Just finalized my purchase with this dealership and I had a great experience with them. I flew out from Texas to buy my dream car: Audi RS5. The day I landed to pick up the car, I received a call regarding an issue with the mechatronics, which is common issue in these cars. Due to this, I wasn’t able pick up the car as anticipated. My agent Sam and the owner Rick worked tirelessly to resolve the issue as quick as possible and provided me with frequent updates. These guys went out of their way to provide me the best customer service that no other dealership would do. I am grateful for the experience I had with this dealership. Lucked out on a rare vw here. I saw it on a site without even a picture and just figured I’d call to get some info. They were available right away to show the car even though they just got it in and was in the middle of detailing. I literally met one of them at the detailing shop. The thing was spotless and better than I could have hoped for. I left with that car within an hour. Didn’t even know that was possible but thank god for SD Motorwerks! All the guys are super cool and know there stuff too. Great experience!
