I’ve been shopping for a Corolla Hybrid for a few months. I found Norm Reeves web site and checked their inventory. They had the exact color I’d been looking for. I spoke to Ashley, who was very helpful. Between her and Jason they were willing to negotiate over the phone and held their to promise. By the time I got to the dealership Ashley was off work, but Charlie Sears step right up. I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the easiest process I’ve ever had. From Ashley to Charlie to Jorge in finance, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Thank you Norm Reeves you have a great staff.
Honestly this place is hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. I’ve had some horrific experiences with shady car salesmen but not here. This is the second time I’ve worked with the guys here on a lease and the level of professionalism is 💯. The first time a few years ago (2018) I worked with Clinton who was awesome and left me with a great first impression and most recently I came back and worked with Angelo who was also 10/10. Angelo was super relaxed, transparent, and gave me all my options straight. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I truly appreciated. He was also quick and efficient and got me in and out in no time. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
First, I didnt like that most people working at Norm Reeves were not wearing masks, some outside workers were, and one inside person. Thats all I saw. The person who helped me told me I never brought my car in for service at the site. Yes, I did, twice before. Why no record? Now I have been waiting 5 3/4 hours for a call on my car. I was told the work would take a little more than an hour and a half. Worse is, Im trying to call them to find out what is happening to my car. No one is answering the phones. There is a recorder...if this touch 1, if this touch 2, if this touch 3, but no matter which one you choose, no one is answering and you are re-routed back to the beginning of the message. Frustrating! I need my car. This is my second bad experience with this dealership. I go here because its so close to my home. But no more, I want to go somewhere to get service in a timely manner and where they answer the phone.
Chris Knickerbocker was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He truly made the process quick and easy! He made sure he kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle and had everything ready for pick up. I sold my extra car to Norm Reeves Toyota and I was very impressed. I dont like the customer service from 90% of dealerships I am picky. I did the online Kelly Blue Book quote on my extra car. Soon as you complete it the system sends your information to some dealerships that might be interested in your auto. Erica & Amber contacted me within minutes then others did as well. I was impressed with Erica & Amber I took my car to them the next day. I was gone in less then one hour done deal. I was happy with the price and very happy how nice and friendly Erica & Amber treated me. I will for sure give them more business and if I was going to buy a new Toyota I would do business with Norm Reeves San Diego. Very professional and nice I do recommend to everyone.
I have been going to this dealership for service for many years. My service attendant was Blake. Blake no longer works there. I went 2 times, once last week and today. When the service attendant asked me today what type of tuneup I wanted, I ask What type of Tuneups do you have. He never answered me. They work on commission. The attendant went to the computer and gave me an Estimate of $489 for a tuneup.The attendance never explained the difference of tuneup, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was a complete condescending unprofessional lying thief. When I asked to talk to the owner of the dealership. He just scribbled down a name. The general manager never called me back when I left a message at 10 AM.The car was not seen by a mechanic, to see what type of service It needs. They just quote what they want to.I believe the manager is involved with the overprice scheme,Since he says its our prices. Last week I was quote another price. The manager told the attendant not to give me the estimate papers. And told me to leave no service I wanted to estimate papers to give to the owner so he could see the Overprice that they’re running. Went down to the dealership in Pacific Beach got my tuneup for $240.

How much they mark up is based on who you talk to. They made it sound like the markups is negotiable. What happens to honesty? Price is not transparent to say the least. The sales we talked to was vague in answering our questions, or answered our questions with a question, which is very unprofessional and annoying. We couldnt get a straight answer. We will buy elsewhere. (They probably dont even care because of the supply shortage.) The store was sparkly so that got an additional star. Other than that, stay away.
I love Norm Reeves Toyota! Always have a good experience when I take my car in for service. Sal, my service advisor is always very nice and professional. I bought my car here brand new in 2017 and would definitely buy another car for them again! Another huge plus is that the service department always answers the phone promptly,so I never have an issue getting through to them. Thank you Sal for doing a great job! Made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks in advance and was told that they didn’t have my filter when I arrived. They said they would order it for me to come back the next day. I came back the next day at 7am when they opened and they still did not have the filter. The third day I came back and was helped by Q. Not only did he not even acknowledge that they messed up, he was extremely rude. Then I saw my car pulled around a full 15 minutes before I walked to the front and asked about it. Q became even more rude when I walked up to ask. On top of all of this, the sticker inside the vehicle was definitely not for my car because I am at 19,000 miles and the next service is listed at 85,000 miles. This place caused me to spend my last 3 mornings in San Diego in a dealership due to their own negligence. Not only this, but if they can’t handle a simple oil change, what are they doing for the actual repairs??? Would NEVER bring my vehicle back and I’d advise the same for everyone else.

