I called yesterday to see if they had a vehicle as many other rental companies where all out. I got the pleasure of speaking with I think Anthony, I wish i remembered his name. He advised me that they had vehicles available. I went ahead and made the booking and when I arrived, the car was ready and the checking took less than 1 minute with my car keys at hand. I was very impressed with the speed and friendly gentleman that helped me out. I will know where to come next time. Thanks!

Having checked round a few other car hire places before we left Ireland I check the review in Google for this place and felt happy to go here. I got fast and friendly service. No hassles on collection and return. I did read that you need A recipient to show you had re gassed the car, it did state so on the documents I signed as well. But when I left it back they were happy enough without seeing it. I do recommend this place. One happy customer from Ireland.

I prepaid for a Ford Fiesta (small vehicle). When I arrived, I was informed my only option was an unsightly minivan, which would have been okay. I was promised there would be no additional hidden fees or charges to my card as long as I filled the car back up with gas, which I did. After I returned the vehicle, an additional charge popped up on my card for no reason.

This Budget car rental is terrible. Their holiday hours aren’t on their website, but was by the door when I got there. A truck was blocking the entrance so I could t return after-hours. Then my Fix Auto person had to actually drop my rental car off. I just called for a receipt and the guy said call back in 30 minutes because he has three customers in front of him. This is ridiculous. Never again yall.

Ive rented a couple of times from this location and both times were fantastic. Always friendly and quick. I live downtown and come here instead of the airport not because its usually a better deal but Im always in and out so fast. If youre a local and need a rental for whatever reason, come see these folks!

Don’t use independent retailers like these. They close at cruddy hours and we ended up having to pay for 1 extra day. Go to the airport where they are open better hours.

Very helpful staff and team. Car was really beat up when I picked it up. Not a big deal as they documented it well.

This is the first time Ive used this Budget office. I was very impressed with their customer service. The car we used was clean, odor free, low mileage, in perfect running order. Will use again when we travel next. I highly recommend.

I am not happy with customer service. I have lost my passport for over a week and it was in budget car rental and they didnt even give me a cal.l They excuse was the phone number was wrong which it wasnt. I also asked them about toll road charges I have on my ban account from their company and they told me that I have to call customer service. They are not helpful at all. Very lazy people to answer your question and take responsibilities.

They didnt have the car we reserved and gave us a gas guzzler instead, for a known long distance drive.

Worst after hour drop off experience, whats the point of having a drop box when the driveway its being blocked by a rental car? If you guys cant offer that because security is your concern then you make the client experience to be hectic and not seamless. 7 eleven employee said it was a common practice for clients to drop it at their lot in the gas station. You guys created a real hassle as I moved to a place where parking was a real struggle so no thanks for next time I am moving will choose a better option.

Better prices than the airport and we got a free upgrade.

The new rule is you have to fill the tank and put gas in your car within so many miles of their rental car company and you have to bring in the receipt they actually make you sign on the contract that you will bring a receipt or they charge you for a full tank of gas. Pain in the *$$

Friendly and professional service

Good place for a daily truck rental, service was a bit slow and at the end of the day it was crowded with people returning trucks, but you get what you pay for.
