Took my Chevy van in to have the sliding door fixed. It became increasingly difficult to open from the outside and then, finally, would not open at all except from the inside. After waiting 3 hours for the service during the pandemic, anxious the whole time about contagion, they finally brought my car out. Before leaving, I checked it out and, to my chagrin, the door still didnt work! I went back in and complained. After they came and checked it for themselves, I was given another appointment to come back and have it fixed at no additional charge. The second visit was a bit shorter waiting time and the door worked great. After having trouble with the door for a long time, it was wonderful to have it working again. I am a senior and the door was a problem for me. I wish I could say the bliss lasted long, however. After only a few months, the door is now not working again and will not even open from the inside! They charged me over $500 for this repair and it was very short-lived to say the least. Needless to say, I am very very disappointed. Some of these dealerships seem to be nothing but scammers. They charge outrageous prices. The least they could do was get it done right!! I will never go back to that car dealership again! I do not recommend!!

I brought my car for it first service on June 1st. In hope that it would be worry free since it was service at the Chevy dealer and to top it off it where I purchased the car 6 months ago.I just spend a couple of hours trying to find when the oil leaks is coming from since the car is very low to the ground it is hard to see everything. Finally I was able to trace where the leaks is coming from. The technician did not tighten up the oil filter. Simple as this created so much frustration with planning to take time off work so the dealer can rework their poor workmanship. I was able to turn the filter 3 complete turns. Totally UNSATISFACTORY WITH WORKMANSHIP.This should be a worry free service coming from the original dealer where the car was purchased.I would of give the service zero start but it wouldnt let me post my review. Simple service like routine maintenance should not be too difficult to get it right. Wonder if the service if a little more complicated, would I have more to worry about when i operate my car.

They told us that we had a recall. Drove a long way to deliver the car. They called us back to say no recall but lets do hundreds of dollars of extra stuff on your car. Horrible.