Clint was a really great guy and helped my Dad and I pick out a really nice Tacoma. When dealing with him he was very kind and it was clear he put effort into helping us find what would work. I fail to understand why a simple oil change when you have an appointment requires you to keep the vehicle an extra day. It should take no longer than an hour. If changing a 4Runner’s oil wasn’t such a PITA, I would do it myself. I don’t understand how you can take the time to reach out to buy my vehicle due to a low inventory, but can’t give me an update on when my vehicle will be ready. Poor management of both sides of your operations apparently. This is absolutely ridiculous. Two strikes, and there will not be a third.
I don’t even know where to start. The second we walked in there they greeted me and my husband and got us Adrian. Adrian was so helpful throughout the whole process for our trade in. He showed us the cars he had available and tried to work around us. Adrian did everything he could to get us a perfect deal, after 2 hours we drove away with our new vehicle. I honestly thank Adrian for being so patient and willingly to work with us. Best customer service ever and I will definitely be recommending everyone to go with Adrian!

This service department is terrible at returning phone calls. My fiance got her vehicle here recently and the sales and finance team were great to work with. We serviced the vehicle here to stay loyal to the dealership. Ive left 3 messages to make an appointment in the last week and no response. Lost my business. Do better Norm Reeves. Leased a new Toyota Corolla from Norm Reeves Toyota and had a great experience. I was nervous because I had a Honda Civic at the end of its lease and I wasnt sure what the process would be to return to a different dealer, but they made the process completely seamless. Both Liza Abrahams my sales associate and Erik Nelson, the GM were so friendly and gave me a great deal on my new car! 5 stars all around.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have a very bad customer service. I went to check out a new car and they just took my phone number and said theyll call me back later. I insisted on knowing the pricing for the vehicle but the salesman again declined to tell me the prices. Worst way of handling customers ever seen.
Outstanding service from Mr.Erik Nelson General Manager who takes care of business fast, to the other members like Adrian Mendoza the sales person who really does an incredible job for the beginning to the end as well as the Finances Manager Mr.Chris Keppo whos a very attentive person and happy to help you as answer every question you might have to make your purchase as well as possible.Mr. Adrian Mendoza saved the day since he stepped up and took control of the sale since we were ready to go elsewhere since the very first salesman was not very professional or caring about us being there as customers we were ready to go elsewhere to another dealership but he came over saw that I was not very pleased with the service and he said that if we would give him a chance to try to help me and my family with looking for what we needed. Terrible experience don’t tell them your loan approval amount because they will try bleed you dry and have the audacity to act like they are doing you a favor by selling you over priced used truck. they will go back and forth with finance acting like they are giving you a deal by taking off thousands in useless extras but keeping the same sticker price then act like your in the wrong for waisting there time and that they work off commission. Even after telling them a set a price you were willing to pay. don’t go after 5 because the real non transparent sales vultures come out I still want to buy a truck but will not be coming here for there shady sales tactics
Im happy with my Van, considering it was a brand new Sienna, but I bought my van 4 months ago and when we bought it, the dealership somehow lost my 2nd key and was suppose to mail it once it was found, Ive called 25 times for it and havent recieved it yet. I got a call a week ago being told they were going to mail me a second key, and I was to go to a Toyota dealer and get it programmed and they would reimburse me for the programing at my local toyota. Problem is, I still havent gotten the key. Dont trust anything they say. Its all run around after run around. I net if I go in there making a scene, the key would all of a sudden reappear.
