I needed to find a new car wash since Body Beautiful on Pacific Highway went under new management. I had to get Body Beautiful to redo the Express Wash ($75) for they did a poor job. I found this place and there is even a special for $60 hand wax. They did a great job with the regular detail so Im trying the wax next. Ill keep you posted.

Did a very decent job for $33! Theres definitely some dirt and bugs still but I wasnt expecting perfection for the price. Will definitely go back!

Best my car has EVER looked. EVER.I swung into here on a whim. I was at Pep Boys next door. I got the super deluxe wash for $28. It was great teamwork throughout the process, and then Rafael finished my wash. My car has a literally never looked better… Even on the lot when I bought it and they detailed it for hundreds of dollars. I am calling friends tonight To find out who I can pick up in my newly detailed car… Just because.

I was hoping the long wait for this car wash ment they were good and taking their time to fully clean the car. I selected the most expensive option and didnt not have my entire car washed. The interior still had dirt everywhere ( back seats and trunk), as if they didnt even consider wiping it. And the exterior of my car was not thoroughly cleaned. Pretty dissapointed.

Amazing place to get your car washed. Water smells funky but at least they dry the car for you!

Quick and simple. They do an in person pre-wash that seemed to help a lot versus the fully automatic car washes. My car definitely came out cleaner

I am only giving this car wash three stars due to the long and I mean long wait times to get through the wash. They really do a great job in my opinion but the wait time is unbearable at times. I really think its a resource issue, especially on weekends. I am not kidding when I say you will be waiting at least 30 minutes just to get up to the wash. Last weekend, I got there and there were 11 cars in front of mine. I waited 25 minutes to get up to the wash and another 30 minutes for them to do the interior and dry off once done. They are extremely short staffed and never have the amount of people needed to handle the level of influx of vehicles that they get. Prices went up this year as well from $29 to $35 which was also a bummer given how long it takes.

Used to be my favorite local car wash until my prescription sunglasses got stolen when they were vacuuming my car a few weeks ago. Shame.

3 guys pretended to wipe of car.. Didnt touch the mirrors.. I paid for the tire dressing it wasnt on there.. They left spots all over the whole car.. And spent about one minute wiping it off after I drove through the car wash. Any charge me $4 for a armour all wipe. And snatched the $5 tip out of my hand. Never again

I went here approximately 3 months ago and continue to go . The employees their are awesome and really dedicated to their job. I cap my hat off to them . My car is always washed and caressed and detailed and vacuumed at the max. I pay 28$ for the deluxe wash and love it . Highly recommended . I drive from Chula Vista to this location every Friday just to wash my car

This was my first time coming here and I got the super supreme wash. My car hasn’t looked this nice than since I first bought it. The crew really went above and beyond with the interior cleaning. I’m really impressed and will very likely only be coming here in the future!

Okay, I love this car wash! Anyone who knows me has heard me go on and on about it. Basic wash is $10, but there is NOTHING basic about it. When you pull in, there are typically two guys that will use the power washer and long brushes to hand scrub down your car. This leads you into the drive-thru wash, pretty standard, but great. When you pull out of the drive-thru wash, you pull into a spot where to other gentlemen will hand dry your car. Not only do they hand dry the outside, they also spray and clean the inside and outside of your windows. They wipe down the inside dash, doors and typically give your tires a once over. Once all that fabulousness is complete, you are free to use they high powered vacuums at no additional cost!! Talk about value. This place has made my car washing a weekly routine and it makes me so thrilled to not have to pay an overpriced fee for a great service.

I found this place out of looking for a great wash, clean, and polish your car and tires. I found it one day while driving the El Cajon Blvd. They are about 30 minutes to use the auto wash, drying with two cloths, and polishing your tires up. A little longer to detail and clean your inside to include vacuuming and cleaner to polish. Very nice guys. Worth going to try out. Inexpensive as well considering the other places around. Free vacuuming if you let them wash your car.

Great service! I go there twice a month or when needed. Vacuums are free with the wash! Car is brushed by hand, passed through the carwash and then dried by hand as well! They also sell drinks and air fresheners. Exellent!

Frustrating. Hours on Google Maps said 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday. I got there at 3:51 pm and they werent taking any new cars at the time and said they were actually closing at 4 pm tonight.Not a fan of wasting my time and gas, which could have been avoided by updated hours online.

This may be the best car wash I’ve ever been to for the price! Only $10 for an automatic wash and hand dry at the end, where they even wash and dry the interior of your windows and windshield. Free vacuums are available for you to clean the interior of your car. I recommend bringing a spare towel so you can spot clean and dry any places that were missed.

