, after a few day of being prodded to fix the ceiling, I decided that I would call orange (while my wife was at work.instead of trying to fix it myself. I got ahold of the owner Yaron on the first call. Yaron said that if I could be available within an hour he would have someone over. Right on time Yaron showed up with Jonathon to assess the situation. They were able to identify the leak in the roof within 1 hour, and they spent the next 3 hours removing and cleaning up all the wet ceiling, and ready for drywall. They were gone before my wife got home from work, and i was the hero yet again.Great Customer service, reasonable prices, I highly recommend Orange.

We have an old house built in the 1950s and it has a dirt floor basement. We had a main sewer line breach that we didn’t know about until we started having mosquitoes invading our home every night. The plumbing company fixed the line, but we didn’t know that our flooring had also been damaged in the process. When the floorboards started buckling we called a remodeling company to replace the flooring. BIG MISTAKE. What happened, we didn’t realize that we had a major moisture problem because of the flooded basement and it had affected other materials. We ended up spending a lot of money for basically nothing. A friend later told us that we should have called a water damage restoration company instead of hiring a remodeling contractor. My friend recommended Orange Restoration and they sent someone right away. They found the culprits and took care of everything, replacing ALL of the affected materials, not just the flooring. I wish I’d know about this – would have saved a LOT of money. Moral of the story: when you have any kind of water damage, don’t assume that a building contractor can solve your problem. I even told them about the water damage! Next time I have anything like this happen, I’m just going to call Orange again. The tech they sent was so helpful and answered all of our questions.

I can not say enough nice things to say about Orange Restoration. They took care of my home when we recently experienced a flood. A pipe burst while I was at work & my husband was out of town & water had gone all the way thru the 2nd story floors & was coming out of the walls outside as well as pouring out of the garage.There was so much damage, I had to move out for 3 weeks! They packed up ALL our belongings & treated all our things with respect & care. They took care of all the work that was needed to dry out our home & build it back up.We needed new sub-floors, base boards, door frames, doors, dry wall, tile & carpeting, as well as paint thru out the house. They even built a little fence in our yard so I could bring my 2 dogs home to stay on our yard while I worked, saving me the money of having to take them to day care 5 days a week.Everything that was done, was done professionally & with care.The owner, Yaron came to my home the evening of the flood & walked me thru what to be prepared for. He introduced me to Jonathon, Dean & Jeff, the men who would be taking care of me, my belongings & my home. Where do I even begin...Yaron and the Orange Restoration team are amazing. I am going to give you my personal experience with OR but if you cant take the time to read my story then just know that the bottomline is---THEY DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN EVERY AREA FROM PERFORMANCE TO RESULTS TO FOLLOW THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need I say more?I received an emergency call from my tenant for a water leak in the laundry room of our rental property. I immediately called OR and they sent someone out to check out the situation a few hours later. It turned out to be a longterm leak and it was just the beginning of a longterm job. What I mean by this is that OR started the next morning and set up shop, closed off the laundry room and got to work. Not too long after, I got a phone call from OR that they noticed the linoleum coming up in one of the bathrooms and MOLD growing. I was in a state of shock and now needed therapy which I didnt realize is quite common and a big part of their job. It didnt stop there, a couple of weeks later I received another phone call from OR that the tenant asked for them to check a stench coming from under the kitchen sink----this turned out to be another MOLD nightmare. OK, I almost had a heart attack because the explanation of the leak was that it was a longterm leak and the damage was extensive.So...the project became overwhelming and you can only imagine the cost involved---and the emotional strain too. I got to know each and every person in the office on a first name basis and each and every time I needed information it was always with a smile. Im not the most organized person which made this a large task due to the fact that this became litigious.A few months later we actually were served with a small claims law-suit by the tenants and I had to lean on Bella, Elaine and Yaron for an enormous amount of support---way beyond the call of duty. Elaine was busy sending me files of photos and spending extra time with me in the office to explain each and every photo so I had the full picture and understood the meaning behind each one.The court hearing was yesterday and Yaron was on call to appear to be an expert witness. Ive never in my life seen someone handle himself so calm and collectively, especially while being verbally attacked by the tenant. He expressed himself with candor and conviction and utmost sincerity. I am impressed and still talking about it. As articulate as I am, when in court (which is not a place Ive spent much time) it is easy to get emotional and I absolutely learned a thing or two---1.bring Yaron 2.bring Yaron and hire Orange Restoration.We dont know the results yet from the hearing but I can tell you that Orange Restoration made a difference at the end of the day. They managed the project from beginning to end and I thank them graciously for all their help. They have integrity and high standards of work and I cant say enough AMAZING things about OR and the entire staff so thanks and I will absolutely 100% recommend you to all of my family and friends and those that I dont know out there who need to hire a company with values and honest hard-working individuals who truly care.They worked with us financially too. You can only imagine how much work they ended up doing on the house which is now practically new having been rebuilt in so many areas to be 100% certain that the house is free and clear of any mold issues.