I just bought my car yesterday, hoping I could get a good deal and it all started with the way Adrian approached me, he was super cool and very welcoming from the very first second. He helped me get familiar with the car I was looking at, and he was very patient with all and any questions I had. Came in on a Monday morning for an oil change and a general checkup. The service rep was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We discussed my preferences for how I like to configure my vehicle. He quoted a work time of approximately 2 hours, suggested a wiper blade change (something I had been meaning to do), and answered my question about a local coffee shop. The waiting room was clean and pleasant, they have adequate complementary WiFi and a clean restroom. I was out in just a bit over 2 hours. Very impressed... I’ll be back.
I was not disappointed. I was in the market for my first car after college. 4Runner was the dream car but slightly over my budget. I gave Toyota Norm Reeves a call to schedule a test drive. Communication was clear and never did I feel pressured to commit. They took the time to understand who I was as a customer and provided solutions. After just two weeks of waiting, I get a call from my dude Adrian (PS ask for Adrian when you go, he’s the boy! Tell him Kevin sent you) telling me the perfect 4Runner for me just rolled into the lot. I was interested. He was patience with me over the phone and gave me the right incentives to make a decision. I drove over that same night and picked up my car. Overall I was very impressed with my experience. Service center is a joke. They told me my car would be ready in 2 hours. After 7.5 hours I finally got through to someone and my car wasn’t finished with a service and no one communicated that I need a new tire. I will have that addressed elsewhere by someone more competent and communicative. Lost a whole day because they don’t communicate and have terrible systems for service. Go to another Toyota dealership.
Came here to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. Had a pretty rough experience.-The salesperson was very friendly at first, but once the negotiations started he got fairly belligerent. I walked in on him cursing me out to the other staff because I was asking for a lower price (46K) [MSRP was 41K]. Quoted me 47K (out the door), then it was 48K once finance got involved.-I ended up going the same exact truck from Mossy Toyota for 3k less than what was quoted at Norm ReevesUltimately, shop around to get the best price, but I recommend not starting here in your negotiations. Frank Toyota, Toyota of El Cajon, Mossy Toyota, and (one other I dont remember) offered much better process.
ONE STAR BECAUSE NO OPTION FOR ZERO STARS. Originally I had submitted a 5 star review but it seems that this dealership only cares about the sale and not the customer service that follows afterward. We purchased a 5 year care/maintenance plan and waited almost a month for a call before calling in ourselves to schedule our initial appointment. Norm Reeves was supposed to provide us with a rental through Enterprise and the rental provided was a large truck which my wife could not drive due to her height, had no gas whatsoever in it. Considering gas prices here in California you would think a reputable company would do more for their customers than to pass the cost onto a person like that. And to make it worse, the truck smelled like cigarettes after claiming that the vehicle was a non smoking vehicle and is sanitized after every customer. Rude customer service and no care for anything other than the sale. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I made an appointment for 10AM and wasn’t checked in until 10:49AM. All I needed was an alignment, and the Service Rep informed me that there was a free software recall update they could do too. They also did their usual multi point check. I appreciated the work and the report, but I was in the waiting area for six (6!) hours! No one came to check in with me or inform me of what was happening. I had to find my Service Rep to inquire, and each time was told it would take “x” more hours. Why make an appointment? I don’t think I’ll go to this dealership again. Six hours for an hour or so job is too much! They say they have 50 bays, and I saw technicians texting/waiting for a car to work on when I came in, but somehow my car was low priority I guess.
Denise in the service department provided exceptional service. She made coming in and getting a repair a pleasant experience. Not only did she make me feel comfortable that I was in good hands, but when I inquired about an update that she was not sure about, she consulted with a team member. This is an example of her dedication to meeting customers needs.