Stand up business and they do a great job at cleaning inside and out. Cant really beat the value!

Ive been once and had a really good thorough cleaning at a decent price. Ive been back twice during their posted business hours and both times they were closed. So its sort of hit or miss for me.

Ive been coming here for years truly really liked this car wash. Recently it has changed management and increased prices. after asking why the increase in price the employee/manager chooses to lie then offer a simple explanation. $9 is not worth a wash and dry service.

This place is always very busy, but its for a good reason! Theres different levels of the type of wash you can get and they hand dry your vehicle afterwards.

They do a decent job cleaning. Not very upbeat or communicative, but its a car wash. What can one expect? Just make sure you know what youre purchasing. Sometimes I accidentally purchase less than I want. :-(

I come to Challenger regularly for a basic wash and self-serve vacuum. The staff is friendly and thorough. The only time theres been a wait was on a Saturday afternoon. Theres also a great Mexican Seafood truck across the street in the Pep Boys parking lot that serves amazing food. Go check them out, too.

Rarely gets all the crud off, $9 for basic wash, and you have to tip the dryers. Free vacuum do it yourself.

After years of coming here and being satisfied, today’s service was terrible. I think there is new management because the guys at the entrance were too busy chatting and laughing with each other to guide me in properly or even prewash one half of my car before I reminded them to do so. They even held me up while they messed around having a good time. Then the wash seemed to be different. It ran me through a drizzle of soapy water at high speed. I think somebody is trying to save on expenses by cutting back on service and hiring their brother-in-law at the front end and keeping the hardworking guys at the back end. Disappointing.

Absolutely the best and lowest rate in San Diego. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I met the actual owner and the guys answered all my questions.

They did a great job in cleaning the car but both times I have gone they did not clean my windows or fully vacuum my car. There are spots where the guy missed the floor or just plain missed the seat. I told them I wanted the inside cleaned from Windows to vacuum and they didnt do it. I didnt notice until a passenger told me that it was still dirty. Very disappointed.

Decent place. needed my passenger seat shampooed - they charged me $21 for one seat and performed the $9 car wash that did not include a vacuuming of the interior. odd combo - wash the outside, dont vac the inside but shampoo the seat. I thought the price was a bit much for only one seat.

Under new owner. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They pressured me to pay first before I got my car washed. I refused to pay first because they always do a petty job and I like to see what I pay for. I drove off to a different car wash. Plus the price is too expensive for the petty job they do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS CAR WASH.

Wash is a generous term, closer to soapy rinse. They missed a lot of spots while wiping it down so I wiped it down myself to avoid soap scum. You get what you pay for.

Paid $28 for their most expensive wash and it cost me a giant 8 inch gash in my window tint and and was left with sand, dirt, fur, and dirty windows. This is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. I went back to the wash to speak with a manager after I noticed right away a gash in my window tinting, and all I got was denial and terrible customer service. I just bought this car 2 months ago and there is NO WAY that gash in my window tint happened from anything other than this car wash, because no one has ridden in my back seat. I knew I wouldnt get anything from it, but complained so they at least know they are ruining peoples vehicles. STAY AWAY from this place!

Self-serve vacuums as long as you want to get the job done. Considering that, $16 for Deluxeis a bit more than the competition. However, when you ask for air freshener you get a Little Tree of your choice.

Paid for the deluxe wash, got the exact same service Id have gotten with the basic. Staff couldnt have cared less. Everything about this place is half-assed, dont waste your time or money.

So the staff is really friendly. The head guy taking your order was very pushy with a too cool for school attitude. I was very pleased with the outside of the car however the inside was another story. While they did get 90% of the dog hair, they used at least 2 gallons of armorall on my interior. I literally was sticky and slick after I got out of my car. Ick! I immediately came home and washed down the interior with murphys oil soap. I will probably have to do this a few more times to get it all off and even then, I dont think thatll be enough. Ugh! Thank god I said no smelly spray because I cant even imagine how much they must use. Not sure I will go back there. .

Wash and waxing resulted in scratches and waxing spotty.

When I confronted the manager on not doing a service I asked for and saying he would do (washing rubber floor mats). They were still filled with dirt, he didnt even hose them off. When i called him out on it he started cussing me out and saying dont F***ing come back hereWow! Your customer service sucks! pulling scams on your customers, saying youll do a service and not do it then lie and say you did. Horrible place with jerks