BE WEARY OF SERVICE. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation, yet watched them “forget” to rotate the tires. Had I not been watching I would’ve driven off the lot paid in full for a tire rotation that never happened. I received a full refund after voicing my displeasure, but am curious as to how many people have experienced this “forgetfulness” without noticing.

Staff outside is very kind, welcoming and respectful. However, when it came to the person that assisted me Javier the assistant manager was very rude and grouchy. Failing to greet me, explain what was being done, and simply notice me. My family and I always go here and it’s a shame that the customer service seems to be on a downward trend. Honestly if it wasn’t for Denise helping me in the end and providing great service I would not consider going back to this location Norm Reeves.
My car had a message for “maintenance needed soon” so went to get my car serviced (without an appointment). I was able to get my car serviced quickly. I stayed in the waiting room and was kept updated on status which I appreciated. Needed to replace cabin air filter.
I purchased my car from Norm Reeves Toyota in 2015, had all my servicing done at their shop throughout the years and the whole time I received top notch service. 10 out of 10 for the Sales Department, Service Dept. Parts Store and Body shop.I would recommend this Toyota location to everyone in the San Diego área!

I cant say enough about the customer service that was rendered to me during my last visit to here. First off the Service Advisor John, who helped me out, was extremely helpful and courteous. Before this visit to run a diagnostic check on my vehicle, I brought it to get the routine service done, I was really satisfied. This is why I decided to bring it back. I have decided to make this my dealer of choice to service my vehicle. I live 2 hours away and there is a dealership here that doesnt provide half the customer service as Norman Reeves does. This should say alot of me willing to drive the distance and spend the time to ensure my vehicle is taken care of!
So start this off that i had been looking at a 21 Tacoma Off-road MANUAL for 4 months which they are sold they day they hit the lot. I went through two other major dealerships just to be led around waiting then i got a message from Clinton Hunt aka Big Clint saying he had just what i wanted. i get there low and behold he held it for me he knew he didnt have to up sale me or talk about the features because he knew i had done all my research and it really came down to who i wanted to spend my money with.the main part why i wanted to leave this review is that Big C and the finance manager Tony Nguyen worked with me on my trade in. Which was an out of state Subaru and made it really hassle free for me. i have had the truck for about 2 months and have enjoyed it and have taken it to the norm reeves service already and they are all very quick, responsive and accountable. most dealers get a bad rap but reeves has a sales team that really is quite great!so go check them out and even if you are just looking they will do their best to get you into a new car!I couldnt be happier and Tony Nguyen took the challenge of getting me to buy the 7 year warranty, haha he won!Ask for Big Clint
I was in for a recall notice. Every step of the way was smoothe and seamless. The primary reason I continue returning to Toyota SD is Q Holt. He has been my service adviser for 20 plus years. Always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Came here to get my routine maintenance completed. Sal was my advisor. Greeted me and treated professionally. Very friendly guy. Will recommend him to friends and family or who ever needs to get there Toyota serviced. I gave him prior authorization to take care of some items if needed. He called back and said they weren’t needed at this time, I know I can trust him with my vehicle and what service it needs. Will definitely return and choose him as my advisor.
Ive been going here for service for a little while and that has always been a very good experience. Recently we decided to buy a new truck and the experience at Norm Reeves could not have been better. Damion Knapp was a fantastic salesman. We showed up for our appointment at 7:30 and he stayed well past closing to make sure the purchase went smoothly and all of our questions were answered. He gave us a detailed walkthrough of the trucks features, got us setup for a test drive, and had a solid answer for every question we had. Simon Haddad in the finance department also stayed late and took care of everything we needed. I really cant recommend them enough, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had. They will continue to be my go-to for service and now definitely my first stop for purchasing.
Service was excellent from the initial phone call to set up my appointment to the guy who welcomed me in the Service area to Representative Ms J. Herrera who assisted me at check in and check out. Please continue to send me coupons and I for sure will continue to take my vehicle to Norm Reeves Toyota. I went in to get my brake booster repaired (which fortunately fell under warranty), and it was noted that a couple of other things needed repairs. Its no secret that dealerships are extremely expensive. Between the high percentage mark-up on parts and the high charge of labor, you almost always feel like your being taken advantage of. So when I went in for repairs and I was quoted over $1100 more than 2 months earlier for repairing the timing belt seal, I was pretty upset. I then got a callback saying they would honor the original quote, but seeing how they could juggle so much money like i had a money tree growing in my yard it didnt take away my frustration. So I called another dealership for quotes and they said they needed my VIN and they would get back to me. Since when do you need the VIN for a quote on a 2010 Prius? Do they check other dealerships to see if you have a quote elsewhere? Did Norm Reeves Toyota think I would be so happy that the brake booster fell under warranty that I would be willing to pay anything for other repairs? Since the quote for the other dealer was similar I decided stay at Norm Reeves. This could have easily been a four or five star experience but the quote shouldnt have been so different and the experience shouldnt cause a customer so much anxiety. I hope it was a misunderstanding and other customers dont have the same experience.
One of those places were they are happy to receive your service but when it comes to pick up their customer service is absolutely horrendous. When I walked in - my in and out time was 3X faster then when I went to pick up my car. I was standing waiting to be assisted yet all of the people just stared.. I mean what are you staring at when clearly I am waiting in a “line” with no one in front of me. Will be taking my service to Toyota Carlsbad Service Dept.
I went through Costco Auto Sales program. They referred me to Norm Reeves Toyota for the 2021 Highlander that we were interested in. this was a OUTSTANDING experience from start to finish. I was so impressed with the process and would recommend this dealership to anyone. it all starts with their people... We worked with Liza Abrahams to purchase our vehicle and she was simply AMAZING! this was not a typical sales transaction. we never felt pressure and always had our questions answered with no run around. Liza was on our side and not entirely focused on the dealership bottom line. Crazy right???!!! so impressed. also Sales manager [forgot name] and Finance manager Eddie Dyman were AWESOME!! I have never had a better experience at a dealership. thank you again.

Sounds like they like wasting peoples time. A recall repair that should only take 1-1:30 hours, but they want my vehicle for a half a day to a full day!? I could understand if they were busy it might take longer, but I was able to schedule appointment at 8am the next day. Doesnt sound busy to me! The google info says they only half busy as they normally would be. Didnt bother taking it in cause cant be waiting for them all day!Go someplace else this is a joke of a wait time! If they cant get to a vehicle repair within an hour after dropping it off. Why the hell are you scheduling people?
I booked an appointment for Saturday morning. The service representative was very friendly and easily offered an 830am appointment . I showed up at 825am to a gigantic line that went out onto the street. I had to wait 35min to talk to a person just to turn in my car. Why didn’t they just book it at 9? I assumed it will take a few extra minutes and even up to 15min. However I ended up being late to my next appointment because of their lack of planning and I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of the delay. I don’t have to get my car serviced there and an I’m currently looking for somewhere else to go that will honor my time .
That this place has so many stars is astounding. Each time weve brought our car here, they are late for our appointment and seemingly forget about us (service takes longer that estimated). This most recent time, they were 45 minutes late to starting our 8AM appointment, and they blew past the THREE HOUR estimated service time, and I had to wait an extra hour. A $25 sorry for your trouble gift certificate is a joke. Try either hiring more people, or not taking so many appointments that you leave your customers hanging. Will not be returning. Good day.

Virginia did a great job at the collision center. I needed to get my windshield replaced and preferred Toyota do the work since my vehicle was new and there are driving assist cameras and sensors that needed to be reset with the glass replacement work. She communicated well and I was in and out the same day. Thanks

I absolutely love my car. However be aware when buying a used car from them. They sold me a 2020 rav4 with knicks in the windshield and have done the bare minimal to help me stating that there is nothing they can do. I’m disappointed with how they’ve handled this and probably will not go back .

Although the sales associate was nice the management team played games with the pricing after we discussed it on the phone. I had a true car print out in hand that they sent me, and they wouldnt honor it.Total waste of time, and not a trust worthy dealer.

This place knows how to do business and theyre lucky to have Adrian! He was very attentive to my needs and he made the whole process run so smooth. When I arrived to my appointment Adrian was ready in the lot waiting with the car I wanted to test drive. He listened to all my concerns and he answered all of my questions. Sal was fabulous! He provided a worst case estimate of the cost, depending upon the diagnosis. The real cost was considerably less. Technicians located and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I had a nasty scratch on the passenger door and Sal took it upon himself to buff them away...nice aurprise!!
Yes shortage is happening so if you have to wait then wait...weve been wanting to get a van since Sept 2020 when our 2016 Sienna was totalled by a drunk driver...fast forward to 2021...May and April we wanted to get new 2021 Sienna but we wasnt ready cuz we was paying a loan off...end of April I called Norman Reeves cuz weve had very good experience wit them on our 4 vehicles...I called and they said theyll have a new one come in June and I said yes well be ready in June...Vanessa Vuong was the sales rep I was talking to and she is very nice and communication was superior...she then called me mid May and told me they were expecting one and the color we need...went check it out and I told her yea this is exactly one we want and we really need to wait for the June arrival and she was totally cool wit that...I told her please lemme know as soon as you know more info on arrival...thru phone calls and text making sure that we get the van we want and she gets it for us...beginning June she was on vacay and I texted and she took the time to lemme know that once she gets back in the office that shell follow up with me...low and behold she did and today June 17th we got the Sienna we wanted...please dont hesitate talk to her and shell work wit you...this is our 5th vehicle at Norman Reeves and everytime we walk out wit what we want and need and customer service is always good...mahalo Vanessa for all the work you did you is and you know that my kids love this vehicle...we appreciate you and continue doin what you do best that the dealership...Aloha from us
Bad experience. I bought 2 cars in a span of a week and my dealer Louis Fiagbor had too many things to do to focus on our deal process, after getting approved for 2 cars he was constantly away, 1st car they didnt mention any optional add on for the cars, I had to go back and cancel some fees, but some expensive fees are too late to cancel. 2nd CAR THEY LOST THE KEYS right after closing the deal, they had to break into the car to find out if its even there, and it wasnt. BRAND NEW CAR WITH BENT DOOR PILLAR AND SCRATCHES ON DOOR PAINT. At this point i have to go back TWICE to the store and wait so they can fix it, its irritating that i have to suffer extra hours of waiting for someone else mistake! If you ever come to this place i suggest you avoid Louis, i asked him many questions about the car he was selling and most of the time his answer was I Dont Know. He didnt even have a plan to demonstrate the car multimedia system after everything, he just said youre free to go.
I purchased a 2021 Toyota 4runner Venture Edition from this place and both my wife and I loved the experience overall. Compared to previous dealerships weve visited from Mossy Nissan in Oceanside (well never go there again, terrible experience), Mohen Honda in Carlsbad, and Hyundai of Escondido... this was night and day different. With the other dealerships, there was a lot of back/ forth with the pricing. For this establishment, they seem to do things very different by truly honoring their customers by eliminating large markup prices. I did my research ahead of time and was so relieved to have a transparent transaction this time around. Our sales rep Damion Knapp was great. He explained how Toyotas process works differently from the other dealerships which reinforced what we had researched. Damion is straightforward and to the point and because of that, my wife initially thought he was rude. We took a family huddle and I explained the difference between this dealership compared to the others weve dealt with in the past. Due to this dealerships transparent deals and eliminating high mark up prices, it leaves little room for additional discounts. This was where my wife thought our Sales rep was initially rude. Damion is more on the serious side and again was straightforward with us and because of my research I knew he was spot on and not blowing smoke up our behinds which I could truly appreciate. Our finance officer Chris Keppel was also incredible and a pleasure to deal with. Chris was very professional yet also very funny which was nice. We always dread this part of the purchase because the FOs can be parasites honestly. Not the case at all with Chris. Our sales rep already gave Chris the heads up of what we were looking for. I was a helicopter mechanic in the marine corps and do most of the work on my vehicles and never do the maintenance package and we also stopped doing GAP insurance. Chris truly respected that and didnt push us at all into those options. He did disclaim that he had to mention the options but that he already knew we werent going to take them and moved along the process very efficiently. Overall, this was the best experience weve had due to the lack of b.s. Its unfortunate but the term you sound like a car salesman is for a reason and thats because of what most dealerships have been doing for a long time to customers in regards to shady business practices. We felt this with all of our other vehicle purchases, however, we did not feel like this at this dealership. We truly appreciate this dealerships business rules and pray other dealerships start taking this approach. Id definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I called Norm Reeves to schedule some recall work. Robert in service was incredibly helpful. He got me scheduled and completed my recall in the same day. I tried two other dealerships before Norm Reeves and called Norm Reeves because they other dealerships couldnt help for at least two weeks. I bought a brand new Tacoma, and only a couple months in the clutch went out because there was no cover put on my transmission, causing debris to get in there. The dealership said that they will not be covering it under warranty and quoted me $3,200 to fix it. After them just looking at it for a week I got that news, and another week and a half to fix it. After going back and forth with the price they agreed on $2,300 but did not follow through when it was time to pay. They tried to make me pay $2,800 and I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was not in his office. I walked over to his office, and there he was sitting in there. Very poor service with that dealership and with Toyota in general. They should have backed up their product and covered it under warranty. Put a very sour taste in my mouth with Toyota and would not recommend to anyone to get one.
The service tech I had Robert was extremely professional and courteous and told me everything that was going on and I paid under the quoted amount. It was busy but it didn’t feel rushed or that I was being pushed out.Thank y’all so much.
Showed up for my 8 am appointment at 7:45 and there were 6 cars before me with 7:30 appointments. No toyota employee in sight.Apparently the service shop doesnt even open until 8. Luckily my service was quick because I told them I was waiting at the dealer for it to be done and it was a simple safety recall.
I went to Norm Reeves Toyota for an oil change without an appointment. I was told that it might be up to 2 hours until I was done. After 1 hour I got a text message that I had not been forgotten. I was done about 15 minutes later. I’m sorry that I forgot the sweet gal’s beautiful name that helped me, she was wonderful.
Purchased a used Camry. Ask for Chris Knickerbocker. This was by far the easiest experience I have had a dealership in the past 20 years, and trust me, Ive had plenty. Liza was helpful also.

I am updating my negative review after the general sales manager reached out and personally apologized for my negative experience at the dealer when I purchased a vehicle last year. It sounds like there was a serious break down in communication with the initial sales and finance person I worked with and they are no longer with that dealer. I did appreciate the effort this dealer made to reach out to me and let me know what happened with my negative experience does not in any way reflect the values of their business.
